Pickup experience was horrendous. Waited 40 minutes because workers were just standing around on their phones. There were 2 semi truck drivers waiting along with us. Workers gave us attitude when we confronted them about the delay. There was no one answering the phone and overall, it affected our strict schedule negatively. Would not recommend if you have a large order. They were even loading other cars before us. The incompetency among the workers was not appreciated.

Back to school snack shopping! Buying in bulk is so much easier than periodic trips to the store. And with District 34 updating snacks allowed this year our daughter has many choices to choose from this year!

Everyone need to be extra careful because they might be charging your credit card even though you did not purchase anything from them. So check your credit card statement after you purchase something from this store. This has happened to me four times and I had to dispute these fraudulent charges by them. I am not sure if this a system glitch or they are doing this intentionally. Please save your receipts and crosscheck with your credit card statement frequently.

Never never never never never buy an appliance (dishwasher) from Sam's club. The incompetent people they have put it in will F it up. It's been a week and ours still isn't working. They are sending someone out tomorrow to fix it but I received an email asking us to check the connections and whatnot or we could be charged extra. We're not plumbers. We're never buying from Sam's club again. F them.

The speed bump in the parking lot is too big. Screeched my tires stopping to avoid damaging my car. But like this Sam's vs the one in Vernon Hills.

This Sam’s Club is simply horrible with customer service. I picked up my order curbside and they forgot to give me some thing, I called and they put me through 45 minutes of waiting on hold and being hung up on before I could even speak to anyone. I still couldn’t speak to anyone, I had to download their app in order to chat with someone to get a refund. This was literally almost an hour process and a waste of my time. It’s worth it to go to a different location. Managers here do not assist with customer service.

3 days attempting to call the cafe no one answered, then I call to “speak to a associate” but they answered and literally just said “please hold” then put music on to never pick up again. I’m so disappointed, since I have Never had a bad experience. Been a member since 2015. There’s also isn’t a way to leave a voice memo for a call back. Hope this review help them improve their customer service.

Nice location with a spacious open layout. Easy in out for parking and Sam’s gas station onsite as well. Right next to Walmart to get all the supplies you need.

5++🌟 I haven't been disappointed since we joined. It's definitely more inviting than Costco. If you really know what you're looking for, you can save yourself a lot of money. But if you are not aware of how much things cost elsewhere, you're going to spend a lot more than you should. Some of the smaller items, you can go to Walmart next door. And absolutely save some money. I like how they have the giant refrigerator set up, keeping things cool and out in the open which is better for the shoppers. I wish they would put the plastic strips hanging down, they would save themselves a lot of refrigeration cost. Their pharmacy is well stocked, and the bathrooms are extremely clean. 😊

When asked for a new card because mine was lost they informed me that they no longer do cards. Couldn't remember whoch if the 12 email addresses were linked to the account, which they also could not tell me. The attendant tried helping me set up the app for easy scanning, but gave up and told me "I'm sorry I can't help you", Instead ,I have to stop by the desk every time I shop for a piece of paper with a temporary number on it. Because of this Sam's has lost a loyal customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere. NOT worth the stress of wasting of materials and waiting g in Long lines to shop,to wait in more long lines.

Nail went through the middle of tire .it's little low on tread not totally worn out . They would not fix it asked me to change tire This is twice they have done it

Went to Sam's club in Gurnee today 1/19/23 and my kids were hungry so we went to the food court. The line was really long and there was one young lady there all by herself efficiently taking orders doing a great job. I was amazed at her ability to maintain her composure because the store was about to close and people just kept coming and the line seemed to keep getting longer. In addition to being efficient she was really sweet, helpful, and attentive. She continued assisting customers until she ran out of the last pizza, which I purchased for my hungry daughter. Customer service really goes a long way and I just think the young lady need to be recognized. Thank you young lady, you are awesome!

I recently went to Gurnee and I decided to buy some groceries and I ended up in this place. It is my first time at this location of Sam’s Club and nothing is really different. The parking is wide and spacious. The store was so busy, but the cleanliness of the whole place was still maintained. I chose this place for my groceries, and the main reason is that they have a great selection of literally everything that I needed. They also have better prices. They have a wide and fresh selection of produce. There are a variety of options for snacks, and my favorites are available. I also went to the liquor section, where I found a wide selection of different liquors, and I could just choose anything I wanted. The 818 drink, which I think is kind of famous now, is also available, and I never tried it, which made me buy one. There are no worries when it comes to the stocks in this place because there are a lot of stocks, or more like unlimited stocks, for everything. I was about to go to the checkout when I felt famished, and the good thing is that there are foods available inside. I bought a hot dog and a brownie sundae, which were definitely delicious. There was a long line at the checkout, but it did not frustrate me a bit after eating some good food before proceeding in there.

I had a taste for a chicken pot pie and the one from Sam’s Club did not disappoint. It was flavorful comfort food with enough crust to satisfy every mouthful. Highly recommended

You can find alot of your goodies and grocery here. They try their best to have it as organized as possible. If you come to shop here, best come during weekday mornings or evenings. Middle of the day or weekends can be very overcrowded. Make sure to use scan and go during weekends because lines are ridiculously long wait times. There are though a certain threshold of how much you can purchase up to using scan and go or if you buy liquor you need to show DL or ID for proof of age to purchase too. After shopping around you can get a quick bite with their cafeteria area that sells pizza 🍕, pretzels, ice cream 🍦 and churros! Parking can get crazy too because Walmart is next to it. Come prepared and know what to buy because you get off track with buying more than what you need/want. Prices have gone up a bit. Bulks is better here.

Sams in Gurnee was great. Store was big and huge selection of items. We scored on some great deals and it was even better to shop freely on a Sat afternoon. Store was not super busy like in the city and staff was welcoming, cheerful and approachable.

Today the check out guy was very honest checking the receipt and noticed they charged twice of price for a. Item purchased. Thank you such a great experience

It's a nice and good store. The checking at the exits is tight but it's fine. You get many good prices. We will definitely come back later.

Really happy with self check out when i only have a few items. Pam is awesome and so sweet. She helped me with my debit card. Always seem to have trouble getting it to go through. Only happens at Sams???

I mostly check out using self check out and always have problems with my debit card. Marcella is always right there to help. She is so patient and kind.. not sure how she pays attention to customer needs while sweeping up the area, but is always there to help. Great employees
