Noe was extremely helpful, professional, and responded promptly. My old gas water heater lived in the crawl space very short like 4 feet tall and since gas water heaters are no longer made that short I decided with an electric one instead. Noe gave valuable information on the steps of the installation and checks in with us to see how the heater is performing. He also replaced the water spout for the garden hose on the side of the house. He cleans up after the install and takes the old things with him. I definitely recommend to call Affordable Plumbing.

Noe installed a toilet in our bathroom and replaced a sprayer head in the kitchen. The toilet was very old and needed some additional parts replaced due to rust and age. Noe unclogged our bathroom drainage pipes and completed a sink faucet installation job that we had started. He advised us on how to maintain our pipes to prevent major clogs in the future. I read a lot of positive reviews and was really excited when my home applience insurance company sent me information that Affordable Plumbing will come and unclog my kitchen sink. On Wednesday 11/24/2022 Noe(owner) came to look and as I was hoping he would help me to fix the problem. I knew that I was supposed to pay my service fee $65 which I did before he even bring his tools and start working . He said that I can't use credit card and I can only pay check, cash or transfer money by Zelle. During that time Noe called my home insurance which sent him to do the job and find out that company will pay him for his job only $150 and rest of it needs to be paid by me {additional $85). I was pretty sure that my $65 and insurance $150 would be enough to cover cost of unclogging the sink and refused to pay additional $85. So, Affordable plumbing became not affordable to me. Since, it was Thanksgiving long weekend and I realized that I need kitchen sink to be fully functional I called him back and said that I will pay him additional $85 but he answered me that "I already left and I have other customers" He couldn't tell me when he can come back and did not responded to my texts on Monday. Tomorrow is a week as my sink supposed to be unclogged if Noe was more "Affordable plumber". Not $65+$150+$85 I got "Valpak" coupon in the mail with local plumber who came and did this job for $89.99 the same day I called. I understand that I lost my money but I decided to share my negative experience. Igor

Recommendation for Landlords and Investors! I had a drain issue with the pipes in the basement to a new property. Noe was very responsive, He came out and unclogged my basement drain and also gave advise on other things that may need some attention in the future. Fair price.

I had several plumbers come, some told me I needed to buy a whole new water heater and offered to sell me one for upwards of $3k. Noe diagnosed my problem over the phone, and fixed it right away at a fraction of the cost others quoted me. He also had time to fix my faucet sink.
