My kids enjoy going to Dr Lee. They have never had a bad experience there, even when getting a filling. They have never had that fear of the dentist I remember as a kid. The staff are great and very friendly. We really appreciate them and how great they are with our kids! The office staff are also friendly and flexible. Have never had any issues with billing or scheduling appointments.

We had our first visit today, my son is 4 and my daughter is 1 1/2 and as soon as we walked into the office we felt so welcomed, the ladies up front made it so fun and exciting for them. And Dr. Christine and the two dental assisants we met in the back were absolutely amazing, they truly know how to interact and make your children feel included and safe. They explained things to my son first and than talked to us, which we appreciated and he loved getting that one on one attention from Dr. Christine. They are very patient and understanding and I couldn't be happier that we found them. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking, you will not regret it. Thank you so much for this amazing experience you gave my children today, I know without a doubt that the experience that had today will let them know there is nothing to be afraid of when visiting and will look forward to seeing you again!

WOW!!!!!!!!!! What a great experience at the dentist for both my boys, one of my sons had a horrible experience with our former dentist so I started looking for Dentist near the area with better reviews and I’m so glad I came across Dr Lee’s reviews she made my son feel so comfortable. My son literally said best dentist ever! I was so pleased with the knowledge she provided my boys and her warm welcome made us all feel great. Bonus was ALL her staff was AWESOME you won’t get a rude receptionist here! Definitely recommend

Dr. Lee and her staff are the absolute best of the best. We have been going to Dr. Lee for over 10 years because of our son and now we have a daughter to continue on the tradition. Everyone at the practice is friendly, kind, and competent. The office is clean and fun for kids. They even have a wall of goodies for their very brave little patients. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Lee is absolutely wonderful!!!!! She was so nice and comforting towards my daughter and really made her understand things. She showed her the x-rays and what was going on so she was involved too instead of just an adult conversation. She took her time and answered every question. You just want to hug her! Everyone in the office was so nice too!! We ended up being there as more of a consultation for a situation and she didn't actually do any work but I would definitely go back there!!!

I’ve never seen a better pediatric dentist! Dr. Lee and her staff are so kind and professional. She creates such a positive environment that our toddler looks forward to going to the dentist! She is gentle with children and finds ways to engage the child in the visit so they feel safe, calm, and comfortable. She also does a great job with patient education (giving me tips on how I can help my toddler floss more easily). I cannot recommend her enough - she’s just the best!

Dr. Lee and her staff are incredible, warm and helpful from the moment you enter. My kids have been patients since they were 2 and they still love going, even when the appointment involves something different than a cleaning. We’ve always felt we’re in good hands with Dr. Lee. She relays her assessment to the kids in an age appropriate way and goes into more detail with me, answering my many questions without hesitation. We never feel rushed and never leave without smiles on our faces. We just had our first visit to the new location and we love the space. A roomy, open layout, fun touches in the waiting room, each room has a theme, and the parking lot is huge! If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, give her office a try!

My kids absolutely love it here! We love Dr. Lee!! She always welcomes us at the front and is so good with my kids! My kids always talk about her after we leave! Also, her new office is absolutely beautiful and well thought out! The themed rooms are going to be a hit with the kids! It’s light and bright and welcoming!! Best dentist we've been to in a while! Dr. Lee is so fun and made my daughter feel so comfortable! They got us a referral in and called them for us the day of and I couldn't be more thankful! Their whole staff is also SO friendly and we're in the spirit of the holidays decorating and having fun. They have a great play/ipad area for the kiddos too! 🙂

My 3 children have been patients of Dr. Lee since 2016. Her entire staff is so professional, understanding and wonderful with kids (and their parents too)! Dr. Lee is thorough and straight forward but yet takes her time to make each patient a priority. My kids (and I) love going to Children's Dentistry of Lake County! This is the 3rd pediatric dentist we saw today since the last 1.5 years. My kids have increased anxiety and fear. I was terrified before our visit today. 30seconds after Dr Lee came to the room and started talking to my son- I hear laugh😳😳😳. Initial visit went beyong just being great. Dr Lee has dedication and she is awesome with kids. After our visit I talked to my son whether he wants to come back and see Dr Lee again and sure enough he said:”Of COURSE” Reason that made him comfortable is the ability to understand whats going on and what is being done in his mouth. This is THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have had so far. Office ladies are super friendly, very professional and very patient. This experience is beyond 5 star rating. We will be back with my daughter as well:)

The new building is great, especially once the roads are done. The people here are professionals that offer a truly kid-centric practice. If you take your kids anywhere else you should be ashamed of yourself and have your parenting license revoked.

This place is wonderful. The dentists include your child in the conversation. They get your child involved in the procedures. Staff in the front is wonderful. The hygienists are so kind with the kids. New location is great, very clean, easy to get to. Highly recommend

I love how they alway greet us and treat us. Very caring, and great services. My daughter is now 16 years and has been Dr Lee’s and staff patient since she was 3 or 4 years old. She was never afraid always happy to be there.👍🏼❤️

We love Dr Christine. She is so good with my Down syndrome daughter. My daughter went to barely opening her mouth and having a few of the bottom teeth cleaned to now having all her teeth scaled, polished and flossed! Dr C always gives my daughter a hug and always makes her feel special. Dr C is one of a kind and I am glad we found her. ❤️

My daughter always cries when she sees a doctor. However, Dr. Christine changed that. She is so nice with her. The doctor first comes out, plays, gives a toothbrush, a bag, and a little mirror to make my daughter feel comfortable with her. She is very patient and good with kids. At the end, she gives her little toys and stickers. They moved to a new office and it is awesome there. My daughter did not want to go home but wanted to stay playing. Dr. Christine is over 5 stars.

The personal care and attention given to young patients is over the top. The staff is knowledgeable and has their patients best interest in mind. My boys love going to the dentist, even when it’s to get fillings!

Our family is been using this practice for about 4years. We are very pleased about the care our children get here, the dr pays well attention to details and personal are great with kids, our two year old daughter’s first visit was a breeze! For those parents that are scared about their kiddos’ first visit, this is a place where they know how to address first visit, all three of my kiddos had theirs here, they LOVED their time at the dentist!

What a wonderful experience at this practice! Dr. Lee and her whole staff were AWESOME with my son for his first dental experience! I would recommend this practice to any first timers!!

Sad to give such a low review as we do like the dentist. However, our experience changed drastically when it came to billing. My child needed a procedure and while waiting for insurance to come back we were told 3 different amounts of what we would need to pay. A receptionist first told me to wait until we get the exact amount but then we started getting harassed about not making a payment. We started making payments but missed one due to family emergency. There was no communication from them or understanding. They sent us to collections within the same week we missed a payment tacking on an extra $120 for fees. We paid it off and will never return.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Paula. She was so patient, kind, and understanding. The hygienists and dental assistants are also amazing. They took such good care of my high anxiety kiddo.

The office staff was very welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Lee was just absolutely amazing with my 3 year old. When I told my daughter we had go go back next week she was excited! I definitely chose the right place.
