Delicious burgers and a wide burger selection with many different themes and food tastes. Service is okay, could be better. The unlimited sides are really nice though I wish that they’d add a bit more fries. It seemed like they short you on fries so that you constantly have to keep asking for more basket of fries. I got a Southern Charm Burger and it was very delicious, very juicy. Wouldn’t mind coming back

My usual favorite is the Banzai Burger but my teenage Sons and I all just tried the BBQ Brisket Burger… and it is out of this world amazingly delicious! Server was friendly and a quick to get us drink refills and endless sides. Easy 5 star rating

Waitress outstanding! Blue cheese burger - more like feta, did not melt but overall delicious. Chicken wrap - large portion, tasty. Love the endless sides! Will definitely return.

The experience here at Red Robin’s gurnee has been extra spectacular. The hosts / hostess are very welcoming, the service here is on point and yet the customer service is beyond the average. I enjoy my time here every time and I can say as long as nothing changes, they can consider me a regular. Thank you to management and staff every day.

Had the Haystack Double. Could have been a great burger, had the onion straws been edible. They were made from the outermost layers of the onion, which are like paper, and absolutely unchewable. It was like trying to eat a string. Cooks need a course in "Onions 101."

I had the scorpion burger my husband had the burnt ends and my daughter had the one with mashed Avocado on it. My daughter and I liked our burgers but by husband thought his was ok. Service was good food was piping hot.

Nov. 20, 2023 I had lunch at this Red Robin for the first time. Katie my server was great. Polite, helpful and accommodating. I had an excellent salad and iced tea. Very good food. Fast service and a clean restaurant. I will return.

When this restaurant opened many years ago the burgers were great. They obviously changed the quality of the meat because we ordered 3 burgers, steaks fries and the onion ring tower and to my surprise the burger was horrible! No seasoning, I really wanted to ask for a refund after paying $67.00. They definitely just lost 3 customers.,

Crystal was a phenomenal server! She was working alone and we had better service then our WI Red Robin! Food was cooked to perfection and delicious! Absolutely recommend!

Pretty good food, but disenheartened at the lack of staff. I got seated at a booth only to have to wait and wait to get served! I finally had to go and find a staff member and ask about the server. Low and behold, the server GF was actually the bartender as well. Strange! Scott had a very pleasant attitude and tried his very best to be accommodating. But he was too preoccupied with all his numerous tasks. He was the bartender plus had multiple tables to serve in separate areas of the restaurant. I finally got my food but realized I had no silverware. I had to wait and wait for poor Scott to return. I finally had to walk to the kitchen and ask a staff member for silverware. By this time, my food had turned cold. But I was hungry, so it still was good! Overall, I would go back but if I can't locate my server when sitting down, I'm out!

Ordered Cheeseburger and a salad. Took forever. I drank my extra large beer, before the barely warm burger and fries got there. Waitress didn't even come back to see how things were. Had a empty beer, water, and drank my wife's water. And far as bottom less fries good luck with the Waitress coming back. Looks like their understaffed and no manager on the floor. This was our second time being here with the same results. The woman's washroom was dirty, toilet paper to use, sitting on the floor and one sitting on the back of the toilet. I hate leaving a negative review but it is what it is.

When we arrived we were informed that there was only one server and that it would be approximately 10 minutes before we would be seated. Initially we thought about going to another restaurant. Fortunately, decided to stay. The food was good and the service was outstanding. Our server was Mel. She very awesome: friendly, engaging, funny and thoughtful. She clearly enjoys her job. We were glad stayed.

Very bad experience 20 min ago; host make us wait more than 20 minutes having plenty of tables and booths already set, apparently because they were not servicing at that time; then we decided to go to the same place at Kenosha and here we received such a good professional and kindly service. I’d say don’t go Sunday evening here until customer service improve!

From the moment we walked in we had a great experience. There was a ten minute wait so the greeter sat us on a waiting area where he gave my kids chalkboards and chalk to keep them busy during the wait. We were sat with Server Mel. She was super friendly and attentive. Even though the place was busy she did not rush us to place our order. We placed our orders fairly quickly and while we were waiting she brought us a basket of fries add order to bottom with so that he had something to eat while we were waiting the food came out and was excellent so much so that my small children even ask for seconds. She kept up on the bottomless fries and bottomless mac and cheese that one of the kids had ordered we filled the drinks without even asking just step right up on the table and all of the surrounding table she had. I think the only downfall to the whole trip was having small children took many trips to the bathroom and the men's restroom was filthy puddles of standing water on the floor rolls of paper towels on the floor broken stall doors just very unkempt

I'm sorry, but we came in and ordered, and the place just felt dirty. we walked to the restroom from the bar, and your shoes would just stick to the floor. The table was just as sticky . Our waitress was training but for some reason was by her self she was definitely struggling and asking the other person that was 4 tables down were to find the items, instead of having a trainer shadow her like they're supposed to. And I'm sorry, but the food was definitely not worth the $70 we spent. The buns tasted old, and the burgers had no flavor the Buns were soggy from how much sauce they put on there to compensate for flavor, and the fries are not even seasoned. July 15 now i love how i called bc the person reply to my review but apparently I spoke to everybody on Sunday the 9th and come to find out they told me that I would get a refund 7 to 10 days now I have called a week later and they told me that customer service never put in the refund because they can't do much about it I was supposed to call the store directly to get my refund and now battery from the store in Gurnee decided to tell me that I have to wait 14 more days now on top of the 10 days I already waited to get my refund again ain't this some bull.. exactly why yall going out of business dont have employees that care

Best burger place around. But, the beer ice cream shakes are even better than the burgers. I have never felt more guilty about enjoying alcohol in my life. It's that good and all of them taste great. Best part is that red robins is literally all over the country and the prices aren't that bad compared to other joints. Table service is usually amazing, nothing bad to say. Highly recommended and always bring friends, I know I will.

It took a while to be seen. Our server was friendly, but scarce, particularly for a nearly empty dining room. The burger was very tasty. The atmosphere was very nice, allowing for conversation. Free fry refills was unexpected and appreciated.

Top notch experience. Red Robin is never my first choice when eating out. My family wanted it so I went along. I’m glad I did because everything was great!

Food was good but they were struggling as far for staffing. It was a guy that looked like a supervisor walking around literally doing nothing as waitresses, (including mines) run back and forth on a busy Saturday lunch rush. I asked the gentlemen that looked like the supervisor for a side of pickles and onions. He doesn’t bring any of it out and 5 minutes later my waitress brings it out. Not cool. If you aren’t doing anything and you see your staff struggling, why not grab it yourself? Unprofessional. My waitress was alright due to the business and conditions of being short staffed. Probably won’t be back just because of how things were being ran and the management seem to have no problem in how things were going.

Can't believe it took me this long to finally leave a shining review for the famed burger chain but here it is. I remember when Red Robin first opened in Gurnee way back when and this location was the first time trying it. Various co-workers and friends told me these guys are like the Applebee's of burgers. For me Applebee's has gone down hill over the years but Red Robin is still a go-to place for me. Now I'm not gonna say "doh my God these burgers are friggin' amazing!!" but RR burgers are good quality burgers made from fresh and there's plenty of styles to choose from. Sadly this past March marked the first time in a couple years dining in and after the pleasant experience my family and I had, told my wife we'll definitely come back a bit more often. Great selection of beer, sleek cocktails, burgers are obviously the highlight here + bottomless fries but the menu is an all-around type with still reasonable prices, plenty of dining space with a family friendly atmoshere and the customer service is top notch here. I really liked this past visit, wait time wasn't too bad for a corner booth, food was delivered hot & fresh, everybody enjoyed their meals and our server who was also bartending was nothing short of spectacular.

The food is tasty and the service is great, but why are most of the lights above the booths missing or burnt out? EDIT... What happened to the great service 12/28/22? The waitress was rude to the hostess and didn't bother to check on our table (even sent the bill to the payment kiosk on the table without coming by). She was rather impolite to several customers and it was very evident she did not wish to be there by telling everyone it was supposed to be her day off!

Diminished quality. We ate there twice in a period of 2 months and both times the burgers were edible to say the least. I used to love Red Robin but we will not be eating at this location again anytime soon.

The was the second time in a row that the restaurant completely let us down. Besides the fact it took 35 min to get our drinks; then an additional 20 to get our pretzel bite appetizer that was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for 10 (warm stale taste and cheese dip had filmy layer on it). After that half the order was luke warm at best, bottom less fries never came either did our waitress literally left money on the table and finally left. So disappointed tried calling to speak with a manager they never came to the phone either. I will be actually be contacting corporate.

Enjoyed a birthday burger meal for being a reward member, I recommend signing up every meal counts. I had the veggie burger the last time because I didn't want the meat sweats... yeah those are a thing... but it was delicious if you're a vegetarian and are looking for veggie burger options it wasn't weird and it tasted much like a burger.

I’ve visited this restaurant who has a customer and as a delivery driver. I return often for their BLTA croissant sandwich. I love how fresh all of the ingredients are, I never find anything wilted or less ripe than it should be, and the portions of all the ingredients are perfect. The croissant is always perfect texture, sturdy enough to hold a sandwich together but never tough or dry. Sweet potato fries are fantastic I think I could snack on those all day! Their regular fries are delicious also. The burgers are also very very good and pretty big. Unfortunately they have a pretty limited dessert menu, and what they have is really very expensive for dessert items. Everything on the dessert menu is between $10 and $12. That seems really high for a slice of pie or a couple of cronuts. At the moment they only have four items on the dessert menu and two of them are the exact same thing in different quantities. As a delivery driver I’ve had good and bad experiences. They have a nice little waiting area for us to sit in which is not something other places have so I do appreciate that. But I do expect to wait between 5 and 10 minutes when I pick up an order from there. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 15. The employees mostly ignore us when we walk in and go over to the waiting area. They’re not unfriendly but not exactly friendly either.

We came in for lunch and decided on Red Robin because my mom had never been there. Our server was great and the food was also just fine, but the issue is there was hair found twice in our food. When our server brought this up to the manager he didn’t care. He didn’t even come over and apologize. We were not expecting to get anything for free or even comped off our meal just wanted him to own up to it. Turns out his name is Barry and he is the GM of this location. How can you be a GM and not even show your face to your customers. We will not come to this location again and urge new management be put into place.

The day I went the manager older gentleman silver hair was chewing out the employees in the dining area loud enough to be heard several tables away. I actually called the girl over and told her that there are several places hiring for better money and she didn't have to put up with that treatment. Beyond that. The food was good. Her service was great until he upset her and well it wasn't good from there but I don't blame her at all.
