    Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered two drinks and two happy meals. We were handed 1 drink and two happy meals. When we asked for the other coke, they said get back in line? Huh? But we already ordered it? A whole gang of staff congregated at the window with the window shut talking about us and then opened the window and told us to get out of line and go back to the end? We said what, we ordered two drinks? They said we didn’t. We asked for a manager who proceeded to lose her temper and tell us in front of our children that SHE WILL CALL THE POLICE ON US if we don’t “get out of her line”. Her name was Emily. What a maniac. Avoid this location at all costs and Emily needs to lose her job!

    It took maybe 15 minutes to get food when there were only 3 families and like 5 cars in the drive-through. Guy at the counter was VERY rude when we asked for sauce that they missed in our order, and in the mean time of waiting they were messing up other orders aswell.

    We visited there around 3PM today. A 6-month-old baby and the mother opened the door inside a store and tripped. The door was an old one that didn't work properly, and the floor tiles were slippery. The stroller overturned, and the baby fell to the floor. The mother ended up on the floor along with the items, and the baby cried loudly. There was a moment of silence, and everyone looked at us. However, none of the store employees came over to ask if we were okay or showed any concern. Is this your protocol?

    This is a nice McDonald's and I'll give 4 stars because I do not want to hurt the rating over one rude employee, but the young man handing out the orders at the drive-thru window on July 8 around 9 pm was very rude. If you he does not like his job enough to be courteous, then he should get another job. I am tired of this attitude most places I go. I almost never do negative reviews, but I would want to know about this if I were running this place.

    I cannot say too much bad things of McDonald's since it the same fashion food they have over decades. What I can say of this location is that they have gad different interior design sign. The kiosk are there in case no cashiers are attendant during busy hours. The issue though comes that if you do order through the kiosk then ask to grab a number for your order for the employee to bring it to you. They don't. You still have to get up to pick up your order. There really isn't a point to that. Other than that nothing bad overall of the location. It is just a quick grab and bite

    Horrible service at drive thru using app code. Discount wasn't applied and the employee AND manager both shrugged shoulders and actually said not their problem. It was like watching a training video on what definitely NOT to do.

    Absolutely worst customer service experience I've received from a McDonalds. My husband and I both worked fast food and we understand how chaotic it gets but we dealt with more than 1 rude employee to include a manager. One of our sandwiches was wrong and the front counter person wanted to debate with me over the fact that there was no bacon on the bacon quarter pounder. Ridiculous.

    This is a very nice McDonald's the food was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere was inviting and clean, but the service lacked authentic assistance. The cashier was very dry and inpersaonable

    the drive thru staff was way swampped and did not pay any kind of attention to quite a few orders including mine. and that is after i got to my order and tried to explain to the server i did not order sausage and i could not have it. 5 times and in the end he took off the egg and left the one thing i could not have.

    Play Place here so it's a target spot with the kids when we're in the area. Biggest reason I gave it 5 stars overall is because they have the bathroom inside the play place. It's a game changer! I can relax for an extra 5 minutes because I can see the kids go in and out of the bathroom and don't have to worry. I wish McDonald's app would let me order a Rewards burger along with a coupon on other food in the same order. I'd be so happy.

    Order #669 on Saturday 7/29. First time ever posting a review due to an all time awful experience in my 20 years of restaurant going. After waiting 20 minutes, another table realized they received the wrong food. Staff brought the food back in the kitchen, waited 5 minutes, and tried to serve the same food to me after it was open and gone through. In shock, I acknowledged that that food was just at another table and the lady said that she messed up and still insisted I take the food. I then stated that I do not want food that another customer went through. I then received an attitude. After getting to the 30 minute mark I voiced my displeasure (it was two happy meals and two burger meals, not too large) with the wait given all other orders were going out. My kids friends had finished eating and were ready to leave. They then provided my food at close to the 35 minute mark. The staff and manager (who was behind the counter as well) did nothing. No apology, not a word. I have since confirmed that this is indeed a health code violation. If the staff showed the slightest bit of empathy or understanding, I would not be posting this. I had worked in the restaurant industry for almost a decade and everyone knows you don't serve contaminated food.

    Exactly what I'd expect from McDonald's. Predictable food and predictable service. Neither of which are good but get the job done. This location made 1 small error with my order but were able to get it corrected very quickly. No complaints.

    Filthy, garbages overflowing, drink station leaking and a huge mess. Rude staff. Will not bring food to your table so you will have to leave your child in the playplace to get your own food. Playplace is dirty, garbage, food and filth all over. Zero stars if possible.

    I stopped coming here since there’s always sketchy hobos hanging around walking through the parking lot. They get too close to my car for my liking. They also tend to forget at least part of my order so I have to make sure to check the bag every time.

    Parents BEWARE, this location up charges you for making healthier choices regarding your kids meal drink. No other location has done this, the McDonalds website says apple juice is one of the included options. However, this location will charge you extra for picking an apple juice. Their reasoning? Soda is only $1 and apple juice is $1.49 so they have to charge extra. Apparently the only drink option without an up charge is soda. Thankfully we will never be going to this location again.

    Food was fine but they wanted to charge extra for an extra packet of sweet and sour sauce for my 10 piece nuggets. The lady had an attitude about it but ended up giving it to me for free. Other than that, it was the standard McDonald's experience.

    I worked at McDonald's for 7 yrs in the quad cities, so I know for fact that mighty kids meal it's suppose to include a regular sized small drink, and regular small fries not the xsmall. Only other complaint (which if it's not really selling well in this area I understand just annoying) no Mellow Yellow as an option.

    They lost my mobile order and rerouted it to another McDonalds. The food was permafrost and cold when I picked it up. All the manager could say was that she was sorry this happened. She did not make it right nor offer a refund.

    Yesterday my sister and I decided to stop in to allow her daughter to play before a family gathering. My sister informed me that I could receive a Big Mac free of charge by downloading the app and using the coupon. So I proceeded to do just that. After downloading the McDonald's app I proceeded to the kiosk in an attempt to redeem said coupon. I couldn't figure the kiosk out so I went to the counter to ask if they could do it for me. I informed the Manager that I would like to redeem coupon for free Big Mac but I couldn't do it on the kiosk. She then informed me I had to make a purchase in order to receive this coupon. So I decided to make a purchase. After doing so I scanned coupon for free Big Mac. I received my purchase excluding my free Big Mac. So I told the Manager I didn't receive my free Big Mac. She says in turn you didn't say you wanted one you only said you like to make a purchase. I again informed her that I had indeed say so several times. She proceeded to argue weather or not I had. She then told me that she was "trying to tell me in a nice way" whatever that means... By this time I got upset and asked if me could stop the conversation I would like what I had originally came for. She then informed me that I wouldn't get it. I said but I scanned my coupon for it. After informing me that I would not get my Big Mac and having had to make an unnecessary purchase I began to feel my entire body get extremely hot and my chest got tight. I then told my sister that we would have to leave because I felt unwell. Keep in mind that I was also embarrassed because this was done at a busy time. The coupon states that you can receive Big Mac FREE OFF PURCHASE... I was forced to MAKE A PURCHASE AND NEVER RECEIVED MY BIG MAC. I am strongly considering taking legal action against this franchise for false advertisement and emotional damage.

    pklhis McDonald's has a nice big Oakland for kids. One star of because they're usually pretty lax in enforcing the rules in the playland. Food is good and the employees are courteous.Today a couple of 16 year old boys were playing in the playland one with his shirt off and one barefoot. The manager came in and scolded them until they left. It was very refreshing. For healthy food, they have a couple if good salads, but the rest is junk. I come here with my 5 year old about twice a month. Dec. 2017 update: They've remodeled they place! New Play Place, and only two human cashiers now. They've added a computer cashier, which we can use when paying with a card. The new Play Place is awesome, I'm told by my 5 year old. See pix. (Gray is new) I'm leaving the review at 4 stars, because I don't trust their food. The salads seem safe; they even use Newman's Own dressings. Is like to see more whole and natural food options, even if it's more expensive.
