I don't usually have issues at the one near the car wash, but today I ordered the chicken parm salad and half way thru...a hair. So I called and spoke with Laura who at first tells me no one has short hair there. Well I don't have black hair nor is it short. She finally said she would give me credit, but don't think I'll be going there for awhile.

Andy is a great GM. He always greets me and is very charismatic! He makes sure I always get hot fries and my order is done right away so I can get back to work! Love this location, Thanks Andy!

Just ordered in the drive through. Ordered a number 10, large with a large Diet Coke, 10 chicken nuggets and a large frosty for my wife and I to share. Total came to just over $20. Paid the lady at the front, she didn't give me a receipt, said the machine wasn't working right... gave me my bag and drinks and I took off... When I get home, there is no chicken sandwich #10 in the bag, just fries, 10 chicken nuggets and that's it! The bullcrap part is, I can't even complain or get my money back because the woman didn't give me a fricking receipt! Such an unprofessional store... when I called... it rang for 10 minutes with no answer...

Nasty kiosk to order at. These things breed germs. Fries must have been under the heat lamp for an hour. Very stale. No interaction with workers anymore. Pretty sure they didn't speak the language.

I love going here and I have been going for years and I am pleased all the time with my food and service. My dog loves getting a little jr bacon cheeeeese burger.

The food was not as good as my local Wendy's. Definitely needs a thorough cleaning!?

Pulled in drive thru 20 minutes after opening and couldn’t place an order. Just change the hours if you aren’t ready by the time you claim to be open

Love the chili most of all. Frosties are delicious too. The burgers are good, but I would prefer chopped lettuce instead of the pieces.

A bit disappointing. No lettuce for some reason (??). The person taking our order seemed confused. After specifing a combo he'd ask how many hamburger patties even though that combo doesn't offer that as an option. One of the soda fountains had no ice and the syrup levels were low so the drinks tasted bad. Thankfully the other fountain worked better.

The lady who was making our food made sure that we got everything correct. We ask for fresh fries and they made it fresh. Definitely recommend place.

I’ve Never had an issue at this location with management or it’s staff; bad bad encounter with Its General Manager. On Thursday 04/14 I called in an order that was not online or app. (2x 50pc nuggets). GM says “place order online, app, Grub-Hub or DoorDash. I told him items wanted not on online menu(s) (this is not my first rodeo). I usually call in order to Manager as my job is only 2 blocks from this location and a few factors are taken into consideration. 1) I’m usually placing order cause we are in a meeting and taking a break so a few of us share the nuggets. 2) time is of the essence. 3) I don’t want to inconvenience the line or it’s employees (100nuggets). Because the GM was not helpful I hung the phone up on Him. I place order online for (8) 4for $4. Order placed 12:12pm got to Wendy’s at 12:15pm and order was not ready. They tell me to pull up and literally waited 20min 12:35pm. By now I was furious. Again, order placed online and I was in a meeting. On the way to my job, the bag rips and 4 of the 8 4for $4 spill all over my truck. I call to complain to Andy and he tells me he’s too busy. Worse Customer Service especially coming from a GM. Too bad one bad apple ruined this locations rating.

The honey chicken croissant wasn't bad at all , the potato things are ok , did enjoy the coffee thing thought it was going to be like a frosty

This Location Is Ok. The Service Is Always Good, but The Fries Are Cold On Most Nights....

I have never seen an employee act so unprofessional. The cashier we had screwed up our order and my siblings order twice, this cashier was either high or on something, because the way he handled my brothers order was really unprofessional. Luckily the rest of the staff helped us get our food.

Whoever supervises or manages in the morning is really great. He takes the time to be friendly, even if I place my order a minute after they open, and he always packages the food thoughtfully and neatly. The customer service is top notch in the AM and is worth a visit if you want Wendy’s.
