We’ve been to several Rosati’s and the experience is pretty consistent. This place is the exception. Horrible service, the place is dirty. The lady at the register has a terrible attitude. The ribs, picture attached, were insanely bad, they looked and tasted like old ribs boiled, no BBQ sauce. The restaurant plays loud music that the cooks listen to I guess, bad words and distasteful music that as a guest I really resent the fact that I am forced to listen to. The place is really dirty and run down, dust and spider webs on all the light fixtures. Rosati’s as a chain should really look into this specific establishment, if this had been my first experience with Rosati’s I would NEVER go back to one.

$31 Chicago Deep Dish pizza and look at the ratio of bread to cheese and sauce. I want pizza! Not bread with some cheese and sauce on top. I added a photo of a slice of what I got compared to my expectation. Next time, twice as much sauce, and more cheese!

My family ordered from Rosati's for the first time last night and we were impressed. The woman who took the order via phone was so polite and was willing to answer any questions I had. She suggested their "stuffed" pizza. We ordered that, an order of garlic cheese bread, fried ravioli and soda. It arrived at our hotel after about 40 minutes and it did not disappoint! The sheer amount of cheese on the pizza puts Wisconsin pizza to shame. WOW! The pizza was massive. The sauce was on the sweeter side, but still good. The raviolis were my favorite part. My husband liked the garlic cheese bread. Everything was delicious! We also appreciate that the staff sent along plates, napkins and utensils. We are traveling with two young kids so this helped so much! There was also a heaping amount of parmesan and pepper packets. Overall, highly recommend! Great service and food. So glad we gave this local spot a try!

Me and my Aunt went here yesterday since I felt like craving some Pizza, my aunt ended up ordering two hot dogs and some fries while I got a slice of pizza. The guy who took our order didn’t seem happy at all, so my aunt pays for the pizza and we both get drinks as well the cups are really small, but I was very surprised to get a big pizza, so I eat the pizza it’s a mix of hot and cold it tasted alright but the one thing that really made me upset was the crust was very hard which made me feel like I shouldn’t eat it anymore. My aunt gets her hot dogs 10 minutes later, she tells me the hot dog tastes good, but the bun is hard. How can crust, and hot dog buns be hard? It’s so hard to believe I wish the workers were more friendly, will not come again.

We ordered 3 meals tonight, two calzones and a order of chicken fettuccine Alfredo, ($41). This was the first time I ordered pasta from here. I was hoping this was going to be a good experience. I was wrong. Not only did the pasta come dry, but it was completely tasteless. It's pretty sad the bread that came with the pasta had more flavor than the pasta. I have never been so disappointed, especially after spending this kind of money, and waiting for an hour for delivery. I couldn't even finish the food. If it wasn't for the calzones being tasty, this would be the last time we would be eating here. I am from WI, and we have many Italian restaurants there. I expect pastas to have flavor and enough sauce in them until the end of the meal. Very disappointing.

Like MANY others, I have always found the people working in this store to have attitudes and over the years they have screwed up more than their share of my orders. But today the rude tattooed girl insisted I sign a receipt even though I have NEVER done so in several years of ordering online from this place and I left without my order. That was basically strike three and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN and neither should any of you reading this review. Lots and lots of other pizza joints with better food and way better service. #GoJimanos

I ordered a deep dish pizza. I'm currently sitting here with this brick pizza that is unedible. I got through half a slice before I couldn't eat another bite due to the crust being too hard. It's like trying to cut through concrete. What's even worse is I'm trying to call them ti complain and no one is answering the phone! I should've just ordered from Mike's because they're less expensive and better quality.

Ok so this is my husband and my first time going here and it's the best deep dish pizza I've ever had hands down! The girl who works in there was super sweet and got our food to us promptly. We're here for our 16 year Anniversary and Rosati's is a place we will definitely be coming back too when we're in town. Thank you for making our night a wonderful one.

I have been going to Rosati's Pizza🍕 for a very long time, and let me tell you. Nice place to unwind if you love good food and serve. It's the perfect place to bring the family to enjoy or to just stop in and grab a slice of pizza.

The Fettuccine Alfredo was amazing Not to mention my wife's full slab of ribs! Out of this world, good! Then the pizza my kids demolished! The fries were fried to perfaction! And delivered fast to great wolf. The driver was very friendly. 👏 thank you . Can not complain at all. Keep up the great work. 👍

Great experience here and Italian Beef was On Point! Big portions, fair prices, great flavors expertly prepared. We did not have any of the problems the other reviewers mentioned. Had an Italian Beef with hot peppers, melted cheese and gravy on the side. Toasted bun and delicious, 10/10. Fries were awesome. Chicago dogs were authentic and good also. Man who serviced the counter knew what he was doing and had a hand in preparing the food.

I went here a few days ago and the middle eastern guy working the front cou nter was really rude and then when he brought our food he took it to a random table and didnt even bother to see where me and my wife where sitting. I had to get up and tell him that we were near the front then he brought our food to us.

The food is always good, consistently 😋 the same everytime we go. Pricing seems high but I usually get 2 meals from one meal. You won't leave hungry! Everything's made fresh when you order. I had the shrimp & fish dinner, & my friend had the hot roast beef sandwich 🥪 both were excellent, you could share the sandwich & be full lots of roast beef. Deserts look delish & they even have funnel cake. Their dining room even has some stand up video games for you or the kids. Also I've had in the past chicken parm with pasta special it was so good, that I had 3 meals from it. Like I say the price seems high but you won't be disappointed or hungry

Horrible crust, dry ans too hard to bite. Got both a thin crust and a double crust pizza, in our 10 year Olds words "this is the worst birthday dinner ever". Pizza fell apart with toppings on the table before the slice could get to your plate. I asked for everything together and they brought the bread out 15 minutes before the pizza. $80 wasted. Never again

Pretty descent place. The decor was very cute and the atmosphere was very nice. We got one pizza and it came our fresh in a good amount of time. It may have been alittle more saucy, and alittle less cheesy, than I would have liked, but over all it tasted great and the crust was really good

An absolute favorite place to go for my coworkers and I, especially after a long day at work since Rosati's is open until 10pm most nights and midnight on Friday and Saturday. Employees are always very nice and helpful and we always get our food in a timely manor. Everything is consistently delicious, often even more so than other Rosati's in the area. I for one am DEFINITELY a regular customer!

Ordered a jumbo and a small pizza pizza was very good sorry I didn't take a picture I was so hungry hadn't eaten anything all day that is soon as the Pizza got there we devoured it.we ordered one of the specials they had sausage mushrooms onions green peppers very good

The deep dish pizza is not the greatest. Too much crust. The thin sliced pizza is good. Prompt service for the time of my order.
