First I just read a review from another customer. That describes exactly what happened to us. The crust was so hard u couldn't cut it. The pizza only had no sauce just on the edges when u pick up the cheese just what hard crust. Not going back...

Been getting pizzas here for over 5 years and never had an issue until tonight. Ordered extra pepperoni and extra sauce. There was barely enough pepperoni on the pizza and still be able to call it a pepperoni pizza. And while the pizza did have a little extra sauce, it didn't have the usual amount of extra sauce that I had been getting in the past. Not a big deal about the sauce but when you charge extra for extra pepperoni, I expect to get what I paid for. And then on top of all that, there is now an extra $0.99 charge for ordering on line through the web site. Seriously? We have to pay extra for a "self checkout" service now? As i said I have been getting pizzas here for a long time, so maybe this was just an off night.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. Still top-quality pizza, they haven't changed. Make sure to check out the online deals and text message promotions always come in handy.

I’m out of town for work and saw this flyer in the hotel lobby so I figured I’d give it a try. AMAZING! Without a doubt the BEST lasagna I’ve had in a long time! The homemade sauce is delicious! I will warn you that the portion is large and probably meant for 2, but I took it as a challenge lol! I’m here for a week, and will be doing this again!

Ordered a 14" Double Dough pizza online for takeout. It was totally overcooked. The crust was so hard that I thought I was going to break a tooth if I continued to eat it. (that's not an internet exaggeration, People do that a lot to try to over-emphasize/prove a point, we've all seen it) I took the toppings off of 2 pieces and that was all I could do. For $26+ dollars for a 14" pizza a little attention to detail would have been nice. First and last time at Jimano's for me.

My husband, our friend, and I visited the Gurnee, IL, Jimano's restaurant on Thursday, June 22, at about 9:30pm, having just driven in from the Cleveland, OH, area. Steven, the manager, went above and beyond the call of his duty to advise us on the kind of pizza we'd ordered ("not Chicago deep-dish") and to let us know that the pizza would take about 25-30 minutes to prepare and cook. He did not mention that the store would be closing in about that time, and he did not kick us out of the restaurant either at the time of ordering or when the pizza came. Steven also accommodated our special version of the "create your own 6-pick" beverage choice: I was concerned that he would get in trouble for doing this, and he said, "Don't worry: I'm the manager, so I won't get in trouble." In addition to this beautiful, kind treatment, we had the world's best pizza. It was made with the freshest ingredients, cooked to just the right temperature, and came hot from the oven. I have only two regrets about this situation: 1 - I'd promised Steven to write a very nice review the next morning, and I've had to wait for 4 days to do it for reasons beyond my control; and 2 - Jimano's doesn't yet have a restaurant in northern Virginia, where we live. JImano's and Steven provide a delicious and welcoming dining experience, one where we felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. When we left northern Virginia on June 21, I told my husband and our friend that we were going to eat at Jimano's for dinner on Thursday night (the 22nd). They knew better than to argue, and we all loved the experience. We cannot say enough good things about Jimano's and Steven. We will definitely return to Jimano's.

Came here and tried this pizza place, turns out to be one my new favorite foods here in Gurnee. I was really satisfied and pleased with what I received. I am sure what I bought was fair with what I received probably even more. The toppings were fair and everything about this place was amazing.

The food here is fantastic! I feel bad that I couldn't finish it before we went to the airport. The small-sized pizza is surprisingly big, and the price is great too!

After dealing with racism from 6 different restaurants making my kids cry, we ended up here and we are happy we did! The girl behind the counter (I missed her name) made us feel so welcome and was so kind the entire time. She even said goodnight to my boys as she left for the night :) The chef brought us our amazing pizza and he was also a kind person despite the stress of multiple orders. Please support their business!

Best pizza place in Gurnee Staff is very very friendly especially Steven who mans the phones when you call in he is great!!! Good delivery time too

Traveling through back home to Wisconsin. We love chicago style deep dish Decided to give these folks a try. Unfortunately let down. It was not deep dish more bread than actual ingredients. Unfortunately paid in cash and was late night. Called next day person on phone could barely explain how they me their pizza. $45 lost cant get back. Will not go back. Either stick to Giordano or ask how it is made before ordering.

We placed an order this evening. There was confusion about the delivery. They promptly remade and delivered our order even after we realized the mistake was ours. The food delicious as usual!

Thin pizza was good but more impressive were their buffalo wings. Probably the best pizza place wings I have had.

My local favorite for the best pizza of all of them. Fast service. I just happem=ned to be driving home and stopped in at the Gurnee location. Ordered a pizza to go and it was ready in less than fifteen minutes. Was perfectly done to expectations.

First time going here and pizza is good but the breadsticks are amazing! Suggestion if you make the breadsticks and add cinnamon and sugar it would make a wonderful dessert! We will be back especially for the Pizza Puffs they are killer!

The pizza was very good. Very filling. We like the deep dish & prefer our sauce on the dough instead of the top. We had pepperoni, onions, green peppers & extra cheese. It definitely had extra cheese. We took it back to our hotel to have with our beer there. 😁😋
