Be ware, this store abuse their employees and are completely careless and unethical. My son worked there for a short period of time his first job 16 year old. They refuse to pay his last check saying it’s up to HR, HR says to contact the store. Spoke To a lady store manager to help my son she told il my I was harassing her and that she will block my number and she hanged up. Asking to pay their employees is harassing them. Do not buy from this store They are taking advantage of inexperienced kids that don’t know what to do about it. It’s only $200 so it doesn’t really matter but this is extremely unethical

So I went to Great America, and wanted to have some Pizza Hut. I drove around for 20-30 minutes and finally found them. Their sign was off and the staff was extremely rude, and would not let us eat in the store. When we asked for parmesan cheese, the worker got mad and dumped his entire box of packets on my pizza.

Do not buy From this store Manager incredibly rude and careless, our 16 year old son had his first job here. They refused to pay him and say they can’t do anything sent us to corporate, corporate said to call store. Manager was offended that my husband called her for the 3rd time after she wouldn’t return calls or get back to us and hugged up phone and told us not to call any more. They abuse Teens counting on their ignorance and inexperience Very sad attitude

Fast and tastes pretty good compared to other huts.

Getting my issue fixed was too easy. The rest of y’all need to calm down and maybe approach the employees differently, they are not doormats.

Placed an order on line and everything was delivered and was perfect. Pizza maker deserves praise for the quality of the food.

I ordered a pizza at 7:30 PM, and nobody has delivered it yet! Very poor service!!! I do not recommend their pizzeria!

I just called to place an order at the actual store and was told he can’t help me and I wasn’t able to place an order. He said, I need to call another number to a call center to place an order . This is not customer service and it helps me take my business elsewhere. I guess this Pizza Hut doesn’t want the business. I understand it’s hard to get help, but turning away business is simply idiotic since it allows you to get more staff. To whomever this franchise owner is good luck, since I’m never coming back.

The Hut uses DoorDash drivers to deliver, which ends up being 45 minutes after the delivery time estimated on the app. So, that means, it takes an hour and 15 minutes from order to delivery.

Food was good.But I ask for curbside and never came out .I needed to get down from the car with my newborn baby to get my order.

Initial delivery estimate was 25-35 minutes. Got a notification that door dash would deliver in 40 minutes. Nothing…called the store and was told the driver just left. Called again 15 minutes later and was told that the driver is still there and food is almost ready. Told them to cancel my order and will never order there again.

Not a fan of their wings, very wet and soggy. The pizza was overall fulfilling, the crust was amazing and cooked to perfection but dough was slightly bland and lack of toppings.

Today I used the pizza hut website and chose the location pizza hut Gurnee IL 60031. I chose delivery. The website asked for my address and how much I wanted to tip, it sent me a email about when it will be delivered, and a delivery tracker. When I called the store I spoke to a female. Then handed off to a male who was very rude to me. He yelled at me for being to dumb to use a website correctly, and that he will just refund the order and hun up, while I am trying to explain to him but he just hangs up. I call him back and he was even more rude. I'm thinking to myself why do you hate your job so much? I'm so angry and upset with this that I'm making sure this review gets to the owner and corporate. Nobody deserves to be talked to this way, hung up on or called dumb. I have receipts saying that the order was going to be delivered. If you can't handle customer complaints find another job... He was soooo mean.

Pizza hut dough for PAan pizza got worse and does not test like used to be. I order from 2nd store because I did not believe the 1st store Gurnee, IL that it was Pan pizza so I order Waukegan, IL store an fit is same. Wasted money.

No curbside service was provided, even tho I was given the choice when placing the order. After notifying them via their email button that we had arrived, we waited and waited. Then they ignored their phone when I was trying to get my order - twice it rang 16 times and disconnected. Three groups walked in while we waited for our order to be brought out to our car while our order just sat there. We finally had to go in to retrieve it and the workers were not very pleasant or welcoming. The pizza was overdone and the crust and cheese were dark around the edges. Not up to Pizza Hut’s usual standards.

I love Pizza Hut. Ordering online makes it easy for me. Prices are better then other pizza places in the area. Pizza is always ready on time when I order for take out.

Pizza showed up barley warm, boxes were cold to the touch. Driver did not use a hot bag for the food. Ended having to warm our pizza up. Would not recommend the pizza hut in gurnee for delivery

The pizza was horrible and when I called to get my credit back or refund back the employee started to argue with me. Why do u even order it here when you said u don’t like the pizza we make. I said to them this is how you going to do your customer service. Where is your manager or supervisor and he gives it to manager and the manager talks bad with a customer and hang the phone on me. Instead of solving it and lies telling me I m the manager which he wasn’t he seemed to be a young teenager arguing back with customers. I was told customers are always right no matter what. I m working in a management myself and if I did that I would have gotten fired. My manager and supervisor tells me that customers are always right and we should not argue with them back.

This place is very dirty ... the floor is sticky u can't even walk in there ...smells bad ... plus one of my pizza looked like it been hit by a truck ... I'm calling the health department 🏬

As always we like it the way they make Pizza Hut. Super delicious pizza that isn't super costly or filled with oil. The crust, well cooked, and the staff was very helpful as we arrived 1 1/2 hrs early. They jumped on our order and took care of our mistake. Then you again.

Wish I had a picture to share! The pizza was all that and then some. I didn't know which one I wanted Italian Fiesta, Beggars, Marios..just as the thought of paying for gas and fast food came across my mind I decided on the more expensive Italian Fiesta to save on gas..Lord behold with my finger on the dail button Pizza Hut commercial came on from out of nowhere "No one out does the Hut" 88th S. Stoney Island OMG! GOT THERE ABOUT 10:37PM..I'm working out now just to eat Pizza Hut all summer, fall, winter..I'm vegetarian, my family isnt.."less than a dollar a slice"! We had 4 loaded mediums..Thank you Pizza Hut for supporting hungry families..

I don't know about anyone else but when I use the APP I constantly get error messages. My local store told me to just call in my order. BUT then I don't get deals or discounts. I can't believe a corporation as big as Pizza Hut uses poor technology. Having to order by phone is turning back 35 years of technological progress.

I went there with my boyfriend and my sister's. Ex boyfriend. Since he was so sad and devastated. We did our best to cheer him up and it worked. Then we got ready to leave and my boyfriend stuck a pitcher in his coat that he was wearing. The problem was we were all laughing so hard that he dropped it on the way out. Never saw him run that fast. .
