We went the Saturday morning to grab a bagel. While waiting we noticed that the cashier was taking money and then touching food with same gloves on. As we kept watching I mentioned...Hey do you know your touching money and then food with the same gloves on? His reply, well it's a good thing the food is going in a 600 degree oven. I said REALLY! How about you get me a manager. His reply, I am the manager and smirked and shrugged his shoulders. Guess I'll have to find a new Einsteins.

Waited to get my order taken and pay when no one was behind the counter except for one dude making sandwiches. Was told at the register the girl couldn't take my order I would have to wait somewhere to her left to have someone show up to do that. No seating available inside. No crowd control devices to control the flow of customer traffic. No signs saying "order here" and "pay here". No customer service. Wouldn't know if the food is good because I left after that wait and interaction to go to an establishment that was willing to take my order and let me pay them for food.

I love my bagels and my experience here offered a great selection of savory bagels and great tasting cream cheeses on said bagels! Service was always with a smile and the staff were friendly. My only complaint come from one who uses the internet during most of my outings. With internet dropping occasionally, mixed in with internet speeds on average of 1 Mbps, I didn't find this place to be a conducive environment to do my online buisness. But that being said, this place of bagels had some amazing options to satisfy your bagel itch!

The food is great. Well, accept for their Chocolate coffee cake. That's just awful. My main gripe is that their brunch box says 4 blueberry muffins yet I never receive 4 blueberry muffins. It's either 2 blueberry and 2 chocolate or 4 chocolate. Sometimes even the bagels are 2 or more of the chocolate. Clearly they're not a huge hit and you're trying to get rid of them. My replacement order was even wrong. Do better.

Don't get out here as much as I should but whenever I do, have always had great customer service, awesome fresh bagel sandwiches and coffee. Venue is always kept super clean, extensive menu with reasonable prices and still continue to come back during these difficult times. I'm fortunate to still be employed full time and am able to support my family as well as ailing businesses such as these guys. As long as EBB keeps serving up their famous bagels & coffee with great service, I'll continue to show my support.

I love the bagels here but I can't complain enough about how horrible the crafted drinks are! Pure sugar! So sweet it'll make you sick to your stomach!

I come here often and the sandwiches are good but I keep getting pieces of egg shells in my eggs and that ruins it for me.

First timers here, my wife and I loved this place, people are nice and helpful, sandwiches are great and tasty, fast service, cage free eggs are a plus.

Never had a bad experiences here at Einsteins, but today a lightskin girl with a black septum piercing who took my order was really nice and has great customer service!

4/5 rating due to a few dings: There is a Coke Freestyle machine, but it only has Coke and Diet Coke available- less than most regular pop machines. I made a special trip because there isn't a location near me and was looking forward to the tomazza bagel, but that wasn't available anymore. Maybe Einstein will bring it back someday. Other than those small issues, it's a clean and friendly store and the bagel selection has lots of variety. The bagels here are always delicious. Recommend a visit if you're in the area!

The bagels I did get were good but they forgot one in my order. Being 25 minutes away didn't give me the chance to go back and get a refund. This was my first visit there and it was unpleasant.

Food is amazing !!! Staff is very friendly, kind and patient. Definitely will be returning.

We have visited this location several times for pickup orders, placed online. Usually things go fine but this time was not great. We tried to place the order online ahead of time like we usually do for a scheduled pickup. However the app placed the order to be ready as soon as possible, and we raced to go get it. We are almost an hour away so the food and coffee drinks sat getting cold for an hour. We tried to call the location multiple times but no one picked up. We tried to update the order online but there was no record of the order. No record in the app, in my account, and no confirmation email. When we got there the employees did not care that no one had answered the phone (they just shrugged) and that the food had been just sitting there for presumably an hour. No one seemed phased we had no receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we will try not to return.

I’ve never been here and I just stopped by for some coffee and Kennedy was so welcoming and SO kind and she needs a raise!!!! Thank you Kennedy !!!!!

I’m usually not one to leave reviews but this place deserves it. Me and my husband were looking for a bagel place after working and this was our first time trying this spot so I got a bacon and egg bagel & my husband tried the pizza bagel both were super delicious. Everyone was so nice here and the food was on point! We decided to place another order of drinks since the food was so good, we tried the blackberry lemonade and a coffee shake, right there is when I got obsessed! If you’re looking for a delicious bagel or good coffee/lemonade def give this place a try!
