I guess I should have looked at the reviews before going here.... I would not recommend... No customer service skills AT ALL.... a little rude... Not welcoming ... No greeting.. no thanks.. bo acknowledgment..... Ordered because we were on the road ao long... And were starving... Tried here... And regret it.. fries were not edible at all.... The sauce for the chicken was delicious though.... Just the sauce... Thats why its 2 stars... The wings were hard... Over cooked... Tasted refried...the workers stared at us for a while just staring.... The vibe was just off in here... Will not be back... Will not give a second chance... Would not recommend

This is the third time that I've come in, in a row where they have not started my order even 25 mins after ordering.... now they are out of boneless wings I guess and rather than cancel my order I had to get bone in but they wouldnt refund. Floors are always sticky, never mopped it seems. Bowls of sauce sitting out on the shelves where they drop wings in when they need it but not refrigerated or cleaned out after each order.

Really rude. The customer service here is really bad. He told me to fwush fwush and then he told me that he had no time and started rushing us. Food was amazing btw it’s stinks like swamp a$$. Also the card machines would work. He had like three others over there and he wouldn’t switch it

First they gave me all drums I didn’t ask for then the lady fixing my food walked in she was on the phone talking over my food and never put the phone down will be calling health department And count your change before you go cause if I give you 5 dollars and the total was 4.35 that don’t equal 35 cent the lady in there can’t count

To start their store was a complete mess, and the floor was so sticky. I made the mistake of not checking my food prior to leaving but when I got home, I realized the completely forgot one order of my wings. Like how does that happen considering the store was empty when I got there and it's printed on a receipt. I highly suggest avoiding this store all together. Also if you try to call and get the issue corrected, they won’t answer

This location was dirty. My feet stuck to the floor. I got ALL drumsticks. It’s not called drumstick stop!!! Someone was fixing something on the ceiling over the food and stuff was falling. Nothing tasted like the name. The ranch was gross and the pop was flat. Sad

I see a lot of people have had bad experiences here...personally tonight our experience was excellent! They did an absolute awesome job on our order, all the boneless wings, tenders and fries tasted amazing! I'd say they have their stuff together now if they didn't before! Great job to everyone there!

Generally timely with orders. They accommodated a custom request on my last visit and declined my offer to pay extra.

I have been to wing stop in Mesa Az. Frankly this place is sub-Par and should shut its doors immediately. Places being taken up by Indian folk and going down hill. Food was nothing like in Arizona, and the fries were raw-uncooked. Zero seasoning. Sauce was oddly different and not even covering the wings. Small sized drink robbery.

There were literally feathers in my wings. I'll never come back.

Come here for grub usually and they have good ready as soon as they can. I appreciate the crew members that help get our orders perfect. Thank you they make the best voodoo fries !!

This branch sucks! Manggo habanero and lemon pepper dont taste like it. Cajun corn, is just a regular corn. Doesnt taste like wing stop at all. They gave me drumsticks, i did not see no wings.LMAO

Food always tastes good, but every single time i have ordered delivery they have forgot to put seasoning on food or they don't make one of the items ordered. Pay extra and tip for delivery just to have go to the store to get the right stuff. Would not order here if you have the choice.

Worst wing stop I could have ever gone to. Got my food and I was missing fries and when I told the man he got upset. Then my friends got their food and it was ice cold, and when we went back to tell them they said they ran out of chicken! And couldn’t give us a refund…… absolutely worst place to go. Definitely do not recommend

Had a dine in experience, under new management and they were much better than the previous one! The wings were juicy and delicious, the fries were cooked to perfection. Good experience overall

Terrible! We waited 45 minutes for our order they told us would take 16-21 mi s. The fries were stone cold and they screwed up the Oder and I did not get my thigh bites. There was no ice in the soda machine, the tables were tacky as was the floor and the bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor. The toilet bowl had a black disgusting ring on the inside like it hasn’t been scrubbed in months. The staff could barely speak English and worked at a snails pace……. NEVER AGAIN!!

Love the new menu: blazed and glazed! It goes so well with garlic parmesan + lemon pepper.
