My bread was so hard I couldn’t eat it :( I also ordered a cookie and seems as if it was 3 days old. I’ll just stick to the subway on Durand in Wisconsin. Their stuff is always fresh and tasty. I’m so disappointed in this Gurnee Subway

Why does your hours on the door say your subway is open till 8p on a Saturday night but customers arrive at 7:45p and are greeted with a closed up store and employees saying they are closed. Do you not value possible new and returning customers who want subway before 8p?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you don't want to read this entire thing, they took my money and didn't give me what I paid for. If you want to be stolen from, this is the place to go! I ordered 3 subs and 5 cookies. I am NOT from Illinois and was just passing through on a road trip. I got my bag from the woman and left. Started driving and am already on the freeway when my 2 year old's blt is sitting uneaten. I ask what is wrong and come to find out, it's not a blt at all! No big deal. I'll just call to get my money back and buy him something else, since I'm no longer in the area. I call and the lady says she cannot give me a refund because everything else was correct and I took it. Okay, thats fine. I don't want a refund for everything else. Just the sandwich that was incorrect please. Nope! She said that she can't do a refund for individual items, but she can give me in store credit. I reiterated that I am not from here and just passing through. She said she needed to get approval from her manager and that she needed to call them. So I told her to call him then. She said he was the only one who could approve it and kept going on about how she could give me in store credit. I'm like come on now. I don't live here! Then she hung up on me.

The past 2 times I recently visited this store both times have been out of ice! The pop and water was discussingly warm. Rude employees did not even care or offer cold drinks out of cooler to substitute. Very disappointing. I will drive a bit further to another subway store just for good customer service!

Sandwich was made perfect. Staff could me m8re friendly.

I want to congratulate Subway for having a phenomenal (spicy ) employee. He gave me a phenomenal service, he was fast & took care of my three subs in a fantastic manner , I was only extremely disappointed when I had placed an order online but they still prioritize walk ins. I make it very clear that this has nothing to do with the service I received from Kris.

Went between 3 and 3:30 on February 15 2019. Sub was ok. The sub preparer didn't understand a lot of banana peppers. I literally had to tell her 3 times to put more she did it while rolling her eyes. Get better employees who actually care about the customers. Will not be back

I've been to this location several times. I have had awesome sandwiches, awesome service, and THEY TAKE COUPONS! unlike most of the subways in the area. I will definitely keep using them for work lunches.
