    Never order take out from here. You have a 95% chance of waiting 15 extra minutes or getting wrongly prepared food. The latest, in a long line of disappointing orders, I arrived to pickup an order(two burgers, both with cheese curds) but the cheese curds we’re missing. The ‘hostess’ promptly disappeared into the kitchen for the next 15 minutes leaving myself and four other customers to wait. She finally reemerges with rest of my order which turns out to be drastically unequal portions. The burger was equally disappointing. A cold ‘blue cheese’ burger with only a hint of blue cheese but surprisingly, the avocado burger actually had avocado on it A rare feat for this location. Don’t waste your time or money.

    Wished i would have read the recent reviews prior to taking my family. We arrived and we were informed that our wait time would be 1 hour on a friday evening. Normally we would have not mind. However, there was numerous empty tables that the server could have seated us. The server excuse was there was not enough cooks available. No manager in site. We could have atleast ordered drinks while we waited to be served food. We waited for 45 minutes and not once did the server informed us how much longer we would have to wait. We decided to leave and eat and drink at different location. This location does not value the customer.

    Honestly one of the worst places I've eaten. Went with my family of 5. Everything took forever. Wasn't even busy and it took 10 minutes to just get drinks ordered, even after flagging someone down. Then they brought the wrong drinks. Once we ordered the food. It was a good 25 minutes before it came out, and none of the food came out at the same time. We're talking like a good 10 minutes between the first plate and the last. We didn't order anything crazy. Basic wings. Then we realized that none of the wings had sauce. It was all just on the side. So it was all very dry. Altogether, took like an hour or so to eat a couple wings and none of it was worth it. Ended up going into the mall and ate mall food. Don't bother.

    Place has really gone down hill, they have changed and taken off so many items on the menu. My boyfriends food came out 10 mins before mine and when mine did come out it looked and tasted as if it sat way longer than 10mins, cold and no cheese barely any chicken on it ONLY crema.

    Waited for over an hour with 2 hungry toddlers before anyone came to tell us that the kitchen was running slow. We waiting OVER AN HOUR for our salad, sample platter, chicken tenders, and wrap were taking over an hour to come out. No apology, nothing from a manager, nothing! Just the waitress saying “I think the kitchen is running behind so let me check on your order”. That’s it!!! We were there on a Friday evening at 5:00pm - there were 5 other tables seated; that’s it, just 5 other tables!!! We ended up asking for our food to go because we were just done with the wait and felt bad cancelling the entire order. Not blaming the waitress, this is all on the management and whoever runs their kitchen. If you go, just know you’re going to be waiting for a VERY LONG TIME!!!

    I’ve been here twice within the last two weeks. The first time was fine I guess the waitress tonight vantage of me paying cash, I think her name was Kaitlyn? She did not give me the correct amount of change in because I gave her 50 and received a very little bit back I felt she took it as a tip … I called waited for a manager never heard back..... This is honestly completely unacceptable the second thing is I waited over an hour just to get seated and there were tons of open tables they said it’s because there are minimum cooks... I understand that but to be called up with a group of 4 who were more than willing to spend money. I feel mine was no valued at both my visits. This was one of my worst visits ever to buffalo wild wings. I would have been less mad if they didn’t call us and then tell us to go sit back down and wait longer we waiter longer than what they told me. The host and waitress were standing there talking and laughing. 👌😤

    We ordered takeout this evening. After arriving to pick up no one was at the take out desk. No one said, "We will be right with you." They were not busy at all. After finally someone getting to the desk (there was a line forming), the person behind the desk was extremely slow in putting the sauces and veggies into the bag. Upon getting home to enjoy our food, we were missing parts of our order. And I recieved a bone-in-wing when I ordered all boneless. Customer service and common sense is lacking.

    Not sure what to say… 1.5 hours for 10 wings (only came out after I asked hostess for my bill and a beer that never came for over 40 minutes).Many places in Gurnee that offer chicken, go to all of them over this place. Would rate negative stars if that was an option.

    There is never anyone up front for take out. Take out is the worse at this location during the week. They have the nerve to charge a takeout fee for slow service. Dine in is better. I have to go ask someone for assistance every time. Then they got my order wrong, so I had to wait even longer for that smh.

    The service was so bad. Overall 2 stars because of the service combined with how the food tasted. The crew didn’t seem happy at all. I saw 2 employees who seemed so upset and angry that we came in.. we (my party of 5 including me) stood at the podium for about 10 minutes before somebody came up to us, we were seated after that. I don’t understand how somebody could take so long to seat us when the place was dead and there wasn’t really anybody there. As we were being seated I noticed they had bussed the other tables around us but nobody cleaned them off and removed the plates/ dirty dishes. When we were seated the waitress seemed so upset she was serving us. The food took forever to come out, she said it comes out “hot and ready” but then when it did come out it was somewhat cold. It was warm but not hot. The tots were really good but the wings could’ve used a little more sauce. Food didn’t come out as a whole which is okay but when it takes 10 minuets to bring mine out, but 25 to bring out my other party members food, that isn’t right. Overall 2 stars. In summary: crew didn’t seem happy and wasn’t pleased to serve us, food took forever, and tasted mid af. One of the very very few extremely rare times I didn’t tip.

    Not a good experience. Our food arrived at different times. That's the worst! Everyone ate by themselves Slow service, in general, even with very few customers. Personally will not visit again. The best thing they have are the multiple TVs with sports playing. That's it. The wings were cheap and thin... Look at my pictures. It took 45 minutes to get all of our food... 15 boneless wings, 3 chicken fingers and a salad. I'm handicapped and could finish this in 10 minutes. Hmmm.... $60. You'll also see pictures of the missing silverware. Nice touch.

    Great experience on a Saturday night. Our server, Karla was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not too long of a wait to get seated or to get our food. Would definitely dine here again

    I love Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s my #1 favorite restaurant. However, this location, my family had a bad experience. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was beyond insane. We were there for two hours. Our food came out at different times, our food came to us cold and an hour and a half after we ordered. We also had some incorrect orders. I understand that they were short on staff, but there is no way it takes an hour and a half for boneless wings. Our waitress was super nice however she left during the middle of serving us and began working in the kitchen. They weren’t even busy. Manager gave us a 25% off discount for the wait. As much as I love this restaurant, i’ve never experienced this at any location.

    Waited over an hour to be seated, and numerous people who arrived after me were seated before me. The restaurant was almost entirely empty and still I did not get seated. Unacceptably slow service, I will never visit this restaurant again due to the lack of service and next to no priority placed on creating a positive customer experience.

    Todays visit was absolutely the worst experience I ever har at any restaurant within the past 2 years. I had to call the restaurants phone number to let them know I was standing at the front door. To which the young lady got off her phone game and came around the corner to seat us. After placing order. Only 3 out of 4 of us were able to eat, while the wings took near 2 hours to get to the table. When they actually arrived at the table the order was absolutely wrong. Couldnt of messed up any worse.. the excuse given was that they were busy cause of the thursday promos.

    Food was good. However the wait for food in a seemingly not busy restaurant was a little baffling. 1 person in our party got food a good 10-15 minutes before the next 2 people, and it took an additional 30 minutes for the last person to get their food

    Worst service I have had in a very long time. It was dinner on Friday evening but the restaurant was only about 1/4 full. The food arrived staggered. My wings were 15 to 20 minutes after everyone else's. When I did finally get them they were lukewarm leading me to believe they had been sitting in the kitchen. I had ordered fries with my wings and never received them at all. The waiter didn't bring any napkins, at a wing place, so we asked for some and never received any. The waiter didn't ask if anyone wanted refills on their drinks until we were asking for the bill. When he first brought the bill it was wrong and he had go and correct it. The same sort of things seemed to be happening at other tables as well. Probably won't be back to the Gurnee location any time soon.

    Went here for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Only about 20 people total in restaurant. Air conditioning made it almost unbearable to eat indoors and service was very slow even though waitstaff assured us the food would be brought out as soon as ready even if not all done at the same time. Food was hot and tasty when we finally received it after almost walking out. Live Bear game was on and impossible to have a conversation the sound was so loud. Store contacted me to fill out the form but I couldn’t complete the “form”. Found the store ID, exact address and it wouldn’t match so you couldn’t complete the form. Guess they didn’t want to send the store my feedback.

    This place has, 🔥 food. The service isn't top tier so be prepared to wait for stuff. You need to have patience, but it is worth the wait. The younger staff needs more training from the old heads IMO. Come here smiling and having a good time, with a lot of time to spare and enjoy the food once you get it. 5 stars if the service was top tier.

    My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was a disappointing experience, primarily due to the slow service. From the moment I entered, it felt like time had come to a standstill. Despite a relatively quiet evening, the wait staff seemed more focused on their own conversations than attending to customers. It took an eternity for our orders to be taken, and the wait between ordering and receiving our food was painfully long. The sluggishness extended to the bar as well, as our drinks arrived well after we had finished our meals. Slow service can really dampen the dining experience, and unfortunately, Buffalo Wild Wings fell short in this regard.

    Service was terrible. I was told that I could not get my wings extra crispy. My food came out 25 min before my brother's food and we ordered at the same time. I was done eating before his food ever arrived so he took it togo. Server never asked if we needed refills or wanted another drink at the bar

    Went here during a busy shopping day prior to Christmas. We had a wait, lots of open tables but like most places these days understaffed but making it work. Sat at the bar to wait, Good drinks, about a 20 min wait to be seated. Food was correct and timely, service was good.

    How disappointing! I had never been to this restaurant, but my kids have started to enjoy wings so we thought it would be fun. The food was good. Not gourmet, but good wings. Take out would probably be good. The issue was the service. We ordered and after a normal wait my wife's food was brought out, but not the wings the rest of us had ordered she waited but eventually started to eat. It took 20 more minutes for the wings! The manager made an effort to make it right by the meal was ruined by the wait. Why would it take 40 minutes to serve wings at a wing place? Then I went to the bathroom. Don't get me started on that... Don't eat here.

    When we arrived it was a 20-30min , which turned into hour and 15 minutes . Once seated no one came to take our order after 30 minutes we left. Hour and 45 minutes wasted . I decided to leave and not waste any more of my time. Most likely the food would have been just as bad as the service . NOT RECOMMENDED

    Walked in on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm. There was no one available to seat us and a few others standing at the front door waiting to be seated. The restaurant was nearly empty. After 5 min of waiting, no one came to the host stand but observed 3 male staff standing in a circle in the main dining area chatting and laughing, ignoring customers waiting to be seated. We left and won’t go back.

    Server behind bar was friendly and attentive. Seemed short handed. Food was OK. Had boneless wings and tater tots. Wings were a bit overcooked. Meat wad good but outer coating was over crunchy.

    The food is always awesome! It took us an hour from start to finish to receive our food. We did have to wait about 15 minutes to be seated before we ordered. We needed extra time to look at the menu but the waitress took a very long time coming back to get our order. She was a good waitress otherwise. The facility was clean including the restrooms.
