Owner, got your message, thank you for reaching out. My experience was as follows: the store is clean and nice looking. The food was average/ok, I didn't expect my dish to have dark meat chicken. The bowl had a lot of liquid at the bottom. Customer service experience was mixed, while ordering I felt unnecessarily rushed (even though there was no line) and honestly could not clearly hear the responses to any of the questions I asked about the menu without feeling like I was inconveniencing the raspy voiced skinny register girl who couldn't be heard over the store noise, and was clearly more interested in getting back to chatting with her guy friend (who was sitting at the window table by register), than speaking with customers to get orders correct. To be completely fair: the other employee (a young man) was vigilantly monitoring the dining room and asking about customer satisfaction, I only wish he'd been on the more customer facing register and perhaps I would have received a meal that would have been more to my taste.

This is a brand-new business that recently opened in the neighborhood. I went in around noon and it was super busy. I was told there is a 30-minute wait time for my order. I did not mind at all. I had the pleasure to order and try the Spicy Tofu Teriyaki bowl with brown rice and vegetables. It was cooked perfectly. I liked how they put the teriyaki sauce in a separate, small container. The food was great and flavorful. Good quality for the price. The staff were kind and helpful. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back to try other stuff on the menu.

The food is good but inconsistent. We have had it 4 time in 2 weeks and each time it is different. The Mad sauce is killer but they charge $.75 each and you get maybe a tiny bit see the pictures. That is a ripoff. I bought 4 last night and could not even fill 1 container. Asked for fried rice received brown rice and the fried rice is an upcharge. No matter how good the food if you can not produce the same quality all the time and take pride in what you serve your customers, you will not be in business very long.

My first time ordering from T-Madness. Order 1, regular Chicken-breast Tariyaki: $9 THE GOOD: a lot of chicken, hot temperature, tender, liked the flavor. THE BAD, not happy with the fried rice, too oily, to much cabbage, where are other vegetables? Order 2, Orange Chicken large with noodles, $12 THE GOOD:, tender chicken, tasted good, noodles ok. THE BAD: vegetables are mostly CABBAGE, 1 piece of carrots and broccoli the rest cabbage. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. MAY go back and try different dishes. CUT the cabbage!! NOT JAPANESE!! more American!! COST just under $25, NO drinks

Work lunch at TM was great! Sooo let me get into it! The food at Teriyaki Madness was great the quality was defiantly worth every bit. Everything tasted so fresh and the veggies still had a bite to them and were not over cooked. The service was great as the person taking my order was very patient and helped my friend understand the menu. The atmosphere was alright only down side was that the flow on the right side near the restroom was very slippery. Overall, I would say TM is a great spot for a well crafted meal.

Always pass by this.place and have been wanting to try it and we absolutely loved it. Although it is a bit pricey, it was basically about $15 per person, getting your bowl yakisoba style is extra but they don't mention that, drink are separate as well. But over all the flavor was awesome, tasted great and the regular size bowl is more then enough, Bowls are deep, i couldn't finish the whole bowl but containers allow you to take home for later. So at the end of the day to me it was worth the money paid, the spicy teriyaki chicken yakisoba style is the way to go with this even of its extra, you get alot. Loved this place. Service was great. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Loved it. 👍👍

My friend and I ate here after going to Six Flags Great America and I have to say, this was quite a delight. The food was pristine and hot as it was filled with plenty of flavor, and the prices were fair. It also appears that the restaurant is nice and clean. Cori Andrews is a great general manager who contributed to the wholesome atmosphere of the establishment.

Food is soooo good and I do not play about my food . The orange chicken was bomb ! The white rice was a tad hard but it was still good together and the spicy chicken actually had a good spice to it I was really impressed! The noodles were delicious as well. My coworkers are always ordering from here and I had to check it out. Good flavor with the food (:

I enjoyed the art work and the small details they have for COVID protocol. There was a clean or not clean sheet for after use when dining in. They have an all gender bathroom and spacious seating arrangements. The cashier was not as helpful as I would’ve like. I had questions about menus and noodles at the end I just googled it. It was our first time here; we wanted to try this new place and was see what is about. I enjoyed the mixed vegetables and the spicy chicken had a good mix of flavor. Orange chicken was crunchy and full of flavor. Pot stickers were okay and would come back to try new dishes.

I was here a few weeks back, and they were super busy. Employees handled it well, and Alex was awesome at making the fresh, delicious rice, making sure all customers were taken care of right away, had a huge smile on her face the whole time, and was friendly! I give her kudos for the way she handled the rush. I will absolutely come back here next time I'm in town! Thank you, Alex! You made my first experience here lovely.

Food was fresh and tasted great, service was phenomenal. Loved the choice of entrees and decorative art on the walls. Employee Dominic seemed new, but was very nice and answered all of our questions. However, he did have a quirk of putting his tounge out. Keep that tounge in your mouth! We will definitely be back again

I am a big fan of the Yakisoba noodles, perfectly cooked and flavorful! My wife loves the Spicy chicken too! Alicia was very pleasant and helpful as well. Great service!

On the pricier side of food options in the area, but the food quality and taste are stellar. Prices are on the high side for the portions, but it's still pretty close. Service has always been good. Two things that I think end up costing a star here: sometimes the lids on the sauces and bowls aren't sealed tightly, so take out and delivery can turn into a bit of a mess when the sauces get out. I also wish the salmon options came in a large bowl with bigger portion sizes.

The lobby was about as hot as my chicken! But amazing service and great attitudes from everyone in there. Ill give it to them though. I wouldn't be able to work in that heat. Food came out pretty fast, the cashier was really nice and had so much energy the entire time we were there. The kitchen even checked on us and let us know when our order would be ready. I will be back!

I got the spicy chicken with just veggies and asked for them to (make it spicy) for an extra 79 cents. They just give you an extra cup of sauce which was ok, but no where near spicy. I also got the chicken egg roll which again was ok. There is quite a bit of juice at the bottom of the bowl which I’m assuming comes from the veggies which is mostly cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, and some shredded carrots. Veggies were good. I wish they were more crunchy. All in all a decent bowl. Would rather get this out the middle of the mall though😅

🤔😏 Well, unfortunately, the crab rangoon was bordering on burnt. They didn't look anything like the pictures on their menu. The teriyaki plate, double meat, wasn't very good and the brown rice itself was extremely bland. Soy sauce can't fix everything, I'm hesitant to criticize the individuals working at the facility because, considering it's a chain store, they pretty much have to use what they tell you. If you don't like it, as an employee, they'll have you hit the road. As a customer, if you don't like it, don't spend your money there. They sure ain't CM chicken, now they know how to throw down.

Taste Explosion!!!! 5 Stars! From the ingredients to the insanely addicting MAD sauce, to the bowl texture! This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here and there will be many more!!!!! These bowls are amazing! I always get the Mad Spicy Chicken Bowl with a side of Edamame (used to eat them in Japan all the time) so tasty! You will not be displeased at this phenomenal restaurant!

Amazing food I love the 2 proteins bowl that I always get here the meat is just to die for. I love the fact too that the food is just so amazing and the service is so fast and efficient. Shout out to the lady always working the front counter when I’m there great attitude and great personality I appreciate you very much. And to the cooks thank you from the bottom of my heart for the most amazing food anyone could ever ask for. 10/10 would get madness again

We received this food via DoorDash to our hotel and were happily impressed. Their teriyaki is gluten-free and I really enjoyed the rice bowl with teriyaki chicken and vegetables. The sauce was delicious. Generous portion sizes. Would definitely order from here again!

Would come here again. Nice employees and some of the most wholesome and filling Asian takeout style I’ve had in a while. Just be aware that the portion size on the regular is a smidge smaller than you’d expect. Spring for the yakisoba noodles and the “large” size. Good vegetarian options, tofu was fried perfectly.

I ordered the steak teriyaki and it tasted like flour. Not appealing at all. My son had the same thing and gave the same comment. My daughter had the orange chicken and enjoyed it. It was one full plate of rice and vegetables with a few pieces of meat. Food came quickly though and service was great.
