Zero stars... Do not go... Its a waste of money.... The lady isnt customer friendly..... They dont give samples... Which I understand why.. if you try the sample you wont buy anything... The food taste frozen and out of the box... Not fresh.... Rice taste like it set out for months... Noodles were dry and sticky so they had to be stale.... No customer service skills.....not fresh at all.. cant sample the meats to see gow they taste.. waste of money... Just dont do it... I definitely would not recommend this place... Save your money and time... Zero star

5+🌟 Surprisingly delicious. I don't have the money and nothing I loved the bourbon chicken spicy and regular. The vegetables were really really good. They'll give the Panda Express or run for their money no doubt. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful, I've never eaten there before, but I believe I'll be going again.

Outta all my 37yrs of living this is my first time going to Gurnee Mall and experiencing the atmosphere. It was a vibe but this Place of business had FEELING GOOD. The Orange Chicken was Crispy to a T and had so much good flavor. I loved every bit of it and they were so polite and i will definitely each there again

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Extremely poor customer service and Jo the owner is very, very rude. Save your money and go to a place with good food and good customer service. My name is Karla and my husband and I are on vacation we drove over 2 hours to get here. We decided to go to the mall and get some shopping done and thought while we're there we would grab a quick bite to eat. We both decided between Kelly's Cajun Grill and Charley's Philly Steaks, my husband told me to choose and I chose Kelly's which was a super extremely bad judgement call on my part. We just wanted something small to hold us over before dinner, so we decided to share a meal. We got fried rice, roasted potatoes and spicy chicken with jalapenos and onions plus a coke with the meal. I paid cash, she didn't give me a receipt. We sat down to eat and got almost done with the food when I noticed a hair in the food so I promptly went back to the lady at the counter who told me her name was "Jo" and told her about the situation to which she said that she could give me more food which I refused because I had already lost my appetite by that point she also offered any drink that I'd like which I also refused to which point she said she could did not give refunds. I asked for my receipt and she flat out told me she couldn't give it to me which is illegal to do. At that point I asked another restaurant what I could do about the situation and they told me to alert maintenance and they could call security for me so I did. When security came I told them everything that happened and they went to talk to her and again she flat out refused to produce a receipt or refund my money. At that point I decided to speak to mall management but once we got to the office it was closed. We got there at 4:50pm they close at 5pm I called mall management today and told them the whole situation and they told me to write an email, hopefully they get back to me.

Food tasted good , charged $1.95 extra for the vegetables. Customer service can be better with a welcoming attitude. Located in Gurnee Mills mall food court.

This place is rated 3.7, but I think it is a 4.3. The price makes it a 3 star, however... The food tastes great. Vegetables are perfectly seasoned. It is too expensive for foodcourt food, however. Gotta lower them prices just a tad for it to be in the ranks to be considered as food court food

Eating here almost took me to the pantheon, my trauma began on a Saturday 2 weeks ago. One Saturday I bought pasta, potatoes, orange chicken and spice chicken. I bought it at 4:30 p.m. I got home and ate it around 6:30 p.m. At 10 pm my stomach began to feel hard and around 11:00 or 11:30 the vomiting began and I coughed like that until 3 in the morning there were five times I vomited, five coughs as if I were a tap leaking water pressure, six in the morning I was already going to the emergency room in the hospital super dehydrated despite taking IV and medicine at home which I vomited, in the hospital they gave me two bags of IV and medicine, I left the hospital at 10:30 on In the morning, two weeks have passed since this nightmare. Even my stomach doesn't feel very well and I was traumatized by that meal. The worst experience in my life, I felt like I was going to die.

I have eaten there a dozen of times and never had bad food. Portion size is above expected. Definitely worth every penny!

The orange chicken and bejing beef so much better than panda now. It was crisp and crunchy. Issue about 6 hours later I was nauseous. I did eat a small tub so a bigger portion.. I'm average size. it was just so good. Eat a small amount. I think maybe the high sugar at one time was too much for me. I honestly ate nothing else after that. I did not eat this on an empty stomach which can make you sick. Don't let your kids eat it until you try it first.

The shrimps are not cleaned correctly, it’s with the skin which isn’t edible, made for pigs. However the other food is good.

Nothing Cajun here unfortunately. It was like frozen Chinese food. I've lived on the Gulf of Mexico and have had real Cajun and bad Cajun food. The food wasn't bad. It wasn't that great either. Gave them a 4 star due to how nice they were to let you sample the food.

Food is always good and fresh. Very good portions for the price. They give so much, I eat it for 2 separate meals. Normally I will buy it at lunch time and still have plenty for dinner. Staff is always courteous and fast.

This is a guilty pleasure of mine. Has tasted exactly the same for 20+ years. I'm sure it's not healthy and may be frozen but I still get it every time I visit Gurnee Mills. You have to order quickly so they don't just randomly scoop up food on your behalf. Good portions. I get the bourbon chicken, spicy rice, potatoes, pour their hot sauce all over the entire plate, and enjoy every bite.

What can I say? Honestly. Look at it. The shrimp has been sitting out so long it's dry and crackling and the shell is deteriorated. The oil in everything tastes rancid.

I've been coming here for years. It is very consistent. Yes the service quality can be spotty but I expect it so it doesn't bother me. I like the food also, yes it's salty and such but again I know what I'm getting. I do wish they took the shells off the shrimp. Serving can be fast paced so if you are the type to ask 20 questions while moving down the food selection this isn't the place for you.

Didn’t like the food at all. The one chicken was too sweet like sugar, the rice smelled only oil and tasted the same. The meat was not tasty at all. Disappointed. Priceless. If I could return $35 back I would totally do it.
