    This Denny’s location was great! I stopped in on a Sunday morning at 9:30 I was greeted with a smile and seated immediately and once again greeted by a friendly smiling waitress. This Dennys was very clean ,My food was wonderful. Dennys are real hit and miss for me Sometimes it’s a top-notch restaurant and then sometimes I wonder if I’ll even get out of there alive. Id go here again i enjoyed my time here.

    My first time ever eating at dennys, my surprise was that this location didn’t have a drive tru. The food tho was way better than I expected it was good. I’ll definitely be back, price not cheap tho🤣🤣

    Sat down and within SECONDS was greeted (asked if we wanted coffee) and in less than three minutes ordered. In about 5 minutes, had our order. Portion was more than adequate and was able to take so e hone WITH some coffee to go! 👍

    Cleanliness is not so clean. Bathrooms stink. I wouldn’t change my baby there. Staff Could have been short. Upon arrival waitress asked what I would like to drink and I got my hot chocolate first and food arrived almost an hour later and not till I asked for water did I get some. When the waitress delivered my food she wasn’t cautious the hot food plate was an inch away front l hitting my babies face. I don’t think I’d ever visit this location again. It used to be one of my favorite breakfast places but customer service does go along way.

    Food was awesome. We were seated pretty quickly and it was pretty busy that night. Our server was great he forgot a couple things but it wasn't that big of a deal. The food came out pretty fast and everything taste great

    We had the sweetest waitress this Thanksgiving evening who was handling multiple tables and working very hard to try to keep all the customers happy on a busy holiday. She did it all with a smile and kind word. The cooks were having fun and did their best to be friendly too. Just want to say that the great service from her and the delicious food from the cooks was a wonderful Thanksgiving experience and we will be back because of the great vibes at this restaurant. Happy Holidays Denny’s staff!

    If you had more people employed it would have been a better experience. There was ONE server his name was Noe and he was a champ about the situation but the guests were unhappy he was in such a position. He had over 10 tables and served with a smile. Let's be real no one should have to go thru a work day like that. Pay your employees more and hire more help. Noe did amazing but your company lacked due to corporate greed. Do better Denny's. I'd leave one start for the restaurant and give Noe a full 5 star review.

    Was unable to rate food or atmosphere, as we took a pass on getting take-out breakfast. It was a big disappointment, they should have just closed.

    Ordered Mac and cheese sizzler. Was served in a rusted skillet. Service was good though. Wouldn’t recommend the sizzler as skillet was rusted all over.

    I took my family for breakfast. Upon arrival, the wait was not long. The service was exceptional and the food was very appetizing, thanks to our waitress Maky, who were always attentive and very friendly. Even the fact that she was training another girl, she was very efficient we definitely recommend the place. they are very helpful and attentive. we will be back soon thanks for everything maky

    Got great food. Congrats to the staff that creates a unique experience just to be there. Service was at its best what makes me wanna come again soon. Definitely a must to get lunch, worths ever dime. Maria Garcia made it lots better. Thanks Gal. Keep up.

    The food was great, smaller portions then before but still good . The manager Amanda was amazing, you can tell that she was doing everything her self,they need to better staff at night poor girl was running around like crazy while and older lady was just standing there talking to the servers.

    Filthy, unclean tables. Dirty streak marks left by abnormally wet cleaning clothes, that took several minutes to dry out by itself to a sticky film... Spoons for coffee were placed right on top of that wet, sticky surface....we were assigned a different table.... Silverware wrapped in a napkin was soiled with a hard/baked substance. Was provided with another set; but not even an apology about....the server asked in two separated times if we wanted a coffee refill, both times we answered "yes, please"; but it was until around 10 min after the second time, that we got a refill along with the check, although we were about half way done with our breakfast....we finished our breakfast, we pay -and tip-, we left for NOT RETURNING to this place anymore.     Awesome waiter. ( Mike )One of the best actually. Not his fault the kitchen sabotages him. Sad. Ordered. Couple minutes later told they are out of that. Order again. Couple minutes later told they are out of that too. Food crispy that shouldn’t be. Food soggy that should be crispy.

    Went here to have a birthday breakfast with my sibling. The place was packed from 11am-noon while we were there. Our server was amazing and bubbly. Always made sure we were having a good time. The other people around us all were laughing and chatting having a good time creating a very positive atmosphere. I ordered a build-your-own burger which was delicious but was already falling apart before I could pick it up. Parts of the bun were already breaking away as I tried to handle it. My sibling got the premium chicken tenders figuring that would be the safest option. They normally love the tenders but the ones they received were not great. The breading was very dark and some parts didn't even have the breading on them. The taste wasn't very appealing either. On a brighter note, they did provide plenty of fries. When checking out I was called up to the counter by what seemed to be a manager. I was using some birthday gift cards to pay which accidentally stuck to the receipt from residue glue on the card. I was having a difficult time balancing everything in my hands and separating the receipt from the card so finally she helped pull the receipt from me and seemed very irritated. I proceeded to put my tip amount in and go to swipe the card which wasn't registering at first. The manager stared off into space irritated ignoring my struggle. Finally, an employee took over the transaction and the cards went through. The employee finalizing my transaction was very sweet. We then left with no other issues. Update: Went back on a Thursday at around 2pm and had a much more pleasant experience. The staff was nice and the place was obviously way less busy. Got a different dish and it came out much better. I plan on choosing the time I go there more wisely in my future visits.

    I have not been to a Dennys in a long while and I really do not know why I have not been back. The food is great. And the service fast. Yes I love service and this rating is more on the speed of getting us back out than anything. Loved it.

    Our waiter worked his tail off. Obviously short handed but he handled it! He was cleaning tables and taking orders and didn't miss a beat! Food was fast and awesome! So glad there is still a Denny's! I love Denny's! Vernon hills closed I was sad! Wish I could remember my waiters name. He was so good, still happy and very friendly despite the overworked atmosphere. You wouldn't know it because he handled it!

    Was awesome. Order the French toast slam. 2 toast, 2 eggs, 2 bacon and 2 sausages. It was delicious!! Eggs made to order and put on a separate plate as with the bacon and sausages. Got a oreo shake and that was delicious too. Good service. Our waiter made sure everything was ok with our order and food is what we expected.

    Have had constant order issues with this location. First time they forgot to put the toast I paid for in my bag. No big deal but now they forget to put the pancakes in my bag & the toast wasn’t even toasted. One slice was toasted but the other was just plain sliced bread not toasted. No quality control & no verification of the ticket with the order in the bag prior to giving it to the customer. I know places are struggling with people but your business can only be successful if your team works like one & insures things like this don’t always happen especially to the same customer twice on two different days & orders.

    Our server was fantastic. I asked about if the hashbrowns were made on the grill with the meat as I am a vegetarian. He offered to have them made in a separate pan to ensure I was not concerned about cross contamination. He even listened to my chatty 9 year old ramble on with patience. Very impressed with this restaurant.

    Service was great and the food was cooked as requested. The hash browns and bacon were nicely crispy. Over easy egg and wheat toast we're perfect. Coffee was great. Prices were high, but considering the quality it was worth it!
