Asked the nice lady working there if she could make my son an among us pizza. Not only did she do it, but it looked amazing! She said it was no problem at all. I would definitely recommend stopping by (when it's not busy) and getting a custom pizza for no extra charge!!

Worst Domino’s pizza I have ever seen. Employees scream at customer when called that they put piece of meat in vegetarian pizza.Threaten to Argue and fight with customer in front of young kid who is a manager.Didn’t do anything and herd Inappropriate words with F..to customer right in store. Employees like these needs to be fired for ruining brand’s name.Hope someone from corporate read This and take some corrective action.

*Stay clear from ordering from here* They will put things on your order that you did not order and argue that you did order it. I would not call and say I was missing food if I didn't order it. We had 5 adults in a room at great wolf and had to share 1 large pizza and garlic knots. We ordered 2 large pizzas and garlic knots and we got 1 pizza garlic knots and a cookie brownie that we don't even know where that came from. When I called the guy argued that I got what I ordered and that was that. Just do yourself a favor and don't order here you won't get your stuff right anyway.

Sadly, I think we're done with this location. The last few times we have ordered our order was either cancelled completely (after 30+ minutes) by the store or 40+ minutes past pickup time and it's still not ready (not even delivery, PICKUP) and when ordering any chicken the portions are dismal. Never enough staff, and they seem shocked that they are busy on weekend evenings. All of this points to poor management to me.

Been ordering from this Dominos for the last 3 years since moving here after realizing this was the best I could get comparing it to Waukegan and Beach Park. The food comes at a decent time and warm but I have lost count at how many times the drivers have for forgotten the sauces I have paid extra for. If only I could adjust my tip after delivery, maybe it would motivate drivers to have the slightest bit of attention to detail. Thankfully I will be moving out of state and can go back to a decent Dominos.

The best way to order is by phone using the auto system …my order and was ready in 5 minutes… Other times they takes less than 20 minutes . Flavor is great and our family loves it. Great Customer Services in my opinion; they always welcomed me with a smile and great attitude.❤️

The food is amazing! The directions were followed perfectly! Every delivery that I've had to my house, the delivery driver has been kind and waved at me during this contactless time. Thank you Dominos!!

The employee was extremely unprofessional and rude. Continuously called me “my guy” and cut me off while speaking to him.

Which ever young lady worked the afternoon shift of 12/5/23 did a great job on my pizza. I don't like dominos but they had a deal. This is actually pretty damned good pizza. Thanks!

I did an online order and next I get a notification telling me that my card was charged twice. I called to let them know and they say to me that some times they system charge people two times and if it doesn’t go back then I need to call my bank, I ask him why he couldn’t just put my money back now! He started to get rude and then tell me he’s canceling my order. I asked what was his name and didn’t wanna tell me then hung up on me!!! This is not over with because I will get my money back!!!!

Service was quick..food was delicious and hot..We got out but we requested curbside ...They asked nicely to please let them serve us while the food was coming out the oven...They curbside guy was extremely nice...Loved seeing my name once I checked in the app

Twice we ordered pizza and both times led to disappointment. When we picked up a slice it drooped in sadness, like a puppy getting scolded. Really hard to enjoy something that you paid money for that drooped like soggy sadness. I'll stick to Little Caesars cardboard pizza when it comes to fast food pizza. Very disappointing.

The service wasn’t pleasant and very arrogant and they want to argue with customer When a customer isn’t satisfied you should help them instead of arguing it could have been solved better. I told this guy that my pizza is very watery and so much veggies usually when you order it doesn’t have to be that much veggies I always order pizza from papa John’s and I never have problems. Definitely wouldn’t do dominoes anymore. We will stick with papa John’s.

Placed an order to be delivered at 11:40 to the hotel I'm staying at. to get a text message the order was canceled at 12:01 by the restaurant. Called the restaurant got put on hold for 10 minutes. Tried to call back it wouldn't let me speak to any workers anymore just an automated message saying there closed.

Came to pick up my pizza and was greeted as soon as I came in and sat down to wait when a gentleman in a white shirt said it was ready and then held the door open for me on my way out. Everyone was so friendly and our pizzas have been great every time!

I ordered dominos late at night. I payed in cash and told them not to use my card 2 times. Yet they still ended up taking about $96 out of my bank account. Adding onto that the driver still took my money out of hesitation even though I payed in cash, He didnt tell me anything that has happened and yet took my money. The food wasn't even that good. We called the place over 20+ times, each time got put on hold, The workers were rude, gave us the corporate number, I called, and they did nothing. in total the cash they took from was was about $140+. terrible customer service.

Great food and price deals especially for Gurnee down the street from Great Wolf Lodge..Domino's honor their advertising prices. My family was very pleased. Staff super friendly, patient, and polite. I dont have any photos to show. They ate the food up so fast because we didn't have anyway to reheat. I'll definitely recommend Domino's..You won't be disappointed..

Mark was great & im not sure what the girls name who was working at 11:30pm on 8/4 was but she was amazing. I placed an order through the app and got carried away in conversation….. and I was extremely late… about an hour… ok it was over an hour… (I called to let them know when I realized it was ready 25min ago) on picking up my order but the pizza was hot and they were super nice and most places are very rude if you’re late or walking in minutes before close but they were so polite and awesome. Thank you!!!

We ordered at 8 and waited 2.5 hours for our pizza. When the driver finally arrived, he had 5 orders in his car and none of them were ours. We were celebrating my son’s birthday party and at that point nothing else was open. So I had 5 hungry kids who I had to feed vending machine food for dinner. 😡I spent 30 mins trying to get through to someone on the phone that night and just sat on hold. I finally got ahold of someone the next day and he offered to send me the pizza at that time?! No dude, I don’t want the pizza I ordered 17 hours ago 🤦‍♀️. He told me he didn’t have the authority to refund orders and the GM would call me back. The GM never called and no refund was issued

Pizza was not cut all the way through and made it hard to separate the slices. The garlic knot box was leaking garlic sauce all over my pizza box and in my car. They were kind enough to give me a few plates and napkins upon request.
