I love Auntie Anne's, any where anytime! Here they have great service and the same delicious pretzel bites!!! I'm always impressed with how they make the pretzels right where you can see them and offer the freshest they can give! The lemonade is always the same good old tasteful experience, very refreshing after a day at the mall. I stop here every time I'm in Park City! ♡ ...and I have never had undesirable service! Cashier was slow and kept asking same questions over and over. They wouldnt make any items, they only offered pre made items in warmer. New sour patch frozen lemonades were delish

Who doesn't love Auntie Anne's? The pretzels have a good texture and are perfectly salty or sweet, depending on which you get. I like the pretzel bites, too - they are easier to eat and walk for a clumsy person like me. I get the salty pretzel with cheese dip or the cinnamon sugar pretzel with sweet icing dip. Both great options!

The gentleman working was extremely polite. We called over the phone to order because we had just left Wetzels Pretzels -who refused to cook any new pretzels, despite the fact that they would not close until two hours later. He agreed to provide the food, however, and through many tries of finding this location he remained kind and helpful. We even got a coupon and two free pretzel nuggets.

They have really good pretzels!Tonight i also had the mini hotdogs they are great! I also enjoyed a frozen blue raspberry drink.Everything was reasonably priced which was really nice also the people working here were wonderful.Love stopping by when I am in the mall.

I come here often and enjoy the friendly employees and the consistently fresh pretzels. The employees always greet me with a smile and ask how I am and sometimes give me an extra pretzel or sauce! Better than Wetzels Pretzel definitely and cheap too 🙂

Awesome Pretzel Store. I like the jalapeno pretzel of Auntie Anne’s. I like the service staff who is very cooperative and work hard. I came on Saturday they were busy still they make jalapeno for me. The Gurnee mill mall is too big also. Thank you for your service and it was a pleasant experience.

Dude took my card and swiped it on an iPad when there’s a card reader there. Maybe it was broken idk, but then the charge on my bank account was “sq *auntie Anne?s Pretzel Gurnee II” might be normal just seemed fishy. Also cheese was cold and pretzel bites raw.

The staff at the register were polite and everything was ready, fresh, and delicious. One of the best Auntie Anne's I've been to!

This food is amazing and a great snack! The prices are decent and the workers are positive. I recommend this place to anyone that is into good food/snacks. They workers are so polite I have never seen such great customer service in my life at any restaurants compared to this Pretzels Place. They cashier he suggested his name was "Harry" was an amazing guy. He was offering wonderful deals and gave me sample of Birthday Cake Nuggets to me and my wife, made me to buy the new popular came product. Auntie Anne’s Birthday Cake Pretzel Nuggets are definitely a mall food – new but still really familiar, cute but institutional, with a tinge of missed opportunity.

Most lovely and delicious pretzels, I have eaten from here. eSpecially Cinnamon Suger nuggets was very tasty. I recommended everyone for who love the pretzels then go here, they sell fresh baked pretzels. Staff was very co-operative and given fast services. Now I order from doordash in this restaurant.
