The massage was not good enough for a $10 tip. She seemed to just massage my butt 80% of the time. On top of that when I was leaving she laughed at me when she asked for tip and I offered $5. I walked in at 5:00 pm on the dot and and told her I need a 30 min massage. She told me it's a 10 min wait and sat me in a room, I waited for half an hour to get an half an hour massage. Will not be coming back here!

Big No to go again. It was unbearable cold in the room. They has a personal heater in the corner of the room. I told her twice it is uncomfortable for me but unfortunately she doesn’t understand English. Secondly for such a high price I did not understand what was the service? No detail of the service, no hot stone included. No shoulder massage. What is was? Waste of money and time. Sunny foot spa is unmatched for massage therapy. Reasonable rates and exceptional service.

Basic massage no oil no hot towel girl left twice to answer the phone will not go back there again

I am a massage therapist and I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism. First reason I won’t be returning, she exposed me during the session. Big no as a massage therapist. There is a reason why we use sheets. Boundaries are to be respected. Second reason I won’t be returning, hard to communicate with the language barrier. She didn’t speak English well. I tried using signaling and other words to communicate what I was expecting and she didn’t understand. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy. Just a regular soft tissue massage. They had three options of massage. I pointed to the 60 minute hot stone. I didn’t get the stones, which is fine but I would have like to know what to expect. She left the room with out telling me to grab a hot towel. Again, that would have been fine if she just communicated. Third reason I won’t be coming back, the therapist was on the table with me at one point. It made me feel very uncomfortable to know where she was. If this were a Thai massage with clothing on I would understand but it wasn’t.

Worst experience ever they come after u for the tip I paid $25 but she kept asking for more which was quite disappointing. The massage was not decent

I had a very positive experience at Lotus Massage Spa. The atmosphere of the rooms was inviting and relaxing, my massage therapist was very good, listened and was very professional. I will be back again.

I have ben going to Lotus Massage for a few months and am never disappointed. The room and towels are always clean, but more importantly the massage is always great. They do a great job on my back and shoulders, and never do anything inappropriate. They're also very punctual, I have never made an appointment and had to wait.

Really good and unique deep tissue - did not get a hot stone massage but this was really powerful and it got rid of shoulder and back aches. There is a language barrier and it was unconventional... but the atmosphere was nice and there was a deep tissue massage that improved everything.

my shoulder and back always painful, so I wanted to use the massage way to reduce my pain, I found here. when I finished, I found the massage which did helped my sore shoulder and back. I had a perfect experience here.By the way, the girls all are friendly and enthusiastic! I like here, I will come back!
