First time here. The barista was lovely. It had a cool vibe. The coffees I tried were delicious. I got an iced caramel and vanilla latte & a hot abuelita latte. Planning to come back to try more of their delicious drinks.

Stopped here on my way back to Milwaukee and I absolutely love it. Will definitely be back! Located inside the Supermercado Gonzalez, Drip and Culture has a cute little corner for the coffee and tea lovers. Definitely gives off a coffee shop speakeasy vibe. They have a few seats for customers and some shelves with knick-knacks available for purchase. The menu has plenty of options (I love the unique choices, such as the Ube Matcha 😋). The staff is super friendly and the service was speedy. If you’re in the area, definitely check out this hidden gem 💎

This is a cozy coffee shop tucked away in the Gonzalez Supermercado. Staff is awesome, and the coffee is amazing. I got the ube macchiatto, and my friend got the honey lavender latte. We sat and chatted for a bit while enjoying our coffee. I love the atmosphere here.

My new favorite coffee shop, located in the back of Gonzalez Supermercado. Amazing vibes, amazing coffee. I plan on coming back to try all their summer menus. The atmosphere is chill and the owner is very nice and passionate about his work. I tried the Raspberry and Caramel Iced Latte. Smooth and not too sweet. The caramel is out of this world.

Took a while for us to get service but I love supporting local businesses. Located inside a supermarket this spot is very much a place of its own too! Really cool spot and decorated nicely. Service was nice and welcoming, I went with a iced mango matcha latte and it was very refreshing and something I’ve never had. Glad I went with it and became one of my faves.

Words cannot describe how much this place means to me, or this town. Drip and culture is an amazing coffee shop located in the back of González Supermercado off of Grand in Waukegan. Being born and raised here, I’ve been going here with my mother since I was young. Adam, the owner, absolutely slam dunked on his vision with this coffee shop. The ambiance is something that goes unmatched especially in todays age where it feels like everywhere else bends to trends. At Drip and Culture they are really good at flowing with these trends and spinning things to make them their own. His wife, Nydia has a really sick shop upstairs(GATHR) where you can find some really neat stuff. Great place to shop for gifts. On the weekend you can usually find some sort of home made baked good or sweet treat. All the desserts are super duper fire and $leep certified. Sundays they got some really fire empanadas, from a local woman named Brenda(her brand is Queen B). If you’re not a coffee drinker they got really refreshing drinks as well. But the coffee is definitely the best I’ve ever had. I fell in love with the Ube latte and it’s hard not to get it every time I go. But they do have a really good summer menu so I’m excited to try all the new drinks! Definitely sign up for the rewards program you can save a lot of money by earning those points! Shout out Drip and Culture for uplifting our community! We see the vision you have and the path you’ve laid ! Thank you for making our home town more like home.

I was here recently for the first time. I enjoyed the coffee and the friendly, prompt service. I tried both a scone and a cookie. I didn't care for them and am not vegan so I'm OK only having coffee next time. The setting is unique, like a mini-living room in the back of a bustling grocery store. I'm very likely to make this a regular coffee stop.

This coffee shop is inside the Gonzales super market. It has such a nice lax vibe. The gentleman who helped us was cool and helpful. Their menu is very abstract. A creative mind definitely made it. You can get simple beverages, however, I personally like to try unique items pertaining to whatever place I’m trying. So I got a smoked (as in the espresso was smoked) brown sugar and cinnamon latte with coconut milk. My counterpart got a caramel and raspberry latte. We also got a walnut muffin with cream cheese frosting to share. Let me tell you, everything was delicious. The lattes were perfectly sweet in my opinion. Most places in my experience tend to be way too sweet, but here it was semi sweet so it complimented the coffee really well as you can actually taste the coffee. The muffin was yummy as the cream cheese frosting provided most of the sweetness so it wasn’t over bearing as well. All and all a great coffee shop!

Drip and Culture was amazing. The coffee was so good. It was love in a cup. The blue berry hot tea was divine. The brownie tho. The owner was super cool and he needs to kiss his wife for those brownies. The brownie and coffee is awesome!!! Love the vibe in there but don’t leave without trying something hot from the grocery store. If you like Mexican food the food was authentic and so delicious.

No joke maybe the best mocha I’ve ever had. The abuelita mocha latte was the perfect blend of sweet and espresso. It was AMAZING. 100% worth a stop, located in the back of the market, easy parking out front.

Cannot say enough good about this place. Super delicious, very friendly service, and a classy retro vibe. I absolutely love it. The coffee shop is in the back of a little grocery market, just had to the back right corner of the small store and you'll get there. There's easy parking in the parking lot. Highly recommend this coffee shop!!

Highly Recommend: coffee was great and different choices. It is inside the Gonzales grocery store. Maybe the only downside to having to go through it to get to the coffee shop, though the grocery store is pretty nice, just wish there was door right to coffee shop open.

Found this place while on a trip recently. Stopped in for a coffee, which was so good! Had a great conversation with the barista/owner that I pondered for the rest of the day. The market this is located inside of is also wonderful - would definitely stop here again!

The smoked iced caramel nitro I ordered was the best coffee I have ever had in my life in or out of the states. The owner was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and an excellent host. To top it all of the market and food here is incredible. Make the stop here, you will be glad you did.
