Bad bleaching experience that I've regretted terribly for months (top of my head lifted to BRIGHT yellow while the rest of my hair stayed completely dark brown, they said it would all come out to the same even light red color in the end... It did not. They thought I didn't realize it was a bleach fail and kept reassuring me it looked "ombre" "like balayage" and "so cool like a rockstar") ~ I paid 380$ for the top of my head to be intensely orange and the rest obviously brown. Talks of a refund that never happened, I also got extremeeely sick afterwords, intense fever and nausea right when I got in the car, wherever my hair/chemicals touched on my skin broke out in a terrible rash that took many doctors visits to clear up?

Joy welcomed me with warmth as soon as I walked into her salon and lucky me: she was my hair stylist. She listen well and I could feel her care for me - her costumer. I loved her attitude, friendly personality, professionalism and her knowing on how hair behaves. As she kept using different techniques I began to feel that she's a true artist at heart. She cuts and style hair with her energy, love, her all body and heart. I'm super picky about my hair as most women probably are, and I left my hair grow for years because no one really impressed me with a good cut. My hair now looks absolutely amazing, it bounces and behaves, is shinny, more healthy looking and the cut is absolutely stunning. I feel rich and famous, or like I should be in a hair commercial. Thank you Joy for making this experience so positive, I'm so glad I found you.

I have been to 12 other hair stylist over the past 6 years. I have only had 2 good haircuts. One in Iowa and one here. My head is not the easiest to cut I have a bad cowlick in the back of my hair. Erika was able to trim making my hair look good. Also she informed me on how my hair will grow out and what I should aim for on the next hair cut. She knew I was a student and didn't push me for a shampooing. Very humble as well as experienced.

Lynndee is amazing! I’ve been going to her for years for my very thick, long, wavy/curly hair and she always does amazing color and never takes too much off my length. She’s also so incredibly sweet and fun. This place is lucky to have such an amazing stylist!

Jenny is AMAZING! I have long hair and she was able to keep most of my length while still making my hair look healthy and cutting off the dead ends. First time to this salon and I have to say, will be coming back for my routine trims.

I had just broken my right wrist. I called Cosmopolitan from the recommendation of my sister to see if I could get in for a hair wash as I had no mobility with my right hand. Joy the owner was so welcoming and so kind! She wanted no money for the service! She just wanted me to feel better! Joy is such a wonderful person and the salon is absolutely beautiful. She went above and beyond to make sure I looked my best from washing my hair to the blow out and style. I looked and felt so much better. Would highly recommend Cosmopolitan for a hair salon. I had Wendy today and I saw her for a consultation and she did a full set of high lights for me the same day. I love it she was so nice and did a fantastic job. She took her time and wanted to make me happy with the ending result. I would recommend her to anyone! Ask for Wendy!
