Food made me sick since Sunday and still sick now. The girl at the register Sunday night was absolutely rude and not only that I asked to buy a cup of ranch because I knew I ordered cheese, then she goes and tries to show me the receipt of the order and kept moving it so I couldn't see it. So I said okay ill buy a cheese cup. I then check and saw not one but 2 cheese cups now 3 since I thought I needed to buy one. Absolutely terrible service and I will only be going to the Jefferson St location instead they've never let me down.

I had a craving for the lemon pepper wings, so I decided to give this location a try. I had eaten an another location and was disappointed because the fries were extremely salty. When I placed the order, I made it clear that last time I had Wing Stop, there was too much salt on the fries. We agreed that light salt was the way to go. When I got home and checked the fries, I immediately knew there was too much salt. I could feel it and see it on my fingers, I tried to wipe off as much as I could on a paper towel but unfortunately, it was still too salty. Attached is a picture of the salt on my fingers and the fries in the trash. The ranch dip also had to much salt and in the trash it went. Lemon pepper wings were good. The hot ones were salty too but edible once breading removed. If the seasonings for wing and fries comes from corporate, you need to revaluate your recipes. Your customers are going to die from high blood pressure. Lots of restaurants the days are reducing salt and adding flavor, maybe it's time Wingstop does the same. If the application of seasonings is done at individual locations, then the food needs to be sampled before being given to customers. Salt is a flavor enhancer, use more spices and less salt. Will not be returning to this location.

Set order to pick up at 9pm which I did. Got to work 15 minutes later. An hour I ate half the wings I started feeling qeezy and have used the bathroom 3 times now. The dumpster racoon is getting the rest. I'll never eat at a wingstop again.

My first time going to wing stop. Girl at counter was nice. I ordered by app. It was ready at time quoted. Got to say the wings where plump and juicy better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Fries where seasoned and taste real good with ranch sauce. Flavor was good. My only complaint. I got 6 wings and 5 where drum sticks and one wing. I hate drum sticks. I know places charge to pick what kind you want that why I did not. 2 drum sticks or even 3 would of been fine but why 5. For minute I thought do you only sell drumsticks if so, I would not return but I saw the one wing buried under the 5. I do recommend. Was more filling than I had expected.

Horrible customer service. First and last time going here. They had a deal going which I had no idea about when I first ordered, one would think they would say hey we have a deal that would save you twenty dollars yes twenty, but no they didn’t. So when I questioned it thinking they could still fix this they told me now you know for next time… WHAT? There won’t be a next time. So be very careful they robbed me and I’m sure many others, also order was missing something on top of it all which I didn’t find out until I got home.

I don't know if they don't set the timers right on the deep fryers but every time I ordered from this location the fries are never thoroughly cooked. Other people i know also said the same thing. I even ordered them longer cook time and they still weren't cooked enough. That was the last time I visited this location. It's sad cuz it's the closest to my home but now I go to Joliet or Plainfield locations because I know the food will be prepared correctly. It's worth the longer drive.

Rubber chicken. Freezer burnt and over priced. Felt like chewing tendons and they charged me 39$ (got refunded) such a shame to such a great brand fail in franchising. /:

This is the first and likely only review I'll ever leave but this location is truly awful. The food is always undercooked, undersauced, wrong sauce, forgot an item, you name it. The people working here have no idea what's going on and get pissy with you when you have to repeat yourself. Actually insane
