Literally nobody’s here and these people took 3 minutes to take my order while I’m standing here waiting.. they are more focused on just drive thru. This is so rachet

I recently came to this location on Feb 2. I had made my order on the online app. I made my order no cheese on any items. I opened my bag to the horrendous smell of cheese on my crunch wrap. As I called the store they did not answer. I been waiting a week on the taco bell app to get back to me on there help page to yet no avail. I just hope your food is right or your stuck paying for food that you can't get ahold of any persons to help you refund or replace the order. If I could I would give 0 stars as that's the service I'm given for using there app.

This location always closes early! Second time this week they were closed by 9pm and the app says 11pm. Not to mention when they are opened they’ve run out of beef multiple times and their cheese cups are half filled at that. WORST TACO BELL EVER!

The slowest and worst taco bell in the area. Used the app ahead of time, there was nobody else in the drive thru line, told me to pull up to the front door for my order and they would bring it out. 5 min later, nothing. Went inside, another 2 min of nobody helping but all the employees saw me. Finally the drive through person comes over to me and my food had been next to him the whole time.

Very nice customer service. I was given cold fries by accident and I was as told I would have to wait for nacho fries. Those are my favorite. I waited patiently But the way I was spoken to handled with care was great. 😊 thank you.

Ordered on app, told them at drive thru, took twelve minutes to make my order, which was ONE TACO. Drive thru girl stood with her back to me at the window for four minutes before just completely walking away. Second time took eight minutes for my order of vegan nacho fries. Got home, they didn’t give me the cheese sauce or a receipt to even “tell the bell” about how much this place stinks.

Card reader didn't work, "can you go get cash" ok. I do. Comes back. "Sorry we don't have a change, hold in while my manger goes and gets some" ok fine..... Order ends up being wrong..... Gotta be kidding me.

Absolutely terrible. First the employee YELLED at me in the drive thru claiming she gave me my food when she didn’t. I told her she didn’t then when she realized she was mistaken she rudely gave me the food without apologizing. Got home and I can’t even eat it bc the Mexican pizza shell was completely RANCID. Horrible. I just threw my money away.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. Service at this location can be a little slow sometimes. They are always short staffed. It's definitely not the workers fault, they are always hustling. The restaurant is always clean and I have never had issues there. Occasionally, they will grab me the wrong sauce or forget to add sauce with my order. So double check before you drive off.

My order was missing an item. The girls were very busy, so I do understand and live with a missing sandwich. The service was good. I was given somebody else's order at first. The error was corrected quickly. This is the first time I've had a mistake with my order. Taco Bell has great food and is clean, and the pickup window employees are pretty nice.....not all of them, but most of them.

Taco Bell took my money for food I couldn’t eat because they weren’t able to provide simple tableware. They took my money knowing I couldn’t eat it. My Steak Power Bowl came fast enough. The clerk apologized for no tray. How could they be out of trays? Don’t they just wash them and put them back on the line? A quick trip to the condiments table found lots of hot sauce but no forks. I had to ask to get an answer. Could I have a fork? I asked the clerk. No forks. Really? Then I ask, how about a spoon? No spoons? Plastic knives won’t even serve as chopsticks. Am I down to my fingers? How can I eat? Did the franchise holder not answer the phone when the crew called? Couldn’t the shift manager have had the foresight to run to a grocery store to get replacement plastic forks and spoons? Do you mean nobody could figure this out? So, it cost me nine dollars to go hungry.

We pulled up and sat waiting for someone to ask if they could take our order. After 2-3 minutes, I said "hello?" And the girl inside asked what we wanted to order. After ordering 6 soft tacos, 3 burritos no onion and a burrito supreme we had to wait 5-7 minutes for the food. Cars started to back up behind us. The girl had asked us if we wanted sauce and I told her Fire sauce. Needless to say when I got home,there was no sauce. One of the worst services from a taco bell I have ever had
