Had to repeat my entire order and they still messed it up when I got to the window. Then I got crunchy tacos that were totally soggy and broke apart so it was more like a taco salad then a taco. So I wrote to corporate and they sent me a coupon to get something free when I buy something. Twice I’ve gotten crunchy tacos and twice they were soggy and broken so why would I pay more money. Trash and the coupon to buy something makes it even worse really.

I love taco bell, but this place was horrible, employess were simply careless, not at all customer friendly, loud music playing in back, food was not prepared correctly at all. When I told the person he said because you grilled the burritos that's why, I've been eating for 20 years at taco bell, the worst services at all. Than he said receipt paper was out so could not even do the review. While we were eating one of the employees s friends comes over and loud.

Had me waiting for over an hour. Manager no where in site. They told me the frier was down and would be about 10 min wait. Turned out to be 45 min wait. Then tell me the frier broke and they would substitute the frier items with 2 five layer burritos, but no they didn't have me two plain tacos and the cook had to come ask me 3 times what is my order. Besides that the cooks working in back had there hair or fake weave all out not covered, they in back laughing while I'm waiting. Then when they finally give me my food. They forgot the drinks I told they what drinks and they said if it out we ain't got it. So I asked the cashier if my order was right and she said she don't know she isn't the cook. Please don't waste your time here better off somewhere else that is faster with better food and service.

Only the drive through was open. I ordered 3 tacos. They asked if I wanted hot sauce. I said yes. They took my payment but couldn't count the change, took like 3 people to count it, they said I was missing 50 cents. I wasn't, but I gave them another 50 cents anyway. They gave me my tacos. Tacos were good. There was no hot sauce in the bag. I tried going back to ask for hot sauce but all doors were locked and nobody answered the drive through.

Ordered online 15 minutes ahead of time and I pulled up and they said they didn't have my order. I was more than willing to place my order through them and wasn't even given the option. I call this the bad Taco Bell, and they justified that nickname tonight.

Hello well this was my 1st visit to this location & now it will be my last. Sorry but wow it took almost 10 mins to get my food, it was not busy at all. I was the only car in the drive thru for at least 4-5 minutes before a car pulled up behind me & we were the only 2 cars there till I left, I was not given my receipt then I get home & my food is cold & half my food is wrong. I ordered 4 items. 2 Sausage breakfast quesadillas, 1 sausage breakfast burrito & 1 sausage crunch wrap. The quesadillas are both bacon & has almost no egg whatsoever & the burrito has almost nothing inside it when I unwrapped it. I wish I could send you the pictures I've taken of this sorry excuse for food. The crunch wrap looks like the only thing they got right & was somewhat warm but I live 7 mins away. There is no reason everything should be this cold. My family & I are extremely disappointed with the quality of the food received. I almost never leave review of places, but because I work in a restaurant I had to let someone know what's going on. Thanks

Garbage. I have NEVER recieved a correct order from this location. And of course after giving them a fifth or sixth chance, there was of course no Chalupa (the main thing I wanted) in my rolled chicken taco box. If I go to Taco Bell again I will just go out of way & drive to the one on Golf by Binnys. Do yourself a favor and do the same. Their is a 101% chance that this location will mess up your order.

Stop giving this place business! This place has gone downhill. I have come to this Taco Bell for years and it was never the greatest, but lately it is terrible! I ordered my food at 5:20 and it is now 5:47 and I am still waiting for my food. This is a fast food restaurant. What the heck! And this happens every time I come! The eating area is also always terrible! Dirty and it doesn’t seem like they clean. As I sit here waiting for my food, the lobby is being cleaned. Very slowly. The worst part, I saw the person cleaning everything with water from the soda fountain. No soap or disinfectant in sight. The person attending people is nice but very slow. The people in back at working horribly slow. Whoever owns this franchise should just shut down because they obviously do not care. If not that then they need a new manager. I will not come again! P.S. finally got my food at 6:03

Every time I order two simple things a burrito and nachos they can never remember the nachos. Order Mexican pizza multiple times never cut. Awful service I guess that's just what Taco Bell is known for these days

Came here during the snow storm. Martell appeared to be the only one working. He was taking orders in the drive thru, shoveling and taking orders to cars. He has a great attitude and deserves a raise 😂 💯

Definitely the worst store in the whole state. Literal mental patients work in there. Order completely wrong. No utensils( ig I’m supposed to use my toes ) and let’s not forget about the sauce. Complete zoo.

Worst taco bell ever. can't follow the hours they have posted on their doors or online, always forgets multiple order items, employees are usually messing around in the back rather than making people's food, everything is always either out or broken. They focused so much on their interior remodel that they forgot how to teach proper service.
