Nicked myself using a tree trimmer. Could have been a lot worse. Required only 4 stitches. Glad this urgent care is open later than most. This was one of the best experiences I've had in an urgent care. All the nurses were extremely friendly. I wish I could remember all their names to mention them. I was in and out in less than an hour. I really appreciate the great job they did!

I'm from out of state and needed to visit an urgent care facility on a Sunday morning. This clinic was wonderful, with kind and compassionate people from the receptionist, to the medical assistant, to the doctor, to the nurse, and to the on-site pharmacy. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a very short wait time. Highly recommend!

I have never had a pleasant experience with the doctors at this location; they do not listen to their patients. The time it takes to get seen is ridiculous, but it really does depend on how busy it is. The nurses and staff otherwise are nice and personable. I have been seen at least twice by the same doctor, and both times had concerns brushed off completely. I have a syndrome that affects my hormones and other things. Some medications make it much worse and will leave me on bed rest for days. In both visits, I have voiced this, and in both visits, I was prescribed a medication that makes me ill. With this specific doctor, they came into the room for less than 5 minutes each time, said her peace, and bearly let me speak before her hand was on the door handle. The first time this happened, I was unable to work for 2 weeks and had to go to Fredort to get a different medication before I was able to get in with my primary. I would not go here or avoid it is possible if you have any preexisting medical conditions; The doctors are not accommodating in my experience. Everyone's experience will be different but I would advise against it. Have a beautiful day <3 (Ignore the auto generated comment from the 'owner'. Why exactly am I being made to announce WHY I am here so everyone in the waiting room can hear? Isn’t that what the form is for? Even when I say “urgency care to see a doctor” they insist on a VERBAL REASON or will stare at you blankly. Privacy should be significantly more important than your convenience for verbally understanding why I am medically here before written explanation.

Went to urgent care for a severe nose bleed that lasted over 3 hours. Wait time was not bad the staff was extremely helpful. But the doctor we saw was very rude not even listening , to why we were there. Just rushing us out !! So glad we had to pay for this . So if you come here stay away from Dr. Priti Patel!!!

Called for verification on insurance coverage. Was met with nothing but attitude. Telling me to call my insurance and ask them. I explained it says the facility is but I wanted to verify before I drove up there. Told me to call the insurance because they couldn't help me. Yet, I was speaking to the billing department.

Dr. Jaka took great care of me for an eye injury that required me to see an ophthalmologist asap. He made this happen by making a phone call and was able to have me added to their schedule later that morning to ensure I was seen for continued treatment I required. Thank you again Dr. Jaka

Urgent Care is very expedient and offers great care. They explain the diagnosis in detail and even had a follow-up call!
