We have had and continue to have wonderful experiences with Landmark. The call staff is attentive and compassionate. I can not say enough about the nursing staff that comes to our home. They are caring, experienced and very compassionate. They answer our questions but if they don’t know the answer, they get back with us. They LISTEN to us and offer suggestions if we ask. This service is a blessing to the patient and the caregiver. I just can’t recommend it enough.

We absolutely love and appreciate the fact that we have help that keeps in touch with my husband on a regular basis. It gives me peace of mind knowing his visiting PA has eyes on him as well as myself. Trying to navigate these complicated diseases he has is scary and very stressful. With all his issues going on I feel at least we have all hands on deck for quality of his life !

James is always very professional and patient-centered. His last visit on October 25, 2023 was timely in that I had gotten I’ll that morning. He listened carefully as I explained my symptoms, His diagnosis made sense as well as how he addressed it. I would highly recommend him.

Called for assistance once in the past 6 months, they promised a call back, but never did. Visiting nurse is ok. I wonder if this service is really of any use?
