I went to the Diamond Center to upgrade my wife’s diamond ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. Not only is the Diamond Center fantastic but so are its employee’s! Dave McDougal is an outstanding sales manager, who went above and beyond to make sure my wife’s new ring was nothing less than spectacular! He was incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did her help me create the perfect ring, he kept me up so date during the entire process. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and neither could my wife! We highly recommend The Diamond Center to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality jewelry and exceptional customer service!

My husband and I won’t ever go anywhere else except The Diamond Center in Janesville!! Their selection of jewelry is amazing, especially their rings. But most importantly, their team is fantastic. Every person is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They are patient and listen to everything you have to say to help you find the perfect piece. Dave, Ellie, and Stacey are all rockstars. They make you feel comfortable and work to accommodate all of your requests. The Diamond Center has great lead times if you need to order a different size and any services completed are extremely prompt and efficient. My engagement ring, both of our wedding bands, and my anniversary ring are all from The Diamond Center in Janesville. It’s a little further away from our home, but we’ll make the drive every time because their team and selection makes it worth every second and every penny.

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with the Diamond Center! Christine helped us pick out the perfect engagement ring and worked with my fiance to make sure he had all the logistics taken care of. We had another very smooth experience when we needed to file an insurance claim for a lost ring. She made the whole experience so easy and comforting! Because of that we both decided to get our wedding bands from Christine at the Diamond Center as well. Overall, every experience there has been awesome! We were able to find exactly what we were looking for and the customer service was above and beyond! Our experience at the Diamond Center in Janesville was nothing short of amazing! Christine and Steve were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Both of them got to know us, and our story, which made working together feel like working with friends. They went out of their way to help us find the perfect diamond and setting for my engagement ring without putting any pressure on us to buy. They also worked with us to combine my grandmother’s wedding band with my mother’s wedding band to create a custom piece that I will be able to wear as my wedding band, which means more to me than words can explain. I had a great experience working with DAWN SCHUMACHER, who helped me select the perfect diamond and gold hoops. She immediately picked up what I liked or didn’t like and really knew her jewelry. Would like to send my husband in to meet with her to pick out a ring next time. Overall was a very good experience, from Dawn to Dave.

Today I was looking for something in a dresser drawer and noticed on old herringbone bracelet that was so badly kinked in two sections that I haven't worn it in 15 years. Because it was 14 K gold I wanted to see what my options were - sell it for scrap, get it fixed (I assumed would be costly), get store credit, etc. I walked in this store upon my wife's urging, was greeted by Steph Meiklejohn, and I asked what the options were. He told me directly what the gold was worth, what store credit I could get for it, but then offered to see if he could straighten out the terrible kinks - which I had tried to fix multiple times over the years and had given up with. He went to the back room, returned 10 min later with the bracelet completely straightened out and wearable! Of course I offered to pay him for his time and expertise but he wouldn't take anything. So there are multiple outstanding features of my experience: 1) I was greeted promptly and nicely when I first walked in. How often does that happen in today's society? 2) I got direct answers to my questions. 3) The person who greeted me had the skill to fix my bracelet - he wasn't just a "greeter" or salesman. He knew "the business"! He didn't have to send it to Madison, didn't have to say "our craftsmen don't work on Saturday - sorry". He could fix the problem! I was totally shocked. 4) He didn't charge me for his efforts. Overall: couldn't have been more impressed. No question I'm going back there. Steph clearly knows his craft.

The Diamond Center is a clean, bright, and most importantly, friendly place for any of your jewelry and/or accessory needs. I recently asked the love of my life to marry me (she said yes :), and with Christine's expertise, I was able to first find the perfect ring and learn much about the ring buying process. Christine was incredibly friendly, helpful and in tune with what my needs were. She asked for details about the proposal (which was incredibly beneficial as we were traveling), educated me on the difference between diamonds and their characteristics, and took every measure possible to ensure the proposal was a great success. After we got back from our trip, we stopped back in to get everything fit perfectly to my newf fiancée's finger. Unfortunately, Christine was not in, but Jeff was just as amazing and got us all squared away. They put a rush on the ring as we were taking off for a work conference, and we received the ring back with plenty of time to spare. The level of service, care and thought were unmatched. Christine reached back out right away when the ring came back in and helped us get all set up with our online accounts, look at wedding bands, and helped explain what was next all while asking questions about our engagement, our trip, our big plans, and so forth. The whole experience felt more like dealing with a close friend rather than a sales transaction. I would highly recommend the Diamond Center in Janesville to anyone looking. Their style of doing business and treating clients like family and friends cannot be matched.
