99% of your staff is great, pleasant, smiles, but you need to teach your appt rep Mike how to be personable to the general public that he serves which represents your facility. Starting off with a hello or good morning goes a long way. You can have a great visit with staff but visiting with him to book your next appt kills the whole vibe. He is just a stone cold person..atleast in his role there. Terrible. I heard other patients enter and leave his office, greeting him or Happy Thanksgiving but dead silence.

Pre check in online makes arrival a seamless experience. Cathy was friendly and professional and conducted a thorough check and patiently listened to my concerns.

Decent enough doctors. Terrible administration which can wreck the entire process from insurance preauthorization , medical review, to payment. Conveniently forgot to bill my insurance. They are ‘affiliated’ with the Edwards hospital - which means getting medical records is challenging. You have to setup two medical portals - one in the Edwards system and the other with them - but the systems don’t properly talk to each other.

Couldn't be happier! The technician was extremely courteous and made my visit a pleasure.

Came in to get checked and another girl by the name of Keneisha i think, just tried to fight with some poor girl that was helping. Heard her yelling in the hallway. Can't believe they have that kind of people working for them. That woman needs to get fired.
