I came to this location for a pre-employment drug screen. I didn’t have a key piece of information that was needed, a registration number. I was a bit peeved at first, thinking it was this company’s fault but I was then able to find the email in my spam folder that contained the required info. The front desk staff was professional and cordial during this exchange. Thus, to all coming here for a drug screen, make sure you bring the registration number or account number if it’s for employment purposes.

I am working with a functional medicine doctor and I came here for EXTENSIVE bloodwork. I was hesitant because of the other reviews but I am SO glad I did! There were 2 lovely women working. The one taking my blood was so kind and patient. We had to stop for a few minutes because of how much blood needed to be taken. The other woman was also so kind and supportive. I drove myself and they insisted that I lay down for 30 minutes after many vials of blood were drawn. They closed at 12 and waited until 12:30 so I felt comfortable and ready to leave. Best experience for me and I am so beyond grateful for the kindness and compassion.

After I saw the reviews I didn't know what to expect. Clean, courteous and fast service. I will go back.

This office openly states they discriminate against people based on if they have children. No where no how did it say that you cannot bring children. My daughter is 3 months old and I had no one to watch her as everyone lives out of state. The women that stated that called her manager and refused to give me a point of contact as it’s company policy. I’m guessing it’s policy due to the terrible customer service that they provide. Manager was apologetic but refused to give me the name or contact number of an individual from corporate to iron out communication issues they have. Update your website and update your hours. Worst experience.

No appointment and I was in and out under an hour. The woman is kept busy for sure but she is so kind and so sweet. She had no problems getting my blood on the first try and no pain. That hasn't always been my experience in the past. People are rude and impatient that's what the negative reviews are. Nothing wrong with this location and I'm thankful I chose it!

My daughter used their services yesterday & had a smooth & positive experience. I guess it is all about who attends you. GOOD LUCK!

Wish I could give negative stars. Worse experience ever! Company uses labcorp for annual health screening. I used the companies website to submit my information and schedule an appointment through labcorp. Arrived the day of the screening and they refused to do the screening saying that I should have received confirmation from my company as well as labcorp. I have used this service for the 17 years I’ve worked there and I have never received two emails. I have always used what confirmation I received. The person was absolutely refused to even look at the confirmation I received and kept telling me to call my hr department which I could not get through to. So now I’ll be out of the money we get four doing the screening but NOTHING is worth dealing with people who don’t even attempt to make things right. My company has thousands of employees and I am going to appeal to them to NEVER use labcorp again!

Nicely remodeled lab. I was worried after reading the previous reviews. They took me as a walk in quickly and caught an error on my lab work which I was able to get corrected and not have to come back.
