Very disappointing examination… I brought an MRI disk for Dr. Bussell to review of my neck and was told by him that he doesn’t have the aptitude to review the images… I decided to seek the treatment of a ENT doctor because of the severe pain I was feeling in my neck that was radiating up to my ear. Dr. Bussell recommended I go for a deep tissue massage or try acupuncture to which he recommended a family member. I encourage everyone to act as their own advocate when it comes to their health. When faced with a similar negative encounter or an uneasy exchange with a doctor consider a second opinion. I am glad I did. I cannot recommend Dr. Bussell…

Great office staff. New patient appointment happily was booked no more than 6 weeks out. Dr Bussell was friendly, caring and efficient. I’d highly recommend this practice.

Quick appointment. Dr asked the pertinent and follow up questions to determine what was happening. Then was very professional in solving issues very quickly. Took appropriate time after additional tests to explain results and follow ups.

Dr Bussell does well with the most standard treatments. The bigger challenge is getting records transferred to another Dr. I've tried so many times and they either are very delayed, they miss the request, and every time they have sent incomplete information. If you are going to get tests done at his office, getting those results to another Dr is nearly impossible.

He was a great doctor. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns thoroughly to properly diagnose me.

Dr. Bussell is the best ENT in the United States hands down. Since 2013, I have been one of his patients, and he has really helped me with my sinus problems. I recently moved to another state and I’m very sad that I can no longer see Dr. Bussell. He is truly amazing!!
