Our daughter greatly enjoys Momentum Martial Arts, which provides her with structured exercise. She also has gained more confidence and self-esteem while attending classes at Momentum Martial Arts. The instructors are excellent teachers and motivators. They also teach valuable lessons about kindness, respect, and curtesy. I hope our daughter continues to enjoy attending Momentum Martial Arts. I find they provide several benefits beyond learning a sport.

Having my daughter, Sofia, attend the Junior Ninja classes has been such a positive experience. She has gained confidence and pride in learning. Mr. O is excellent at teaching younger students. It is great to see him keep the kids engaged. It is hard to keep 4 -5 year-olds on task, but he is quick to keep them focused while making it fun!

We recently brought our Daisy troop to Momentum to earn their Courageous and Strong badge. I was thoroughly impressed with the time they took beforehand to understand our goals and lessons for the girls. They spent over an hour with them integrating karate into real life lessons. They were kind, courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I couldn't recommend them more.

The atmosphere at Family Tae Kwon Do is energetic and conducive to all types of learners. The instructors are personable and take time to get to know each and every person no matter what their age or ability level. I highly recommend this place as family friendly. Students and adults alike learn the importance of perseverance, setting goals, build self esteem, and how to build character.

I am currently a High Purple Belt that is about to be testing for his Green Belt, and after around 7 months of taking classes, I can personally say that I love it. The instructors make you feel like you are at home, and my family enjoys every minute we are there. Everyone is so welcoming from the moment you step into the room, and the classes are very high-quality. I enjoy working with my fellow classmates, and the instructors teach very well. This has been a life-changing experience! 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.

My nephew and I have been taking classes for a little over a year now. It has been a wonderful experience. We have noticed increased confidence and improved focus overall. The instructors are great working with the kids and helping them get stronger and getting them to focus in a kind but firm way. They work with you and your child to get them back on track if there are behaviors happening at home or school that may be getting in the way of learning or relationships.

Our grandson has been taking classes for 4 years now and he loves it. He has shown much more confidence in his self. He learns alot from all the great instructors. He has made us proud!

Momentum Martial Arts Oconomowoc has been absolutely amazing for our little man Jackson. It has helped him develop so much confidence and strength. He has a new profound self esteem and not only do I see him meeting goals at taekwondo but also at home and at school.
