All around HORRIBLE, worst experience. Within the past 2 yrs and trying to revisit to see if anything has changed, pure disappointment. There’s 0 communication, they don’t acknowledge anyone in the lobby for over 30 mins if you let the & they never answer the phone, ever. App Orders take literal 2hrs/longer. And this place is FILTHY. I’m extremely shocked this place is still in business!

Waited 42 minutes for two separate DoorDash orders… was told once after 11 minutes “it gonna be 5 more minutes”… then the employee went back to playing with his phone (I’ll be glad to submit pictures) instead of either addressing the 14 other customers waiting in the lobby or making pizzas. This location is the absolute worst pizza establishment I’ve ever seen or even heard of.

The place is improving a lot better than before especially with your new Manager Ms Wade SHE DESERVES A RAISE. she always in the store every time I order really appreciate pleasant personality. Her smile and fast pizza service keeps me coming back!

Utterly ridiculous, ordered online an hour and a half before hand and waited 20 minutes inside for them to tell me they JUST PUT IT IN THE OVEN? Totally unacceptable. The food is good for the price tho I won’t lie. Little Caesars doesn’t disappoint food wise. The service is just horrid.

I am glad that I came to the store. I came in with my wife, not knowing what to get, but the lady by the name of Ms.Wade helped us with our decision-making. It was nice to have people that know about the business, the quality that they have there and important me the customer I thank her very much I wish I had her in every store I shop.

Placed an online order and after an hour and a half the pizza still wasn’t ready. Bunch of other people waiting for their orders too and no one at the front attending anyone. Not coming back, to this location at least. (Never got my pizza)

I would give zero in service because they leave you waiting in the lobby without even saying anything while they are on the back chit chatting and on their phone. Need employee wipe out.

I remember when the "hot and ready" was actually a thing, well, back then the menu was smaller, today there are a lot of varieties. Another thing I have noticed is that some elderly people struggle ordering online and waiting times for an onsite order is like 1hr!, it would be nice if they could go back and have cooked pizzas ready to go like back in the days.
