    Something is fundamentally wrong with the way this establishment conducts business. After reading other negative reviews my issues is apparently very common. Overall, attempt at delivering the pizza is non-existent when a made up issue is presented and when given a chance to remedy the situation all you get is incompetent answers from an ill-in-the-brain manager. My expectations are already low considering the fact that it is a chain pizza restaurant but my goodness I am still let down. I placed an order of 5 pizzas. A little bigger than normal given I was ordering for a group but 5 is nothing unmanageable for domino's. Nearly two hours later I am informed by the incompetent manager that my pizza is un-deliverable.... About 45 minutes of waiting after my original order I call to see the status of my order. After a 5 minute wait on hold the lady finally tells me that the pizza is on it's way. 45 minutes after that I call again wondering what in the world is going on. I am then told that the delivery guy was not able to deliver the pizza. The cited reason was no hotel room number was provided. At several different points during my conversations I had requested the pizzas be delivered to the lobby where I was waiting with my group. I was then informed that they tried to contact me to let me know. The problem was they copied the phone number down wrong and as such I never got their call (this is assuming that they even called). This excuse doesn't carry any weight in my mind because I had called them a few times throughout this ordeal so they clearly had my correct number available (it was a Tuesday night, they are not busy, they can track my number down). Even so, I ask for the pizzas to still be delivered despite being terribly late. I am then told that this is not possible?!? How is that the case? Just give me my pizzas, right? After several questions where the only response given was "I can't do that" I am finally told that even if they wanted to re-deliver I am out of their delivery area. This excuse was pure garbage and shows a complete and utter disrespect for customers. I was 4.7 miles away from the store and google says it is only a 9 minute drive??? How is it that hard to simply turn around, follow delivery instructions, and get me my pizzas? Even if I am outside of the delivery zone you apparently made the trip once already and should have told me that at the beginning when my order was placed??? That in no way is my fault. I could have walked to the store and back in the same amount of time as it took them to make them and deliver the pizzas. Finally, after being told repeatedly that there is nothing they can do they offer to give me a refund. I still can't wrap my mind around how this was offered as a solution. OBVIOUSLY I expect my money back if you are too lazy to deliver the pizzas. Getting a refund is an absolute "no duh" solution. No other remediation was offered besides very sassy and uncaring remarks. Again, my expectations are already low but this sets a new standard for how incompetent a pizza place can be. They couldn't even complete the simplest of orders correctly and when given multiple chances to remedy the situation they flat out ignored any opportunity to make it right. Absolutely disgraceful.

    Don't ever order from this Domino's location. I have had multiple issues with my last three deliveries from this location and when you make a complaint this is the response you get from the owner.......keep in mind, I never complain about anything........ Nathan, it seems under no circumstances can we make you happy or not receive multiple complaints each time you order. This has gone on long enough.  I believe it's time we go our separate ways, and you seek out another establishment to try and serve you.  Please reply with the last 4 of the card you used and the expiration date, and your card will be refunded.  Wish you the best. These people are con artists. Stay away!

    This is absolutely the worse Dominos location I’ve ever been to and worked for. I’m only going to talk as a customer. Unfortunately this is the only location that delivers to my house. Sometimes is our only option since we always order late. This location most of time takes 1-2 hours to deliver your order. They always mess up on something. This time they didn’t take long I don’t take it on the driver not his fault. But the person preparing it which it’s usually the manager in the store, I know because I have worked there and in 3 other stores. They don’t care about their customers they just want to get the order out of the way. Look at that sandwich it looked like a quesadilla instead of a sandwich. It’s supposed to be cut in half first of all and not sideways like that, it barely had any chicken. They need better management who can actually put an effort into making people’s food. This is ridiculous!

    Just so everyone knows, there was at least one rat in that store early 2022. Rat droppings around the ground. There are ants behind the makeline during the summer. Sometimes the closing shift doesn’t completely clean so the food might sit out all night instead of going in the cooler. The employees don’t wear hairnets and you’d be hard pressed to see one wash their hands after touching their phone, they just go back to making your food. The grease trap for dishes is rarely cleaned and stinks. They don’t tie up their garbage bags so the dumpster in the back stinks and there are often insects/animals in the back. As to deliveries, there’s a good chance your driver is writing their own tips on the credit card receipts so MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR COPY AND CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT. Don’t let them lie and say they don’t have the receipt or they only have one copy. Seriously, take your business elsewhere. And not just another dominos because a bunch around lake county are owned by the same people that own this one.

    Had been at least six months since I last ordered from Dominos… I prefer real tavern style pizza. $7 for delivery? Anyway, ordered two pizzas, topping were lacking, $1 for each extra toppings. Difficult to see slivers of green pepper, onions, banana peppers.. I understand that the pizzas are only $6.99 each, but quality has severely declined.

    Been buying here for years. Today they disappointed me by not cooperating with me in providing a solution to my problem. Not only did they over charge us but had the audacity to not empathize in working something out. This is not the first time this establishment has incorrectly prepared my food and I have been patient in the past. But when you pay for something, you at least expect what you paid for. Blessing in disguise. I wish this business well

    Their manage when stressed is extremely unprofessional. Told a customer if they don't like waiting they can leave and the order will be cancelled. Do not go this was a horrible experience. Sat on hold 25 minutes. Drove there and watched the store ignoring calls.

    Placed an order online for this specific restaurant. My order was supposed to be delivered by a driver named Esmeralda. Esmeralda canceled my order and didn't even deliver my order. Then she went back to her store and lied to the manager telling him that not only did she come to the door but she called and no one answered. This store is so unprofessional. I would not suggest this store to anyone.

    VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF LITERALLY PLACED A ONLINE ORDER GOT MY ORDER OPENED THE BOXS BOTH OF MY PIZZAS WERE BURNT AND SO WAS MY COOKIE BROWNIE I CALLED AND THE GUY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT ORDER I WAS TALKING ABOUT WITHOUT ASKING ME ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE ORDER MY NAME PHONE NUMBER NOTHING BUT KNEW MY ORDER WAS NOT BURNT THEREFORE HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT ORDER IT WAS WHOEVER DECIDED TO BOX THAT FOOD UP AND DELIVER IT WAS LAZY AND PETTY I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER ENCOURAGE ANYBODY TO ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EITHER !     Had to cancel an order I placed online. Placed the order one hour in advance of arrival. The workers were too dumb to read the online order and were only able to assist walk-in customers. This location is Spanish speaking only. The workers only serve customers who do not speak English, so if you speak English you cannot place an order or be served. Its best to stay away as the location is also dangerous with the workers playing in the parking lot making “deals” and such. Seedy and unprofessional all around. Stay away from this location.

    We love Domino's over PiZza Yuck any day. They have better deals, this location people are always nice. The staff is amazing ant time of the day. If there is a simple mess up or anything wrong. I can always call and get it fixed. They aren't messy people, this shop is hands down the cleanest one.

    I had the best Buffalo chicken sandwich I ever had period! 👏🏽 I stoped ordering from this location a few months ago because everything was usually over cooked and/ or damn near burnt. Or it arrived as if the ingredients were thrown on the pizza from across the room, lol. 😒This time the sandwich, brownies and garlic bread bites were fresh and perfect. Glad to know I can start ordering gur my family again. ☺️

    They always make order wrong. Manager believer was rude. They thought they do right job even they don’t know how to talk with customer and fix the problem because I order medium pizza with green paper &onion &jalapeño they totally make wrong even they didn’t cut pizza The owner need to take any action or if they can’t sell your restaurant manu ready to buy this kind of Loction

    The delivery driver made us come to his car to get the food. All he had to do is come up to the apartment building door, not even come in, just to the door. Delivery drivers not needing to come to the building door us NOT ok!! I paid for delivery service, driver did NOT complete his job!! I want a refund for the tip at least!! But the store itself was of NO help!! Will never order from them again and would suggest heavily mid body did for this low class, low rate “service “.

    I can understand others complaining about waiting time especially weekend nights, but hey this is busy location and i was waiting for an hour and 30min just now! Was short dollar on bill, didn't have to tip neither right( by mistake, forgot my wallet at work) but Zachary 🚙 my man covered me with my promise i got him next time... thanks guys for dinner 🍻

    I accidentally ordered carry out here by accident, I live in Wisconsin so this was very inconvenient. I’ve waited for HOURS waiting for someone to pickup the phone so I could get a refund. They never picked up. If you attempt to call them, expect to be left on hold for a good 3 hours

    In town for Naval graduation. I've had bad Dominoes but this is by far the worst!!! Team member was rude and hung up on me 3 times, final time was after I asked for a manager. Pizza was cold, over cooked and tough! If I could give less than one star I would!

    For the most part food is good but this store never answers the phone I order off the app and there is no option for well done chicken wings so you have to call store after making order and ask then to cook longer or run chicken through oven twice I was on hold on 2 phones and food made it before anyone answered the phone

    I've had so many small problems with this Domino's, wrong orders, extremely late delivery to where my friend drove there in 5 mins and got his pizza and left in 10, and sloppy presentation... but today is where im done. I was ready to receive my pizza as the app said a person was there and waited for about 20 mins until I received a message saying they canceled my order... Never ordering from here again.

    Placed an order for delivery around 11 PM on a Friday night. When ordering, it stated it would arrive in 30 minutes. Mind you, we only live 5 minutes away from the store. We waited an hour and then it stated it would arrive within 90 minutes. We eventually had to wait about an hour and a half for a small order for two people. When they finally arrived, a 10 year old came up to my door and a woman in a what looked like a clunker car pulled up (with the bumper falling off, etc). Was I wrong to have assumed it would be a dominoes delivery vehicle? And the best part, when we opened the food after we were so very hungry for hours... the pizza and breadsticks were extremely brunt and didn't have the garlic sauce on the crust like they usually are supposed to. Was probably my worst dominoes experience ever. Won't be going back to this location.

    Worst dominos ever.! Maybe they pick and choose who’s food they mess with and who’s food not to mess with depending on the name and who works there because every time we order from there the family suddenly has stomach issues so I am looking into a law suit. This is highly unacceptable and I will never order from a dominos in this county again.

    The delivery driver left my order at someone else’s house & didn’t even bother to check for the right address came back & handed the cold food to me & just said sorry about that & left not satisfied at all
