My kids love this place! Their seafood is simple but delicious. We usually share seafarer fest and add bacon wrapped scallops and grilled shrimps for the main dish. For the appetizer, we order fried calamari, and crab stuffed shrimp rangoon. Service has always been great. We will definitely come back again when we’re craving a seafood lunch/dinner.

Kenzy was perfect... She was on point she brings us biscuits... The place was clean... Bathroom clean...

It was a warm Sunday in midst of winter and we were fortunate enough to get a table after a long wait. Our server was an amazing person and that was the only good part of our visit. It was evident that the restaurant was short on staff. The food felt completely off as they couldn’t handle the number of orders they had received. Everything we had ordered and even the biscuits felt that they weren’t fresh.

Tasty food, but it would be better if you guys add more shrimp in dragon shrimps category

Red lobster's food is the fast food of seafood. I think the wait staff and cashier always do a really good job, but the food isn't exceptional. It's a good value for what you get, however.

Stopped in for anniversary dinner although the wait was a little long it was well worth it. Our server Arturo was the absolute best. Very attentive, kind and soft spoken. Ordered the crabby cheese fries. YUM! The caesars salad was delicious. All the food came out in a timely fashion. We will be back but only with Arturo as our waiter.

Allison did an amazing job accommodating to me and my friend’s needs! She always made sure to check on us, even with the walk-in tables that she had, as well as drinks she had to make for other servers. Our food came out in less than 15 minutes, and it was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better experience

The food was good. They were short handed like everywhere these days, but the server did her best.

Ill try to make this short & sweet...everything started off great service food & etc. Then our food was mixed up our big pasta was given to the person who had it as a side. Our drinks were not refilled we werent asked if we wanted water & all our food still did not come out with no explanations. By the time we got a refill or water we were asking for to go containers h the bill. We had the platters that come with crab legs we didnt receive them until we were leaving & they were packed in a to go container & tied up. This was suppose two be sets of snow crab legs. So reheating crab legs is not really something you wanna do but the inside was like dripping a red/pink color & it just wasnt right. I was completely done after I saw what could be barnacles but I was done ate that point. (TO SUM IT ALL UP) THE DRINKS WERE GOOD MOST OF FOOD WAS GOOD Crab dip was good to my surprise & THE SERVICE STARTED GOOD ill try again a different day but ill never order the snow crab legs coconut shrimp or steak again

Liked the pizza appetizer 🤤 the thin crust tasted liked chips of crunchiness. Got the combination entree + 7 oz sirloin (which price changed not as mentioned on menu 😡), got that nice desert. The service was good @ 1st but afterwards, they stopped checking on us & waited like 30 minutes to order dessert.

We waited an hour for a table at Gurnee location, but once we got there we were taken care of by Ms. Marjorie A. @ table 116. She was super nice and attentive, her service was excellent. We both had The Ultimate Feast, still delicious as always.

Arrived and were seated pretty quickly... took well over 20 minutes for anyone to get our drink order and bringing them was another long wait.... didn't get the water we asked for at same time we ordered our other drinks.... didn't get our salads or soup before our food came out. Asked for it to go instead since food was already there. Was slow to get anything. Will stick with the Schaumburg location.

This location needs better management. Service is slow with the hostess, servers, and kitchen. Instead of checking a guest in and getting their party size the manager literally walked away and found the host to tell them to help the guest. Food was luke warm and was slow to come out. We only ate here because of the endless shrimp deal but id recommended If you want to eat here you are better off going at noon or 4pm otherwise your are looking at like an hour wait for a table.

Our server Tyson was an absolute delight. Our previous visit in May was not a good experience, food or service. This time the food was very good and the service as well.

Over 30 mins for a drink ,my potatoes didn't have butter as requested but I'm lucker then my husband who's potatoes never came and my steak was so salty I could onlying eat 1/2.oh n the croutons where stale Only $10 off when spoke to manager

Waited an hour for a table when more than half the place was empty. They cited being short staffed but had multiple servers out side smoking. Most tables were left with dirty dishes and more on the table. Once sat I was served a plate with a nice long black hair on and entangled into my food. Server was very sweet and did the best she could. She was the only positive for this visit

Our server was John and he was amazing. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and kind. My company said the burger was one of the best he had (it was huge). I had the fish and chips, it was good but it was pretty greasy. The coleslaw was bland. The fries and biscuits are always a hit. Overall a wonderful experience and would come back to this location.

Solid 4. Took my grandmother here for her 91st birthday. She and my wife both love seafood. They ordered the same thing... Lobster with shrimp covered sirloin. They raved about the lobster, the key winner in the dish. My wife later mentioned she should have just ordered the 2 lobster meal. I'm not a seafood lover but that sounds like good advice. I ordered the filet and it was well seasoned, almost too much, but I really liked it that way. I must comment on the Lobster Bisque Soup. It was terrible... At a Lobster restaurant? How is that possible? There wasn't a shard of lobster in the soup. I asked the seafood lovers to taste it and they agreed... Failure. Very disappointed but the rest of the meal kept this a 4. Dessert was a brownie explosion and it topped off the otherwise stuffed bellies... Three spoons, no excuses. We enjoyed the cove-like feel of the table we sat in. Very nice.

In celebration of my boyfriends and I 3 year anniversary we decided to go here for a special lunch. We sat at the bar and the bartender - Ashley I believe her name was - was wonderful. Very nice. Food was amazing as usual. Got everything timely. Amazing service. Amazing food. Tasty Drinks and Wine. No complaints.

Endless shrimp night with my sis ! Our food tasted great, our server was beyond superb ! Definitely going to the Gurnee location again !!

Worst experience I’ve had at Red Lobster. Cold coffee, cold crab legs, cold mozzarella sticks, cold burger. Got our biscuits but had to wait 20 minutes to get our drinks. Constantly had to tell our server about items missing. Cob webs in the corners. Don’t even think about a refill you won’t get one. Oh and the creamer in a coffee mug was definitely nothing I’ve seen before.

Really fair prices and delicious food. Our favourite is the lobster but also the other seafood dishes and surf'n turf a absolutely awesome. Red Lobster is a must for us every time we are in the US 😊

Not worth the money…. At arrival we were “welcomed” by the saddest person you can imagine. Bad day? May be… everyone has the right to have one… but when your job is literally “welcome” customers to your environment, that’s all you have to do. Not even looking at you when talking crosses the rudeness line in my opinion. But then we had the best waitress we could under the circumstances. She was nice, friendly and quick with the service. However… the food… 😓 not worth the money guys… we ordered three appetizers and the quality was so poor that not only we didn’t finish but we decided to not even go for the lobster dishes. The mussels were extremely salty, the tortilla chips that came with the dip were soggy. The dip was super heavy and hardly anything else than melted cheese. The coconut shrimps tho were ok, but if you order, do not try the sauce. Here comes the bill and 😱 almost $70 (tip included) and one cocktail… I am giving two stars for the great service by the waitress. We will not try this restaurant chain ever again.

The food was great and our server Nyzjah was polite and friendly. She provided excellent customer service by answering all my questions and was very attentive to our needs. The salmon and lobster was grilled to perfection and flavor was good. The stuffed mushrooms were a bit bready and less seafood stuffed but other that the rest of the meal was great.
