I've bought a few things from China Furniture & Arts, most recently a pair of armoires. Their communication was exceptional. While the delivery company didn't call before arriving, like they were supposed to, it went well. There was some damage to the outer packaging, but the armoires were so well protected that they were in perfect condition inside. The dimensions and color matched the online representations and the non-traditional blue color is perfect for my room. Thanks!

I purchased this gorgeous cabinet not only for its beauty but also for it’s functionality with the drawers and the shelf area in the middle. It’s perfect for what I needed it for. When I ordered online I got a call from the company asking if I wanted to upgrade to the White Glove delivery. At first I thought, oh no, an upsell attempt. I was about to say no to the extra cost but the man explained how the cabinet would arrive and how it would need to be unpacked from its wooden crate, so I took the service. I’m so glad I did. The cabinet arrived packed, as stated, in a wooden crate and is heavy enough that we probably couldn't have wrangled it into the house by ourselves without damaging it. The delivery men unpacked it for me, waited while I inspected every inch of the cabinet, and then took it inside and put it just where I wanted it, with zero damage. Couldn’t be better! I expect I’ll be buying more from China Furniture Online. I’m thankful for a very pleasant buying and delivery experience.

Espresso Elmwood Chinese Kang Media Cabinet I first had my trepidations purchasing online with a company I never had any experience shopping with, because the high-cost of the purchase. I did some research before hand and then after speaking with an agent, my concerns evaporated. They would call me or send me emails along the way. They also took ownership over the fact that they mislabeled the item I wanted and absorbed the cost, when it came down to it. I ordered, and just received, their Red butterfly cabinet. This can be used as a TV cabinet, and you have the option of asking them to drill a hole in back for the wires. I did just that. It was very reasonably priced with their discount. It arrived in a timely manner, the shipping company they hired was very professional and polite, the cabinet was packed and unpacked (via white glove service/optional) very well. Cabinet is beautiful, and looks even better than the online site picture. I have been a long-time customer and will continue to be. I highly recommend them. We love Asian furniture and were looking for a couple pieces to add to our home. A custom sideboard made to fit our space and to match our existing cabinetry is perfect. The workmanship and finish are flawless, and delivery and set-up were problem-free.

The chest is as beautiful as pictured on the website. What was not shown is that the drawers actually function as deep drawers and are not just decorative. The service was thorough and rapid. AND the chest was packaged beautifully to withstand a long trip across country. I recommend this company.

Ordered 8 cushions that recently arrived and were just what we hoped for. They were a replacement for worn cushions and very hard to find. Miko and their team worked with us to make sure the sizes and color were right, and kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend.

The cushions on the chairs of my dining set were 25 years old and the foam had become as thin as a pancake. I had no idea where to get replacement cushions, particularly in the special shape that is specific to the chairs. I found China Furniture and Arts on line and they had exactly what I needed - my only problem was narrowing down the choices of fabric to just one pattern, they were all so lovely. We ended up buying two sets, with the idea that we would decide when they arrived which set to keep and which to return. We love them both so much, we are keeping both sets! The customer service was fabulous - knowledgeable and professional and kind. The cushions took about two months to arrive, and were worth every moment of waiting. I only wish I lived closer to the store so I could go in and thank them in person and give Miko a hug!

AWESOME product and service. I am a bit late writing this review, but I think it should be up here. I recently ordered an Asian style "tansu" credenza cabinet unit. They were extremely helpful in making sure it was exactly what I wanted, in terms of finish and size (I was even able to customize the height). I was very nervous about spending just over $2,000 with an online retailer for a product I had not personally seen before, but their attention to my questions and the assurances I was looking for was great. They worked with me on the deposit amount also. The made-to-order product arrived a couple of months later, earlier than scheduled, and it looks absolutely great and I'm very happy with it and the service I received.
