The black lady ( cashier )(Robin ) needs a spe ink and urgent training in how to treat people.if she is not able to treat the people with respect she shouldn't be working in a public place. I hope the manager of this gas station takes the proper steps to correct the problem with this employee. I am a customer of this gas station for more than 30 years Thank you

I would give negative stars if I could! It’s 5/22/22 at 5:40am and the cashier is highly rude with a horrible attitude! Why work customer service if you can’t do the role! She greeted me with a disgusting attitude which was a dirty look not even a good morning smh! This is why I don’t come to this gas station too many unprofessional individuals smh! Never again!!! Management you really need to hire new happy faces or have a serious talk with your employees on how to greet customers! Everyone else if you want a greet experience head to the Thorntons in bensenville on Foster and 83 that’s the only one I love to go to and it’s much cleaner with warm happy employees! As for thorntons in Melrose thank you BUT NO THANK YOU!

What a joke .75 to get a cup of ice. This was my own cup!!! I'm in a semi truck so finding someplace to park long enough to get out is tough anyway. I can understand if I was using one of their cups they cost the company money. But in my own cup NEVER AGAIN!!!! Plus to add insult to injury they said they were cleaning the bathrooms and they couldn't be used. Worst experience at a thortons by far!!!This was around 630pm on Wednesday the 6th of Sept.

Very rude staff. Treated my disabled father very badly. He used to come here a lot. I will never give this gas station my business ever again. Management needs training on how to treat human beings... Not animal. Disgusted!

Place gets worst everytime I go employees close doors at night and won't open doors for people to fuel. Diesel pumps very slow as well.

Two of the pumps didn't work and it was only after the whole card authorization and PIN process, that I got to find that out. Needless to say, I was not pleased.

Continually out of receipt paper at pumps. Other than that, well run station.

Airport Worker: I've shopped here many yrs.; 80% of the staff should immediately be fired! Most have REALLY bad, rude, attitudes!! You go to pay for product, they act like you are bothering them. On 9/18/21 at 1:45 pm,(1 hour long), because the cashier wrong charged me, & told me "there is something wrong with my card". I called my bank, who told them "void charge" start over. It took 3 persons to figure its out & she/they still didn't void, I was charged!!!! So waste my time & steal my money! I'm telling 20+ yrs of persons & every social media to NEVER ever shop here!!

Sign says 3.09 for regular, google maps says 3.10 for regular pump shows it was 3.36 for regular.

The staff there are bloody thieves. They should look for people who earn their money with their own sweat. I went for 30 dollars of gasoline and they never credited me. I arrived with the cashier and as soon as I said a word, he got too upset and said to wait an hour. To be able to talk to your manager, the money comes and goes. I hope it lasts and that it abounds more. This event was 05/17/023, the exact time was 6:45 pm.

worst experience ever. I don't think there is such an unpleasant and rude cashier anywhere in the world. I will never come back

worst thorntons station i have been to. there are always problems with the pumps. they don't print the bill at the pump, they don't take the card or they don't work

Buying gas there for 2 years and still every time have to go stand in line to get my receipt. Only Thorntons I’ve been to where I have to do that.

Amber is super friendly and she always has a bright smile. Her customer service is great .

When you give respect you get respect . Lady with the freckles is a nice , sweet person .
