Great experience, service was quick, server was attentive. Never had to ask for water or anything, our glasses were always full. Food was great as well.

The food is decent. I absolutely LOVE that this place has a mocktail menu. Look at my pretty drink!! And it was tasty. My husband had a mocktail mule and loved it also. The service was great, our waitress was really nice and checked in a lot.

Tonight we went for Friday fish fry it was fantastic! Great atmosphere full service bar with large restaurant area. They have great food with pretty much any choice you make large menu with a lot to offer. Nice wait staff always busy and very consistent! I would highly recommend 👌

Personally I loved everything about this place but my husband didn’t really enjoy his order thus the 4 stars. I got the ribs and he got the beef stew. The traditional Long Island was yummy. Great atmosphere and good service.

UPDATE 10/11/2020: We came again and this time we got a table inside, the service was great as the first time, we ordered drinks and food, beer was cold as you can wish and food was better this time. Great service, and good food. Place looks great id like to visit without this all covid restrictions

Visited last weekend with family, firstly the hostess team was amazing. They were fun, inviting, and gave us a warm welcome. This pub had two options for us to sit in the dining or bar. But if you're looking to catch a game there are TVs without the venue. Our food was pretty good, The entire family tried something different on the menu from Chicken, Burger, Macaroni, to Pot Roast. I enjoyed a nice pineapple mule before my food as well! The standout of the meal may have been the three cheese appetizer, soft bread to dip and amazing cheese.

Go here frequently from Grayslake. Great food (especially the wings) and beers, good service, nice mix of family-friendly environment and traditional bar area with TVs. Consistently better food than Libertyville location.

This is an amazing restaurant, especially for those who are looking for a meal after visiting Six Flags! Fantastic burgers, tacos, wings, and other items. It’s a really big restaurant that can accommodate a lot of people. Waiters and waitresses are really nice and spectacular. However, I would say that the volume of the restaurant is quite high, and you’d have to raise your voice or even yell to talk. Otherwise, this an amazing place to chow down!

I have been here a couple of times only for lunch when meeting a few friends that live in the area. We should try it out at night once to see how the bar is. We always sit in the restaurant area for lunch and the servers that we have are always nice and attentive. This time I got the Baja fish tacos that were very good. I like the layout of the bar the restaurant not so much but is what it is for lunch. I hope they're doing okay in terms of business because the last few times we were there for lunch it was not very busy, but I would figure they do much better at night anyways. We will be back since I believe it to be one of the best options in the area.

We stopped for dinner after Six Flags. The food was below average. My grilled chicken was extremely over cooked and the garlic parm wings didn’t have any flavor. The service was painfully slow, even with 2 servers working our table and a mostly empty bar. Our drinks took quite awhile and then it seemed like they forgot to ring our order in after they took it. We asked if they could bring out whatever was ready from order (salads and sandwiches) over 45 minutes after we ordered and no one seemed to care or acted like that was unacceptable. The food still didn’t come. We weren’t there for karaoke we just wanted to eat dinner and hit the road after a long day. A manager never asked how things were going. I talked my friends out of eating at Friday’s to come here. Def won’t go back.

The place is ideal for something fun and chill and definitely a perfect place to meet up with friends and family. Me and my friends chose to go in here it is my first time to visit the place and my friends most of them are familiar with it. We decided to meet because it has been a long while since the last time we went out to meet and it was definitely before the pandemic. I personally love the atmosphere of this place. The staff are accommodating and very helpful with our needs. We are a total of 8 people in our table and we ordered quite a lot of food and still, the service is fast. I just wanted something light that is why I only ordered burger, fries and a bottle of beer for myself. Their burger is nothing really special but it is definitely good. The fries have a handful portion and it is well-seasoned. I enjoyed the food and I had a really great time meeting and catching up with my friends!

Delicious food. Huge portions! Wide variety of drink options. All this at a moderate price. Our server was fast and friendly. Could have not been any better!

After we have a fun-filled day at Six Flags, we always say that we are going to check this place out because it’s so close to Six Flags and looks good. And after many years, we finally tried it and it was really good! We tried the pretzel bites trio appetizer, blackened salmon tacos and Oceanside patty melt. All of which were delicious. And the service was very nice too. We will definitely be going back a lot more now.

Today I paid $12 PLUS TAX for 47 tater tots!!! I ordered 3 sides of tater tots, I could not believe it and thought they made an honest mistake, (this order was for pick up) i asked to speak to the manager who was eating @ the bar and just had to ask if they really charged .25 per tater tot and her answer was yes! unreal also used to order wings from here..... but every time I ordered about 20ish wings @ a time was never given enough dressing for all wings, two small plastic containers for 20 wings and when asked for extra you get charged $2 per container.

Large restaurant with a wide drink menu. Friendly staff and a decent selection of apps and sandwiches. In kind of a dingy strip mall and a predominantly blue collar patronage. A Tuesday afternoon found a dozen+ folks drinking at the bar ar 2pm...strange crowd.

Went there with friends and had a great time. delicious apps and great drinks.

Their house holy water is AMAZING!!!! BE CAREFUL with it though goes down smooth but it's a swift kick in the pants.

I have to admit, this place really exceeded my expectations...a lot! I was thinking just another pub, but was I wrong. The food was amazing. The staff was super friendly and attentive. It's definitely a place you should visit when you're in Gurnee. And don't forget to tell them Big Tim sent you. 😉

Wife and I went with another couple. The other husband and I both ordered the Big Timmy Challenge. The burger was cooked perfectly, very flavorful and the Irish nacho french fries were equally delicious! We both completed the challenge and would happily go back. Good draft beer selection and a variety of custom cocktails.

It was my first time visiting Timothy O'Toole's and I had a great experience the wings were amazing I tried the honey Sriracha wings and the Thai chili both very good but the Thai chili was better for appetizers we had the pickle fries bachelor off the chain with a dipping sauce you wouldn't believe could be so good and for drinks I have to recommend that the Timothy holy water which consists of twelve different liquors and three different juices DA BOMB!!!!

It's a half and half... Gastropub with a semi-fine dining experience. Has a modern look. Lots of wood grain and earth tones. It was not too busy during our visit. First - Service. I enjoyed the service here. Our server was very attentive, complimentary and made sure we had everything we needed during our dining experience. Kudos to her. Food came out quickly. Didn't wait long @ all. Restrooms were really clean. Glad that they upkeep those regularly. Some restaurants don't. Second - Quality, Quantity and Pricing. Food was reasonably priced. Portion sizes are nice. Plenty food. Quality is kinda meh. Third - Flavors. The food here is ok but it's lacking. Party of three... We order wing baskets. Wing baskets consist of chicken wings (8 pieces roughly) tots or fries and u can pay extra for another side. So my wife and I ordered wing baskets and the side salads for our extra sides. Tasted the tots first. Delicious. Fresh, crispy, fluffy on the inside. Can't beat a tot ever! Side salad was blah. The greens used (combination of arugula, romaine and other ingredients) was lacking. The caesar dressing just did nothing for the salad. Sad to say I've had better but it's the truth. The wings...🤦🏾‍♂️. For a place that has "world famous wings" or whatever they said advertised on the front of the establishment, those wings should have blown my socks off but not so much. No breading (of course, preference) but that doesn't change the fact that they were over cooked, lacked seasoning and the sauces or rubs (Garlic Parmesan) were lackluster. My wife had Garlic Parmesan. I had the honey sriracha. I was so so so disappointed. I'm expected sweet, spicy, satisfying. Instead I got semi sweet wings. No kick, no heat, flare, excitement... Nothing!! I ended up asking for a bottle of Tobasco sauce to spice it up. I know everybody's spice levels are different and they may have had ppl with lower lvls in mind when they created the sauce. But it's honey sriracha! SWEET HEAT! The mark definitely missed. Nachos were decent. Chicken was seasoned well. Only down side was the cheese is shredded. So as the heat decipates, the cheese hardens. Loses pull and everything clumps together. Then the addition of refried beans doesn't make it better. Just ok. Friend ordered the mango pineapple mule. Said it was delicious. Overall... I'd visit again. I just would have to try something else. Maybe a more complex entree.

Granted I haven't been here in about a decade cause I only stop as I'm traveling past the area... the food is not as good as I remembered it. We ordered pulled pork nachos and the pork was very dry like as if it were microwaved leftovers. The drinks, staff, the rest of the nachos were great.

I chose the Triple Dusty from More Brewing in Huntley, IL. It is very happily hoppy. I'd recommend if you like a kick with your hops. It is served in the proper glass. Beer drinkers understand this. Well, strong beer drinkers. It's a craft thing.... I had the Shepards Pie. When it's cold out in the Chicagoland area get some of this in your belly. The mashed potato cover to the soft, delicious carrots and peas in a hearty gravy.  The toasted bread you can pull apart with the fork. Yum, yum. My wife had the wings, bone in. She thought the rub was a bit hot but they ARE wings. She mentioned how good the chicken was. Service was great. They were so busy we sat at the bar. Still a nice time. I wouldn't bring the kids here. It's more of a bar atmosphere.

Was recommended by a friend to check this place out so here we go! Food- Wings were great but not really the world’s greatest wings rating. The Irish nachos were delicious and the Chicago Fire burger was something different. Service- First and foremost…Colette is definitely a cutie, our bartender was knowledgeable, recommended a few meals with drinks which were a huge commitment to our experience and she made us laugh, feel at home plus is another reason to come back. Atmosphere- It gave that Irish pub feel but also night club feeling as well, not a bad place to have a romantic dinner but would be great for a night out with the boys.

The only downside to this experience was that our appetizers came out AFTER or meal even though we ordered the appetizers prior. Also, the pork belly appetizers were cooked perfectly and then it was like they poured half a bottle of dry rub on after they were cooked. It was like eating chili powder. Ruined the whole pork belly. The server was great even though he was clearly working too many tables. He did great regardless.

We recently hosted my husband's retirement party at the Gurnee location. Everything turned out great. Rachel and Jennifer, as well as the entire staff were very helpful throughout the evening. They were very accommodating in making room for our large group. I would recommend having a catering event here!

Once I found the complete disregard for covid safety by opening indoor dinning as well as by the workers not wearing their masks or not wearing them properly at all it has become noticeable that they aren’t following the recommendations of medical professionals about indoor dining as well as about wearing masks and that’s scary please stay home as someone who use to love the gurnee location i will never be returning

I went to support them today for a soft opening and our server was so kind and cautious! I truly hope they will continue to receive the support they need to stay afloat. However the one thing that stands out was how we were greeted. The host was not friendly and it seemed as if we were inconveniencing her. Because of this we will not return any time soon. I feel how you greet and welcome the customer sets the tone for the experience they will have. I hope whatever was causing her mood today will not be an issue for other customers.

So far the Libertyville location is way better. It seems like they are out of everything beer wise. Our waitress is missing in action. Not impressed

Food was excellent. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Establishment is taking covid safety seriously. All staff was wearing masks, installed partitions, promptly cleared and sanitized tables and very clean. I highly recommend patronizing this establishment.

Ate dinner in last night after they reopened the dining room. Nicole and staff have done a terrific job making sure there was plenty of social distancing, and keeping the place clean and wiped down before seating a new party. Food was great as always, too.

I came here for a Sunday lunch and I am so glad we chose this place. The menu choices were all so tempting, we chose Reuben egg rolls to share and they were amazing. There was even a keto bowl on the menu which I chose as a healthier lunch option, and it was fantastic. The drink choices were varied, and their seasonal old fashioned was the perfect end to my meal. Service was so friendly and attentive but not intrusive, and tables were properly spaced with all staff wearing masks. I hope to come back soon!

I went there on 10/21/2020 around 12pm. The bartender was phenomenal!!! She told another customer she was working until 10pm. Wish I could have stayed her entire shift.

We went here for a quick bite to eat before catching a movie. The food was expensive and Mediocre at best, The waitress was Meh. Turns out the movie theater was closed. It was a wasted night
