It feels rare to find a place that has truly great customer service anymore these days. I went in here to get links taken out of my watch, which I didn’t buy from there. They happily did it for me at no charge (Nordstrom wouldn’t even remove them since I didn’t buy the watch there, and they referred me to Gold Creations which would have charged me at least $15–plus gas money), they also cleaned my wedding ring and gave Ring Pops to my kids while they waited. The staff was so kind. Feels good to review a place like this. I’ll definitely bring my jewelry needs here in the future.

That is the best shop for all things jewelry. They are completely honest and want you to leave happy. They know how to do business have a great selection and zero pressure. It’s my first and last stop every time I have jewelry needs, whether to purchase or to fix. Parker is a pro’s pro.

First time shopping at R.C. Wahl and I'll be happy to give them my business again! Been wanting to write this review for awhile, but until this weekend hadn't gotten to see my purchases being used. Today's the day though. 4 months ago I dropped in to look at earrings for my girlfriend. Being my first time buying real diamonds, I went in with some ideas of what I wanted but with an open mind. Bridget was amazing at assisting me and walking me through their offerings. She was willing to demo items on her own ears, and was quite patient in spite of my indecision. I didn't go in with the intent of purchasing something, but I left as a happy customer, with a set of diamond studs held by white gold, as well as sapphire + diamond hoops, also in white gold. The prices seemed fair, especially given what a great experience I had. They also were flexible with me regarding returns/exchanges in case my girlfriend didn't love what I chose, even 2 months after the fact since these were anniversary gifts. Thankfully she loved both pairs, with the studs being her daily earrings and the hoops being for more special occasions (yesterday was her first time wearing both out). While there I also was hoping to look at watches (a large part of the reason I went in in the first place). R.C. Wahl used to be a Rolex dealer, but have since cut ties with them after being unwilling to sink to Rolex's new authorized dealer scheme of filling a store with 'hollow' watches for test fitting, and subsequent allocation of the real thing being far from a guarantee. While I do admire their rejection of this, their selection of mens watches is now limited to Seiko models. While nice, I hope they will work to expand this to include other boutique brands, such as Grand Seiko, Jaeger-LeCoultre, or something from the SWATCH family of brands. This was the PERFECT first fine jewelry shopping experience. I look forward to providing R.C. Wahl with more business in the future, and would absolutely recommend others to give them a look as well!

I have used Wahl jewelry for years. Any time there was a question they always corrected and made sure we were pleased. Since becoming disabled it has not effected their service. Always super friendly! For being a smaller family owned business, they're prices are just as competitive as the big box stores. Every time I've gone into their store whether it be to purchase something specific or look around, they've always offered to clean my rings and were never pushing you to buy something. 5 gold stars all the way! RC is definitely my go to store when it comes to purchasing anything jewelry wise. I'd also recommend parking behind the store where they have designated parking spots instead of waiting for and/or fighting for a spot up front.

I could not be more satisfied with the repair on my wedding ring. They told me it would look brand new and it really did - just like it did 27 years ago, maybe better. I would highly recommend the store to anyone. I’m very happy and everyone was pleasant and friendly in the store.

The staff and Jesse were a pleasure to work with. I was not there to purchase a Rolex but was treated no differently. Absolutely will be back soon for holiday shopping!

I’m glad I noticed R.C and decided to stop in one day, they even took care of a pair of diamond earrings I walked in with without an appointment… they cleaned them and replaced the backings on the spot. I dropped off 5 rings to be serviced (cleaned, polished, some replated). I spoke to Parker who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All 5 rings were done in one day, and my wife loved how hers looked! We had taken them to another place for the same service awhile back, but their cleaning left the prongs to be dark and not cleaned completely. R.C Wahl Jewelers did an amazing job and made the rings look brand new as if we first got them. Will definitely be coming back here for more services.

They made us truly feel special and I cried happy tears when the reveal finally came. They created something beautiful and delicate that I can wear even under my work surgical gloves. An associate helped me without being pushy or aggressive, and helped me decide on a beautiful ring that I now wear every day. I’m so pleased with my experience at Wahl’s, that I plan to return so that I can bring in my inherited stones and create a new piece of jewelry for myself. I was referred to Parker Wentzel by a friend and he did not disappoint. He was very honest and transparent— read realistic — about my inquiries into a specific watch. Due to covid and the Rolex I wanted was already allocated and in high demand. I did have a back up model that Parker was able to get for me. Communication through the entire process was forthcoming. He let me know there was going to be a wait of up until February, but would try to get to me by Christmas. Parker came through with my order in less than three months— this just happened to work in my favor. Other ADs wouldn’t even accept my order, paid in full. My watch was set to the correct time and shipped off to me. Parker also left with with several valuable tips on care and maintenance of my new investment.
