I went to the Munster location and seen Dr.Debra. She was so nice and I felt like she truly cared about our wellbeing. However, she was supposed to follow up with me via telemedicine the day after our appointment. I never recieved her call. I called the Clinic and they informed me she was off till Tuesday and we were seen on Thursday! I couldn't believe it. I had to go back to the clinic feeling terrible, being exposed to Covid-19 again, to wait over an hour to have another visit with another doctor! Thank God I have good insurance! This was so unprofessional! All I wanted was my Covid test results, the antibiotics that the nurse practitioner should've sent the first day, and a note to return to work. I don't think we'll be going back to any of the Midwest Express Clinics again. This is the 3rd time at 2 separate offices they "forgot" to send our medications over to the pharmacy. Then, when I call, we have to be seen by a doctor again! Insurance pays for 2 visits . Something seems really fishy

Both my wife and my son had scheduled appointments for a covid test. That’s it, just a simple covid test. Both on the same insurance plan (Mine). My wife has an out of state drivers license, as we own a pool store in kentucky and have homes in both states. Their appointments were 5 minutes apart. I waited in the car. My son went in, was seen right away and came out and left to go home in his car. My wife was in there for over an hour and a half and was made to fill out paperwork she had already done online prior to the appointment and then sat for an hour before being seen. Then, once in there was given an entire physical! For a covid test! Sounds to me like some of these places are seeing the potential to bill insurance companies for “extra” services NOT requested by the patients to boost their profits. You can bet my insurance company will be hearing about this. Covid is not a cash cow but it sure seems to be becoming one for some providers. Also, when I got home my son informed me that an African American young man came in for a test and was told without insurance he would have to pay $200 out of pocket just for the test and $100 for an office visit. The young man left because he said he couldn’t afford that. This is outrageous! I am utterly appalled at this. This whole BS of “we’re all in this together” and free testing is a joke. Lies lies lies! I will never use this clinic again.

So did anyone else think the staff was fantastic? I sure did. Honestly made my visit hospitable made the entire process so comfortable. Was nervous when i walked in but was sooooooo relaxed and calm through out. Very well trained staff, absolutely a pleasure to have gone. Im not so good with names but the one who triaged me and and then the one who did testing for me were 100% professional. So so nice and super cool.

Starting with the online registration, the overall process was great! Once I notified them of my arrival at my registered time, I was done & leaving 35 minutes later.

Very fast and friendly people!

Very experienced doctors and nurses. Way better than most of the individual doctors' offices. The only downside is the waiting time. There are huge crowds going there for it's good quality of service.

I thought the caregiver who provided service to me upon receiving a COVID-19 test was excellent. Very professional. I was treated in a manner consistent with safety precautions. As a result I would definitely use their services again.

I just visited this clinic for a rapid covid test, and amazing is not even the word for this clinic! Very polite staff, there was a wait which isn’t shocking due to the pandemic, but a very clean facility, and I loved my doctor Allie she answered all my questions and was just as polite as the staff! Totally recommend this place to everyone!

This Midwest Express Clinic visit was very thorough and I did not have a long wait. I was impressed with the people who helped collect the necessary information and very impressed with Debbie who examined me. Everyone was very pleasant and thorough.

Fast and friendly staff

Everyone in this Clinic is very polite and kind. I’ve gone to this clinic multiple times for myself & my children. It’s a very busy place but they try and see you and get you going ASAP. They don’t have you sitting in the lobby or the back rooms for hours like other clinics. I definitely recommend this place!

A GREAT experience! I went to two different locations and they were extremely accommodating and the offices were CLEAN and the nurses and physicians were fully knowledgeable

Wait time was not bad, registration was a little complicated (because the website did not capture the pictures I took of my drivers license and insurance card, after doing it three times), but it eventually took. Dr. was extremely informative, nurse that let me in was friendly and helpful. Environment was relaxed and welcoming. Overall good experience. I would definitely go back!

It was a bit of a long wait, but the process of getting tested was smooth and efficient. Jana was incredibly nice and patient. The online line holder tool could be better but overall it was a good experience.

Second time here. Everyone is so pleasant and attentive from start to finish. They actually talk with you versus at you. You will have a clear understanding of what's going on. The front office staff is awesome as well!

Im so glad I decided to go here and try it because I'm super happy with their service and have been back many times since. They have a very nice staff and it's never a long wait and they also are straight to it once in the room. You don't have to wait an hour or so to be finally seen by the doctor after triage! I also love the fact they let me and my son both be seen at the same time and I always do walk-ins and still never waited more than 20 minutes.

The clinic staff is AMAZING! always friendly & polite! The Doctors are always so cheerful. I never wait more then 5-10 mins to be seen. I nolonger live in this clinic area, however I still travel to this clinic location because the clinic is everything I look for when visiting a Doctors office. 😊

Great experience overall

This was my first time ever visiting an urgent care clinic. I don't know about any of the other urgent care locations but Midwest Express Clinic in Munster, IN I definitely liked. It's a walk in, the hours of operation are terrific, the staff was friendly and courteous. This clinic was so much better then other clinics I have visited. My experience coming here was good. I am happy I chose this clinic over going to the emergency room.

Dr. was very knowledgeable, facility was very clean, and nurses were great and made me feel safe.

Great place and service totally professional

I've been here several times and have also brought my daughter here for sports physicals. I like the fact that you can fill out everything online which significantly decreases your wait time, they are convenient, close to home and the fact that they take so many different forms of insurance is a plus! The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I recommend them to everyone!
