I
went
to
the
Munster
location
and
seen
Dr.Debra.
She
was
so
nice
and
I
felt
like
she
truly
cared
about
our
wellbeing.
However,
she
was
supposed
to
follow
up
with
me
via
telemedicine
the
day
after
our
appointment.
I
never
recieved
her
call.
I
called
the
Clinic
and
they
informed
me
she
was
off
till
Tuesday
and
we
were
seen
on
Thursday!
I
couldn't
believe
it.
I
had
to
go
back
to
the
clinic
feeling
terrible,
being
exposed
to
Covid-19
again,
to
wait
over
an
hour
to
have
another
visit
with
another
doctor!
Thank
God
I
have
good
insurance!
This
was
so
unprofessional!
All
I
wanted
was
my
Covid
test
results,
the
antibiotics
that
the
nurse
practitioner
should've
sent
the
first
day,
and
a
note
to
return
to
work.
I
don't
think
we'll
be
going
back
to
any
of
the
Midwest
Express
Clinics
again.
This
is
the
3rd
time
at
2
separate
offices
they
"forgot"
to
send
our
medications
over
to
the
pharmacy.
Then,
when
I
call,
we
have
to
be
seen
by
a
doctor
again!
Insurance
pays
for
2
visits
.
Something
seems
really
fishy
