They close at 8pm not 9pm as it says on Google. around 8:10pm. I went there desperately for a caffeine hunt The lady said we are closed. I said your info on google says 9pm. She said oh. It's not correct then. Bottom line. This starbucks and the one in grayslake. Among couple of other ones. They don't really close on time. Always before time which is very bad for business and credibility.

Bad experience last Wednesday afternoon with one staff member in particular- tall young girl with dark hair. Was clearly annoyed with my mother for asking to see drink sizes. My mom tried to explain what size she wanted, and the girl curtly said “ma’am that doesn’t help me at all” about my mother’s question. As someone who’s worked in food service before speaking to a customer like that is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Additionally, after our order was completed, the same girl loudly complained about several other customers and how annoying they are. Honestly, I get that working food service sucks sometimes, but there’s no excuse to be so rude to customers asking simple questions.

Maribel ( Dark long hair, pony tail ) . Took our order today, I asked her a question and she responded like I was stupid. Her mood the whole time & face expressions made me feel not welcomed. If im ever at this Starbucks again and she’s there trust me I WILL NOT STEP A FOOT .

I ordered the vanilla bean cream frappe and can I tell you, I was happy! I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the young lady but she made my drink exactly how I wanted. If they had a tip cup she would have given one! I like vanilla bean mixed with dried strawberries and I like it just a bit pink... Look at the photo... It's perfect 💛 Thank you to the young lady who made my drink for me and if I see her again, I will be sure to post her name in this review.

My wife came in this location at 6pm 8\19\23 not only did the staff say the f word in front of her they made fun of her for not know a drink name I will never step in this location again and I will advise anyone else to do the same zero stars

This morning I stoped by and go a hot chocolate with a coffee little did i knew that chocolate was not good it smelled OK but it tasted bad, I thought maybe because i had some of my lemon loaf. I decided to have my coffe 1st and have the chocolate after lunch (after all we have microwaves to reheat) Well no unfortunately I payed $5 for the drain. There's Flys in their food and the food is going bad as well. Never again! Plus that the Girl there was new or something and gave to much actitud and was rushing everything. Even when I payed for a large and ened up at a medium drink for my coworker.

I always have the same girl when I go, and she is always super nice and makes my drink perfect every time

Didn't know what I ordered and found instructions for it so that I could have my drink. Very dedicated workers.

Busy now. Gobble gobble of clerks fill the charitable air. (Thanksgiving is soon; Charity promotion) The clerk cleaned my table cause her shift ends soon. I should add that this Starbucks is not on Grand Avenue but in the Jewel Osco on Hunt Club Road. It's loud most of the time but everyone is friendly, and yes, you can pay with a Starbucks Card account.

Drive thru mostly.. They're chocolate crossiants my favorite. Asked then to warm up for you. Blackened ice tea or hot teas are my most bought items. Coffee are great . Clean friendly .

Good place to relax and wait for the sunset after a long journey around the area of Waukegan. Also many understand about adapting being a city folk to a county folk to adjust the terrain of counties living. Lake County is very widespread terrain whereas Cook County the terrain is short distance from here to there . There is no MA and PA locals so buying groceries is a bit challenging but learning and knowing is all about growing . I feel more safe but being teased is nothing compared to what I have experienced before. My brother is my only sibling, he loves it when I come to see him but I have my limitations too adjusting the my own finances
