I worked at a Baskin Robin's in fox lake about 14yrs ago. I think I was trained properly? I've stopped at this location on 45 a few times. Every single time- they have a problem making my cappuccino blast!! I've explained it many times. The owners wife acts like she doesn't speak English when you have an issue. And the owner is beyond rude!! I hate coming here. But it's literally the only one within MILES! so I guess I'll pay extra and deal with them in order to get my ice cream fix. But avoid this place of you can??

Very poor customer service here. Poor English speaking workers. You have to repeat your order more than 2x. Make sure you say you want a combo, otherwise you will be paying each item separately. Some special sandwiches aren’t included for combos. I asked for a cup holder and had to place the coffees in it myself. Worker just tossed it on the counter.

I go here frequently because it's on the way to work. Do you like: - Getting an annoyed response any time you correct the person taking your order because you can't understand them, - Not being able to ask for any special requests because it's too complicated to explain and they never listen anyway, - Not being able to ask questions about items on the menu? This is the place for you! I'd rather go to Thortons hahaha

This Dunkin donuts is the worst of them all. Every single time I go here they get my order wrong but this time I asked for a big and toasted, the cheese wasn't melted I took a bite of hot toast and cold cheese. This place definitely needs new management asap.

I went in this morning and the lady didn’t even say hi to me. I asked her if I could have a wheat bagel and she just said “no”. She didn’t smile, she was rude, didn’t seem to care. No thank you, nothing. The place is dirty and sad. I never write reviews but this place sucks.

I just went today to get a coffee. I don't mean to be a Karen but I went to a different location to get a coffee and after I left I realized they did not make it correctly. I went to this location that was on the way to my destination and asked with the coffee and receipt in hand and waited 25 minutes before anyone paid attention to me and took my order. I asked politely if I could possibly get my drink fixed (which I have done before when made wrong) and the lady was pretty rude and just said no. Especially after not getting service for such a long time...to get such a rude no did not feel too good. If I was told nicely it would have been totally cool. I felt like an idiot.

I go to this dunkin very often and there is this one worker who is always very disrespectful to customer. I am pretty sure he is the manager and his name is Jingnesh. He always is very rude and demanding. He has no customer service skills, he tries to argue with customers any chance he can get. I would avoid this dunkin if you can.

Never will go there again very rude people went there in drive-through they have advertised no contact pull up to the window and she asked me for my phone and then gave me an attitude on top of that coffee’s not good either is the service they are plenty of Dunkin’ Donuts around please don’t waste your money there

I’ve been here multiple times to try and give this place a break however every single time the man working the drive through is extremely rude! He is terrible to listen to first thing in the morning. He has an attitude and never says thank you! He talks to you as if you are stupid. I DO NOT recommend this place unless you want to listen to a rude man give you attitude. The food and drinks are good and made fast however it’s such a shame that the service does not match. AVOID!

The manager is cheap, unhelpful, and in some cases, combative. My coffee was made wrong, he argued with me. I showed him my receipt on the app, he continued to argue with me. Placed another order, used one of the monthly promotions the app offers. He cancelled it because he didn't want to honor the promotion.

Always mess up my order 9 out of 10 times you get a bad drink or something you didn’t order. It’s really not worth going here in my opinion

I love DD but hate this location. They mess up my order EVERY single time. I avoid this DD if I can and only visit this location when I can’t go to another but they always jack up my order when I do. Also, I never get a receipt. The DD on Grand and Washington is a better location to visit and less wait times too.

Worst customer service from these Indian employees, they are not friendly and when there is any problem they say: “we don’t don't speak English”. I won't be back until I make sure there are new employees.

Me wait at the window for like almost 15 minutes while you talked on the phone to his girlfriend or significant other and then he says it'll just be a couple minutes when I saw that there were already made any open the freaking ice cream for somebody else's order I just do not understand how somebody can make you wait when there is not another person in line or at the store

I wish I can give this a zero star. I went there yesterday at noon and did a on the go order and when I got there the guy working drive thru was rude and yelled at my husband at the window because he said he had lots of customers and the coffees weren’t ready mine you we were the only ones at the drive thru at the time and then said to park and then pick it up so we parked and I walked in to see how many customers he had inside and he had two. One which was leaving as we walked in with nothing in her hand and the other customer was waiting for her order there was two people working and as soon as he saw my husband and I walk in he already had our coffees ready because he quickly got them and I had to attitude check him because the attitude was so unnecessary!! I would of been okay if he told us in a much nicer way.

I go to this location almost daily with my brother and every time one of the workers gives us a hard time and tries to argue with us. I don’t know if he’s a manager or just works there but he needs an attitude check

I came to the order box, placed an order for a coffee after a rude greeting, and then the guy barks at me wanting to know what size for my coffee. He didn't listen to anything I said. Imagine my surprise when I came to the window and learned the dude that took my order isn't running the drive through window, but instead, a wonderfully sweet girl. Why would this rude man take my order instead of the obviously better person at the window?

The man that works the mornings here is always very nice and efficient i believe he may be the manager. It seems like all the other dunkins in the area mess up the orders/drinks but at this one it is always on point

I pulled up and I saw ONLY 3 people working on a busy Sunday morning. They are definitely under staff. They where very polite and telling me at the window they where low staffed. They definitely need more people and if they fixed the problem then this will be a good Dunkin for sure.

Pulled up at 11:27am and the doors are locked even though it's operating hours. Second time this has happened.

Place is fine except the short Indian guy that works there. The guy is super crabby and not pleasant. Wont be back. The old crew was much better.

I was at the Dunkin' in Third Lake. The customer service was pleasant, however. They did not give me my change of $1.78 nor my receipt. When I tried calling (several times) the phone just rang and rang, then the voicemail was full. I couldn't go back because I was in my way to work..... I will make sure I pay close attention next time, and I hope the workers pay attention as well. Shouldn't I get a free hot tea?

Ordered Avacado toast with tomato and bacon. The bread was not toasted. They forgot the bacon. Was very disappointed.

Service here is horrible. Every single time I go they are rude. It’s so close to my house I keep giving them another chance but nope, they are just plain rude!!! Today they wouldn’t honor a special advertised in the app. I presented the special before ordering she asked to scan my phone for the special and ended up just charging me full price for items and refused to give me a refund or adjust the price. All while arguing with me I front of my kids. It was just wrong.

I come here consistently to do homework and the staff is just superior. Always make sure I'm ok and I feel so welcome here. Service is always impeccable. If I could give all the employees here a raise, I would. Ya'll deserve the best, thanks for giving me the best every time :)

Got a large coffee and paid with a $20. Girl at register gave me my coffee with 7 dollars and change back. I informed her that I gave her a $20 and she argued with me that I had given her a $10 bill. I asked her to check her camera as I was sure how much I gave. Shortly after, she came back with a crumpled up 10 dollar bill. I informed her that it was really uncool of her to not pay attention to the money. She replied back thank God you noticed and that j could go somewhere else if I did not like the service. POOR SERVICE !!!!!!

this used to be my favorite dunkin, and two years ago, when they were under different management, i would get the same coffee here every day. never had a problem back then. now, i don’t know what happened, but the coffee makes me sick. like, VERY sick. i order the same thing at a different dunkin and i’m fine, but this dunkin obviously doesn’t clean their stuff well enough. every time i order from this dunkin, i get ill hours after. i didnt think it was the dunkin at first, but maybe a sudden intolerance for coffee. however, i tried the same coffee from a different dunkin, and i was completely fine. every other dunkin i don’t get sick from, just this one. something’s fishy. don’t eat here. someone should file a report with the health inspector.

They dont keep enough bacon in stock for all us gobblers. Gotta have bacon.....and icecream....together?

VERY RUDE! walked in and workers started taking about me, they Didn’t think I could hear them whispering .. gave me weird looks as soon as I walked in . Very judgmental. Improve ur container service! I used to come here all the time but as of lately I’m getting weird looks and being talked about.

I use to love stopping here. Coffee use to be great. Today I ordered a large pumpkin spice swirl with cream and sugar. I got a hot burned water down coffee. Did not taste like anything. What is going on with Dunkin it's like they need to train people how to make coffee correctly. I don't care if you are busy, make good coffee...

This Dunkin is always nice and my drink is always made right!

Went here with my daughter on a Saturday. We walked in and the service was awful. The drive thru window was more important and there were only 3 people working. We were told 3 times that someone would be with us in a second. Then when we were actually ordering, the lady helping us didn't listen to what we were saying and I had to repeat the order 4 times. Ridiculous. I'll make sure the next time I take my daughter to dunkin donuts, we'll go to a different one.

I go here almost every morning, never had a real issue. But today I ordered a large vanilla frozen coffee that I had the other day which was awesome. Today I get it, and it's super sour...like their milk/cream went bad..? Gross. I was already on my way to work so I couldn't turn back. Used my free drink on it too. Nasty!
