They were rude and disrespectful.

Everything that they have done has been wrong, starting with my father's death certificate, his name was incorrect and they told me just to cross it out and write the correct name. They finally agreed to have that reissued after his financial advisor said they needed it corrected. They had is DOB wrong and no matter how many times I corrected it they still printed it wrong on the obituary and on all the paperwork and so many other frustrating things and extra charges, just at a time when you don't need all the added stress. I has just been a nightmare working with them, I would never recommend them to anyone!!

Horrible place! Rude staff for sure. They rushed us out and put my uncle in the wrong burial plot. Not only that, the casket was suppose to be engraved with some names including his children. They forgot to add his sons name but his daughters name twice! You think they would have noticed that mistake.

Last summer Sunset Funeral Home and Sunset Memorial Gardens oversaw my mother's funeral and burial. Staff members Holli, Dennis, and Ralph went above and beyond to provide the exact funeral my mother wished to have. Visitation with viewing, church service, luncheon, procession, and graveside. The family was very happy and we will be back.

My husband's uncle and grandparents are all buried there. Although none of them used the funeral home part they made sure that our loved ones were buried with the utmost respect for and to the family and friends. Our grandpa and uncle were both buried there back in the 80's. Our first grandma was buried there in February of 2004. Our other grandma was flown back here in November of 2012. We just lost our last grandparent, grandpa just passed away on the 6th of this month 2016 & is going to be flown back here sometime this week. Back in 2012 when our grandma was brought back to her final resting place, Sunset Memorial waited for my husband and myself to get back home and although it was just the 2 of us they had a tent setup waiting for us. They allowed us to pay our last respects to her and also allowed my husband to help carry his grandmother's casket to her graveside, then they stepped away so we could have a few moments with her alone. We live almost 2 hours away from where our loved ones are buried, but we visit them often and the grounds are kept up extremely well. On behalf of our family we are grateful for Sunset's hospitality! Keep up the great work!

Holli, Linda, and Paula and the rest of the talented staff went above and beyond to ensure that my Dad's funeral was exactly what we wanted and needed. Ensuring a family's final wishes for their loved one is never an easy task, but Sunset delivered and created a beautiful tribute. I would highly recommend their services as Mom and I couldn't have been more pleased with how streamlined the arrangement and burial process was. Holli made the process incredibly efficient and manageable--considering how many different elements needed to be taken care of. Her professionalism and concern for our feelings and wishes was unbelievably comforting to us.

I have nothing but good thoughts about Sunset and the staff. Linda, Holli, and Paula were so friendly and helpful. They were always right there when my son and I had questions or needed anything. They all three touched our hearts with love and kindness. I would highly recommend Sunset for all your funeral needs. We had the visitation, the funeral service, the burial, and the luncheon all right there. Everything was so convenient and organized.

I've had the unfortunate opportunities to visit Sunset 3 times in the past year. Each time, staff was dignified and professional. Holli T. was assisting in 2 situations. In one, the deceased's family was "unique." Holli and the rest of the staff were graceful and polite as they went through the grieving process. Just recently, I arrived to a visitation after my husband and son. Holli helped me locate them in the long line so I would not have to be alone. That funeral was pretty large and she & the staff did a nice job of getting everyone seated and directing them after the service. Not that I'm planning to use their services in the near future, but that's where I'd go if I needed to.

Sunset was excellent. My complaint now is I have asked that my fathers grave be reseeded twice. And it has not as of today why? He loved his lawn it was like carpet. A veteran who served in two wars that passed away in 2019. Please get his gravesite reseeded.

The staff at Sunset Gardens is very caring and sympathetic. I was happy that they came in a little under my budget. The Chapel and flowers were beautiful. The luncheon was excellent. I had many friends and relatives comment on what a beautiful, clean, inviting funeral we had for my Mother. Sunset Gardens is there to answer questions and meet your every need.

Sunset Memorial Gardens were wonderful at handling the arrangements and funeral services for my dad. They were very caring and considerate with the details and any questions we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone for the handling of their loved ones.

Sunset was helpful in every way in planning and arranging services for my late husband. We received guidance throughout the entire process in a kind and sensitive manner, they made sure all our questions were answered, and offered unique options to help make the service both comforting and pleasant for family and friends in remembering his life, and honorable to our dear, departed loved one. Cemetery is always maintained very nicely. They have a old mausoleum and a newer one... However, the older mausoleum is very creepy and disturbing... It even has a smell to it, and I could hear some sort of dripping somewhere... Have no idea what that could be... Though ,other than that my grandparents are buried there... And it's very beautiful on the outside... Please do something about the older mausoleum. Thanks

The staff a Sunset were so thorough and caring. They went over all the details and arranged everything perfectly. They didn't try to upsell us on anything, simply explained all the options available. I couldn't be more pleased with how wonderful all of the staff was. During such a difficult time, it's nice to feel confident that my father's arrangements were in the hands of such caring people.

We used Sunset Memorial when my father unexpectedly passed away in March. The staff went over and above to help us thru this difficult time. We even had our own services and Makenzie was a wonderful help with taking her time to answer any questions we had. Makenzie and Ralph also helped with guiding and assisting us in everything that needed to be done afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

Losing my mother was truly the hardest thing I have ever had to bare, I couldn’t think straight, let alone try and make funeral arrangements for my dear mother… if it wasn’t for the friendly and caring staff at sunset memorial funeral gardens, I could not have done it!! Losing a loved one is never easy but the compassionate and extremely competent personnel at Sunset made it less painful than we imagined.Mackenzie guided us skillfully through the process. Our 97 year old father was a WW2 veteran and difficulty finding the necessary discharge documents for a military funeral seemed to make it impossible but once they were discovered she moved quickly to make it happen even though Memorial Day weekend was a busy one for such events. Even the tiniest detail was attended to with professional care. We will always be grateful for their help.
