A month ago I took my child to be seen here, everything was good, front desk person was nice, RN and doctor also. Yesterday, a very mean and frustrated front desk person, after I submitted the registration on the phone, she called me to ask if we've been here before, and if with the same insurance. (We were in the car, waiting). I said yes, same everything. She tells me she is almost done with the registration on her part. After 2 minutes, she calls me to tell me that they don't take the insurance there. I tell her we used the same one last time, no problems, but she just said no. She just dismissed us, my son not feeling well at all. I would like to know who didn't want to work yesterday anymore? By the way, waiting room was empty, just one person walked in after us. I should call the insurance, make sure they don't say we've been seen. Very disappointed!

There was a bit of a wait even though I had an appointment. Took about 30mins to get in after the appointment time but once in things moved quickly. The PA, Ciara, is amazing. She was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She took her time and made sure all my questions were answered. I've been at this location a few times and have always received quality care.

Everyone was fast and efficient. Front desk was kind and courteous. Caroline was gentle when swabbing for Covid and explained everything she was doing. Would definitely recommend this facility!

She was very nice and willing to work with me. I came for a dot medical card and I take medicine for high blood pressure. I'm the type of person who always has elevated levels in my blood pressure when I go to the doctor. I just don't like it and my pressure rises. After I get comfortable with the visit it always drops to better levels. She checked it a couple of times and it did get better. I'm happy she took the time with me and listened to what I explained to her. Nice Dr. and I will see her again if I can.

They are an asset to the community as you don’t have to hassle around going to the hospital with 3rd world waiting time but need to see urgently a health professional with after work hours access. In my mom’s case an elder, she was seen for her symptoms and prescribed antibiotics in about an hour we were out in our way to the pharmacy. She was relieved from getting into a complicated condition and prevented a hospitalization with thousands and thousands in medical bills. I thank you all for your existence in our neighborhood. The service and care at Physicians Immediate Care was excellent. As a walk in it was quick and easy to get on the wait-list and complete registration straight from my phone. The estimated wait time was fairly accurate and transparent to all via a monitor in the lobby. I dealt with three different staff members during my visit and all three were incredibly nice and easy to interact. I am also completely satisfied with the assessment and next steps provided for my cause of appointment. I am glad I decided to choose this location, it was significantly worth it.

Left 50 minutes after my appointment time (with my 14 month old) due to having still not seen a doctor. When asked how much longer I was told there were 1-2 people ahead of me and the 1 physician was “moving as fast as she could.” What is the point of making an appointment if it takes 1+ hours of waiting to be seen? Would give zero stars if I could. Go somewhere else!

Always the kindest people to help you. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel heard and taken care of. I always come back here when I need help, and they always provide great service. Highly recommend! Thanks to all the great employees.

The staff here is amazing! They are so kind, respectful and attentive. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice to me, and Kelsey and Michael were easy to talk to and listened intently to what I had to say to best help me with my issue. Kelsey even took the time to call me after my visit to reconfirm a medication question. I was in and out of the facility in under 30 minutes. The wait time with and without an appointment is not long at all. Thanks!

First time visiting the facility and have nothing but positive things to say about the establishment. Employee’s were friendly starting from the reception area. The assistant was friendly and very attentive. She explained all of the procedures from beginning to end. The physician was very courteous and made me feel at ease while performing the physical exam. And the staff was excellent kudos to all!!!

In the past, this establishment held a special place in my heart, with their consistent assistance. However, their service this year has taken a nosedive. I reached out to undergo some blood tests, only to be informed that they no longer provide such services which was kind of strange because they are an “urgent care”. To add to my dissatisfaction, I've been receiving hefty bills from them. I can't recommend them any longer.

I appreciated being seen on time with an appointment. My issue or confusion is that they couldn't do anything so told me to just keep doing what I'm doing. I asked for what length of time....they said to continue my course of treatment another week and if nothing changes to call my primary Dr., yet on the discharge papers, they say to return to them in 3 days.

Great service from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor! Only concern was that it was a 1 hour wait for walk ins with only 1-2 people waiting and then another 20 min for the doctor. It seemed like there was only one doctor for everyone.

PA Nicole Morgan gave me a complete exam, asked me alot of question and was very professional. I had been very sick for 5 days and once I filled my prescriptions I was feeling better within 24 hours. Thank you PIC for your quick and efficient treatment.

Do not go this location. They call half hour before your appt and say that they are canceling all their appointments for the day and are very unapologetic. This is after the Six Corners location canceled my appointment as well 3 hours before. Also, when I asked to speak to a supervisor "Cindy" picked up and said the only thing she can do for me is to give the number to another location and then hung up. Wow! So helpful! Go to Norridge or Broadway locations and avoid Sux Corners and Jefferson Park.

Walk-in wait time really wasn't too bad at all. There were 7 people ahead of me and one emergent case. Got in and out within 2 hours. The staff are all exceptionally friendly & proficient. Explained everything clearly and I appreciated the deft touch. Thank you!

Had wonderful experiences in the past but today very rude. Would not allow me to come in with my son because he’s over 18. When I asked if it was a policy they said no, different people choose if they will let family with. I am an RN and came with at his request. If it was a policy I would completely understand as a medical professional. Makes me wonder why they don’t want a nurse to accompany their son.

I've been here a few times over the years and they're always quick and professional. Recently I struggled to get COVID test results from a different testing facility and eventually gave up and came back to Immediate Care. They had my results in 15 minutes.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The nurses were not nice at all. They denied me a pcr test for covid due to being low. Even though I have symptoms. Which makes no sense. Even though they were aware I made a appointment. I had to wait longer than the appointment was set up.

I was a walk in with a possible wrist fracture. Staff very considerate and friendly. Wait time was less than 30 min. Physician was very gentle and caring. X- rays taken and confirmed fracture. Physician gently applied splint. Returned week later for cast. Made appointment for visit- was taken with no waiting. Physician applied cast with no discomfort. Very friendly and caring. . Wants to see me in a couple of weeks to check on the healing process. I highly recommend this urgent care facility. Friendly , caring, and listens to your problems.

Very friendly and responsive and professional. Great care. I've never had to wait (walk-in or appointment) an unreasonable amount of time to be seen. Billing has always been spot on correct, and great follow up too. I've never had a bad experience with Physicians IC.

I had an amazing experience overall! Everyone was friendly that I encountered. I did not have to wait long at all to see a doctor, as I made an appointment online and entered my information online prior to arriving. Thank you to all of those who took care of me and they even referred me to a specialist!

I came in because I was not feeling too well, but they helped me by providing remedies for feeling better soon. Quick and efficient.

Great PA who really investigated, deducted and ran all sorts of tests. He thoroughly evaluated my son. Only negative was the wait time and process - we got in 15 min after our scheduled appt and according to screens there was no line…..maybe short staffed?

Everyone was professional and kind. I have no complaints. The wait time was alright too. You can tell everyone is working as a team at this location! Good job guys!

I was evasive about going but I was so glad that I did! Friendly and professional experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They deserve the 5 star recognition.

There was an emergency case, which delayed my appointment time. The receptionist could not have been nicer about this matter. She was even offering the opon to schedule h appointments at other locations. Once I was in the exam room, the nurse was very helpful and professional. The doctor was the same. She was also very thorough. She found nothing wrong but still concerned due to my past health history. She referred me to an emergency room for testing that was not available at PIC. Everything turned out bett then expected. I would definitely use PIC again.

Very smooth visit! Wait time was short (and I was a walk-in), friendly staff, and an easy registration process. The PA that saw me was very kind and helpful, and quickly resolved what I went in for! Would recommend this location to anyone seeking immediate care.

Oh my Gosh. They went above and beyond. My neighborhood facility had a 3 hr wait so they recommended their other location about 10 minutes away that isn’t so busy.. I drove immediately and after signing in, they took me in 20 minutes. The PA was adorable in that she said all my tests were negative for Covid, Strep and flu( I only came in for a Covid test but she said let’s run a couple more to be safe). She said go and enjoy your good health! It’s amazing that one facility recommended another so I could be helped faster! And so amazing they took me so fast at the 2nd One. May I advise anyone who needs help faster than the wait time at one clinic to ask where is the next closest clinic and see if they aren’t as busy. Very impressed!

I had a great experience with this immediate care today👍 The receptionist, nurses, doctors, everyone was very polite and helpful. I was lucky the wait was not long as well. It is not pleasant to be sick but this team do their best to provide care to their patients🙏🏻

This is the 3rd time I come and I decided to bring my son because I couldn’t get in to his pediatric office for a couple days in a row. My son is immuno compromised which is why I chose this place because I could make appointments but that didn’t matter at all. I still waited over an hour before I was just brought back and still another 15-20 minutes to actually be seen by provider. There was even another lady who came in after me also with appointment and even she stuck up for us and how long we had waited. There was a good about 30-45 minutes that the screens kept saying that there were 0 patients in exam rooms!! Only reason I gave 2 stars is because I was able to get my son seen same day but all for nothing because we ended up in ER anyway.

So I had a big gash on top of my head, couldn’t stop the bleeding. Thankfully my daughter drove me to this clinic, so happy she did. They were very helpful, I’m not insured so they work around me without making me feel bad. It took three staples to seal my wound, she was very kind and helpful as I almost cried (can’t handle pain 🤦🏻‍♂️) will definitely go back if necessary

I really like this particular location. The staff are very friendly and we're very accommodating to me. Even though there were no online appointments they still suggested I came in. The Dr and nurse were very attentive to my needs and I left with some medications to help ease my symptoms. The Dr who was extremely nice also offered I can call her in a few days if I wasn't feeling better. Which was a very nice gesture.

NP Rodriguez was absolutely wonderful. Our two year old needed four stitches, she made us feel so calm during a hard situation. And took such great care of our little one.

This facility has an excellent staff. Initially when I called all my questions were answered in a friendly and informative manner. Once again when I called I was given a choice of appointments in a caring manner. I registered on line. The texts I received gave clear directions on what to do when I arrived. When I arrived I informed staff I was outside and they replied they would call me. After a short time (I was a little early.) They asked if I would like to remain outside or come to waiting room. It was considerate since. It was cold outside. When I was called in the nurse and provider were professional and concerned. I tracked the lab report which informed me my test was in process. Then shortly after I received a text with results. Then I received a call from your office with results. The constant update and manner of follow through is excellent. Great staff during a difficult time. Thank you and your staff for excellent care along with customer service.

Great care here from some professional and empathetic staff. I was dealing with what I thought was a more serious cough and staff were very attentive. Everything was handled excellently, from walking into the location and being greeted by a calm and collected desk attendant, to vitals being taken, to the doctor's questions and responses to my situation. I would recommend visiting here.

despite being a walk in pretty late in the day, i only had to wait like 30 minutes when i was originally 6th in line. everyone here was VERY kind and respectful and i was treated very very well. Doctor Morgan especially made me feel a lot better and comfortable and I left very happy with my experience here despite my illness. very wonderful and kind staff!!!
