    I don't know what's going on with my packages & this has happened two days in a row where I get an email that my packages were left in the mailbox. One package would have been able to fit in mailbox but not the other. I checked as soon as I received my email and my packages were not there. So someone is lying! If the postman/lady is not putting mail in wrong mail slots my mail is open. I've been a resident of Franklin park for the last 25yrs and never all this mess. Investigation needs to be investigated on what's going on, this has been going on for the last year already! I will have to speak with the manager once again.

    Zero stars !! Extremely rude African American lady. She needs to quit if she hates her job that much. She gave me back my package because it wouldn’t scan; when I was about to leave she decided to enter it manually, which I had no idea that was possible or I would’ve asked her to do that since the beginning. I was going to leave and reprint the label so she can scan it because she was tooo LAZY to enter it herself. No one was in there besides me and she still commented how long her day was going to be. What a joke, places must really be short staff to be hiring people like that.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. The lady who works up front during the weekdays around noon is quite possibly the worst worker I have ever seen. She has a tremendously poor attitude - literally rolls her eyes, talks back to you, and talks badly about you to her co-workers while you are present! She is also incredibly lazy in her processes. I have no idea how she has a job still, but this place would do a lot better without her.

    The African American lady the was in front at 1:42 pm on April 20 is extremely rude! Was eating her lunch and on the phone while there were customers! She the second time I deal with her and she just rude as a poor and bad attitude about everything! The guy that usually in front in the mornings he is so helpful and awesome but the lady’s terrible! Need new friendly people or put her in back where she doesn’t interact with people!

    Rude, I’m so tired of rude and nasty customer service. I waited in line on 8/9/22 at1:30, just to get a stamped envelope. The lady postal worker was helping someone and the man postal working was continuing to talk to a woman flirting. Talking about her hair being nice etc I though the woman after finishing her last customer would call me up . NOPE she asked the lady who just walked in . I put my items up and when the gentleman finished his flirt then he asked could help me. Not even an apology for the wait. This may fall on death ears but hopefully not. I work in serving others I would not dared given anyone customer service like that. The two stars is because it a clean facility.

    They always lose my mail. Both when I send it or I am waiting to receive mail. I have received updates that my packages were delivered but are not there. I have complained about it before but it seems nothing has been fixed. They need to look into this.

    Always Late with my packages. I never get my packages on time. This is the worst PO in Franklin Park. How do my mail get delivered but my package don’t. Stay far away from this PO

    William and Shemmy were FANTASTIC! I brought in 19 packages from our company for Operation Santa and, even though it was their first time with the program, they were quick, efficient, patient, and very kind. They also took care of other customers that came in so they didn't have to wait. I cannot thank them enough for making the process easy. Thank you!!!

    Very rude staff and they always seem bothered when people come in. One staff member pretended to be on the phone so they wouldn’t have to deal with people.

    Very rude staff. Not sure if they’re all racist since they’re African American and I’m not, but they are extremely unhelpful, you ask them a question and they get angry helping you, and never seem to know the answers or a possible solution. The USPS needs to do a better job hiring quality staff - all across the board. Considering all the counter starf do is stand there and provide rude customer service while watching videos on their phones, they should be less angry since they have a pretty easy job.
