Will NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER!! The return policy does NOT EXIST, EXCHANGE policy doesn't exist its how they feel that hour. Refund policy is NOT Publicly posted anywhere before you purchase nor is it discussed. OWNERS are rude. Bought a few items but one of the product was bad and the owner accuses us of misuse. Go to Meghana Jewelers MUCH better customer service and COMMON sense people Yeah some language about its our holidays and we can't take it back.

Avoid this place they’ll scam you out of your money my mom brought in my broken chain and they made her buy another gold clasp which was defective so we brought it back and turns out my old clasp was never broken in the first place which they claimed it was to my mom but I knew it wasn’t so he shaped it back and put it on the chain and then wouldn’t refund us the $80 he charged for the detective clasp because “they charge us a fee to use credit cards” which is a expense every business has to take and you should be willing to take that charge if you gave us a detective charge in the first place so we ended up having to buy two earrings unwillingly instead of taking their $80 store credit which we didn’t want. Definitely never going back here they’re only in it for the money. As a business if you sell a defective product you have to take ownership and refund your customer and you should not make your customer buy a clasp for no reason if the old one could be easily fixed just because you want to make more money.

Dont go here - bought a chain for Christmas for my mom it was too short owner had said no issues with exchanges should that happen. Went today to them saying they wouldn't honor the price I paid, and would give me 20% less and then we're speaking in Gujrati about me infront of me not knowing I understand the language. Save your money go to Devon and shop around for better service and gold.

First time I went there to shop, my husband bought gold bangles for me and we both don’t have much experience about buying gold and they charge us higher price when I went back to ask them to explain how much did they charge me for gold and how much they charge me for making because the gold is over $600 for 10grm, the guy over there telling me we charge you $84 per 1grm including $10 making charges what about other $13 I didn’t get that???? Because the gold rate is $61.18 per gram, No explanation so, for 42.3 grm they charge me $3,595 and their policy is no return, no exchange and if you want to return they will give you only store credit that’s it…ridiculous and when I ask the owner to reduce price the owner told us he is not charging us any tax or any fee for swapping credit card, then why did they charge extra money? they are the biggest scammers. Please don’t go there to shop. I wish I should read the reviews before entering that store. There was one lady when I was asking questions she came right next to that guy and keep interfering and I was requesting her not to say anything because I wasn’t talking to her I think they hire her to argue people if they came back to ask questions or anything I don’t know if she is their relative.

Do not buy anything from this place. I bought 5 silver coins for $25 each from this place. Then I went to Meghna jewelers in Schaumburg and bought same coin for $19. They charged me $6 extra for each coin. At the bottom in the receipt it’s written that the merchandise can be returned for store credit and can be exchanged. And, the the very bottom it’s written NO RETURNS AND EXCHANGE. Now what the hell am I supposed to think. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

It’s over priced and very bad customer experience. I had ordered ring and after 1 month of follow up I finally got it but they weighed gold cost with stone price which is ridiculous. They have no explanation for why it took long and I don’t feel they even care. I suggest people don’t go here for anything there are many good shops and options for us too

Great job. This place removes watch links. The price varies between $10 to $15 depending on the effort on the watch. My watch was relatively straightforward and this job cost me $10 which is reasonable compared to the places that are a flat $15 no matter what. Cash is preferred. So stop at the ATM before you visit but you're saving $5 compared to some of the other places. I was told however a more complex watch could cost $15 I am just disclosing my experience today at this business. I would come back again to have further watch links removed. Very nice very polite clean environment.

Gave lots of business to this place and send lots of customers also ,not anymore , my mom bought a bangles wearing first time and it broke , we went and ask to replace or repair it and they want us to charge us ridiculous repair costs and being so rude with my parents , can't believe this

Because I was in a rush, I did not read these reviews but wish I had - this place is a SCAM! I paid $15 to change the battery in a vintage watch that was broken. The jeweler did not let me know that the watch was defective (this was later confirmed to me by the gentleman at Gold Creations at Woodfield Mall). I highly doubt that he even actually changed the battery. But he did come out from the back and passed it off as a fixed product when he handed it back to me. The red flag I missed is that they asked me to pay in cash and provided no receipt... I also should have paid attention to the "NO RETURNS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL" sign on the wall. Ultimately, I knew there'd be no point in trying to argue with dishonest "business people" and took responsibility for my rushing the transaction and not paying attention - lesson learned!

I just find out today when I went other gold jewelry store nd I told them to check my daughter earrings to find out, how much its cost. They checked nd tell me around $100. Which is I bought few weeks back from Charmi jewelry shop nd they charge $180 which is all falls. So just be aware before you buy anything. Almost cheats to the customers.

Couldn’t even get in the front door. The sign on their door says they’re open until 7:30 and the open sign was also lit. Saw numerous other people walk in of Indian descent but wouldn’t let me in. I guess they didn’t want my business.
