I don’t wanna waste more time with these people putting my words in order. Very disappointed with, I guess someone kind of responsible for the business. They never answer the phone. They don’t have a reliable laboratory. They can’t even reach the lab they work with. If the lab misses something to write on your test result, these guys can never reach that lab. Probably some cheap lab with no customer service. After my 100 calls I reach them, and they promised “Ashley” would call back, but no it’s been 10 days now. I don’t care how you guys got 4.9 average rating, you guys are simply a joke.

It was easy to schedule my appointment online, and when I called with a question, it was answered quickly and professionally. When I went for my appointment, the technician was friendly and ready for me. I'm a "hard stick", but she put me at ease and got the vein on the first try. The process was quick and easy. I won't hesitate to use ARCpoint Labs of Schaumburg when I need a refill of my serum tear eye drops.

Over the years we've had no problems with them running our drug and alcohol consortium, but when it came to when my driver was chosen for testing, the communication in many aspects could be much better. In the beginning the was no clear indication of hours of operation, making it seem to just send the driver over but call ahead to let them know. When driver was ready to come we called several times with no answer, left a message that no-one called back on and to make things worse, the hours of operation indicated in the voicemail were different than those on the door. When driver came for testing within the hours indicated on the recorded line it turned out it was too late as supposedly they close the testing at 1pm - not 4pm. I wish the staff was more communicative, that would have saved everyone a lot of time instead of going back and forth.

Conflicting messages? Read call to see if appointments are needed, when you do get hold of someone they say you do. So call first! Hours do match ether? Very nice young lady at the desk.

This is by far the easiest testing center we've visited. No lines, the only waiting time we had was for the results of a 15-min rapid antigen test. If you or someone you know have resources to pay for an out-of-pocket testing, this is definitely the place to go.

Amazingly easy to deal with! Excellent staff. Will definitely use them again!
