3/5 Story D. 11 months ago on Google
The
infrastructure
is
good
and
the
rooms
are
well
maintained.
However,
the
manager
tried
playing
smart
with
me.
I
booked
the
most
premium
room
online,
which
is
supposed
to
be
the
lake
facing
one.
But
when
I
reached,
he
gave
me
a
side
room
saying
that
all
lake
view
rooms
are
full.
In
fact
he
didn't
even
have
the
information
about
my
booking.
After
settling
in
I
checked
the
rents
and
found
that
I've
paid
much
more
than
the
lake
view
room
and
told
the
same
to
the
manager.
He
immediately
shifted
me
to
the
lake
view
room.
Now
the
interesting
part,
the
lake
itself
is
not
a
green
and
scenic
one.
It's
a
small
city
pond
surrounded
by
ugly
houses.
So
the
lake
view
room
isn't
the
one
to
die
for.
The
rooms
per
se
are
spacious
,
with
a
high
ceiling,
which
gives
a
royal
heritage
vibe.
But
they
lack
basic
amenities
like
a
wardrobe.
You
have
to
hang
your
clothes
on
a
hook
on
the
door.
Also
the
lake
facing
rooms
are
close
to
the
elevator
that
has
a
loud
'please
close
the
door'
voice.
It
is
busy
and
noisy
till
late
in
the
night
because
of
the
roof
top
restaurant,
whick
makes
it
difficult
to
sleep.
Overall,
the
service
was
quick
and
the
food
was
decent.
