The biggest positive in this place is the hospitable service and staff. They are very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and simple and the central location is a big plus :)

Worst food one can ever have!! The honey chilli potato were too soggy to even see. The veg fried rice and veg chowmin had no salt at all. Further, all this was after a stay of 5 days in 2 of their rooms. The menu was just for name's sake, half of the items mentioned in the menu was either not available or was dependent on chef's mood. They delayed our checkout just for the confirmation of payment..and we had to rush to the station and somehow catched the train. Not recommended at all !!! Major red flag..!!

Rooms are neat and recently painted may be new or looking new. 1300+gst and 1500 for lakeview rooms. There are lot of insects coming may be from exhaust opening or small opening above door... Food is ok but any time takes more time so to be ordered in advance.. location wise good

Stayed for 2 days in Room no 201. Staff including, manager moochand ji were very supportive. Food was also good had dinner and lunch both.

The infrastructure is good and the rooms are well maintained. However, the manager tried playing smart with me. I booked the most premium room online, which is supposed to be the lake facing one. But when I reached, he gave me a side room saying that all lake view rooms are full. In fact he didn't even have the information about my booking. After settling in I checked the rents and found that I've paid much more than the lake view room and told the same to the manager. He immediately shifted me to the lake view room. Now the interesting part, the lake itself is not a green and scenic one. It's a small city pond surrounded by ugly houses. So the lake view room isn't the one to die for. The rooms per se are spacious , with a high ceiling, which gives a royal heritage vibe. But they lack basic amenities like a wardrobe. You have to hang your clothes on a hook on the door. Also the lake facing rooms are close to the elevator that has a loud 'please close the door' voice. It is busy and noisy till late in the night because of the roof top restaurant, whick makes it difficult to sleep. Overall, the service was quick and the food was decent.

It's has delicious food. And yeah service is quit pretty.

Food - Great food for great prices. View - Good view of the lake and close to popular attractions. Overall - 5 stars - Amazing Value for money If you are a tourist visiting Chhatarpur or attractions close to it then it’s a perfect stay.
