This is an internationally recognised Shrine located in the heart of Jhansi. The place is peaceful , clean and less crowded on holidays. Coming to the infrastructure part, it's good. The Roman Catholic Latin Rite shrine is devoted to St. Jude Thaddaeus and is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Jhansi. It is at a distance of less than 2 km from the station and nearly 2km from the bus stand.

Calm and spiritual. This was my first visit to a Church and a nice one. Since it was Monday so there were no prayers happening there but you can feel the spirituality. Sitting there for few minutes relaxes you. Situation in a silent environment of Jhansi.

St. Jude's Church is located in Civil Lines of Jhansi which is a famous tourist destination for Catholic Christians. It is believed that the bone of St. Jude is buried in its foundation. This church was constructed in 1966.A week-long festival is celebrated here every year. This day is celebrated as St. Jude's festival. Built in Christian and Hindu architectural style, this religious place attracts not only Christians but also people of other religions.

The church is very well constructed and the place is very peaceful most of the time except on days like Christmas. You can go there and pray and still won't mind spending an hour as it's really calming to the soul. It is one of the nicest churches in and around Jhansi and I travelled all the way from Gwalior to visit this place. I wouldn't mind going there again.

Its a very calm and silent place. As a tourist, I would say, do watch the stations of the last walk depicted on the walls round the shrine as well as in the garden near the parking lot. Other than that, there is nothing to see as a tourist. Date of experience: February 2020

I visited the Shrine on Sunday after a long drive from Agra that took me around 5 hrs to reach, My main motive was to go and Pray and get some Holy Water and Holy Oil but there I had a bad experience as after Praying in the Church when I wanted to buy the Holy items the short heighted Priest who was incharge of the office was very very arrogant like to the height wasn't even ready to talk and just said it is Sunday and the shop won't open, I said I'm from Agra driven over 250 kms and come, please have some sympathy, but that person wasn't ready to listen. So I just left with a angry heart and want to let everyone going there don't think of going on Sunday's.

The church is about 3-4 kms from Jhansi station, nicely located and beautiful. It is a pilgrimage spot in the month of Jhansi. The structure is classic yet modern, spacious and there is an air of serenity about it. The church also offers dormitory facilities for travelers who want to spend a day or two in the premises. They say that it is South Asia's largest Shrine. and yes it is big enough to claim. Beautiful and clean place

First time I visited this church on the occasion of marriage of my daughter's friend. I am really very happy to see the interior design decoration. Most important is the whole process of marriage oath in front of 3 fathers and devotee.

Visited this church back in January before the lockdown while in Jhansi. The church has an unusual design for a catholic church and doesn’t employ any of the traditional RC designs. There’s a long and gentle sloping walk up to the front entrance. The church appeared to be closed when I arrived, but luckily I ran into the resident priest, who kindly let me in and also showed me the inside as well as statue dedicated to to St. Jude Thaddaeus.
