They have clean bedsheets that's what I like the most, the room was nice, the manager was very accomodating, it's just that they ask too many questions when u are a foreigner which is unsual to me. Anyhow I will still commend this place, it's very comfortable they have delicious food on their menu, even have a rooftop bar with amazing people and cocktail. Exceeded my expectations.

Good Taste. Very reasonable at price tag. Can't get facilities like orthodox restaurant but still can be considered for quick bite. Yup service is quite slow. Overall can be a good option for authentic veg lovers.

When we think about celebrations, K 3 Club Residency is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding

Location to reach to the hotel and car parking is not convenient. They provided us with a room to accommodate 3 adults and 1 kid but room was too big yet not nice. It seems they converted couple of rooms to make a bigger room as we found drainage within the room near the beds. Another issue was there was restaurant on the roof , just above us and we couldn’t sleep due to lot of disturbance till 1-2 AM from the staff working over there. Not recommend for stay.

I was there for a get-together the service was good place is ok . Location is easily accessible, but problem with parking but also had a lot free space parking outside. Food is ok .

Rooms are large, spacious and ok. Have all the basic amenities. Staff is good and courteous. Food is good. In short if u want a budget stay, its a nice place.

We were 26 contingent for participating sports event at IGFRI-JHANSI during 15-19 December 2023 and stayed in this hotel a one of best place with reference to room condition, cleaness, facilities, room service, staff cooperation and behaviour. the hotel receptionist anshika was showing unnecessary attitude, however the room was fine and the kitchen staff was very good and polite

What would have been a good experience was ruined by one of the staffers. I had to catch a train early morning and wanted a good nights sleep. Around 12AM a staffer kept on ringing the bell. When I woke up I saw he was trying to turn the knob from the outside and get in. I had the door latch closed so he couldn't get in. When I opened the door and asked the reason for what he did, he told that "kuch zaruri hai tabhi kar raha hu" . And the important thing was a signature on a food order which was for some other room and not mine. First of all he came to the wrong room and that is not an issue, the issue is what gives him the authority to barge in someone's room for a petty signature and the attitude he had for me not opening the door as i was sleeping? Will not recommend this place for this sole reason. Otherwise the room was good

Great experience with honor and staff . Very kind and humble staff. I stayed there for 2 days and my check-out timings were 12hours but my train was at 21:30 hours, and they allowed me to sit at one of their best place i.e La'chef. Really, it of one of my best experience.

Amazing experience at this hotel which me and my husband booked just a day before after getting in touch with the owner Mr Gupta who immediately went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The location was very convenient and easy to reach. The staff at the hotel particularly the young lady at the counter was extremely welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with a great AC unit, a mini refrigerator to keep out water bottles cooled and extremely clean linen. The food in the restaurant Le chef was extremely tasty, great portions and a complimentary plate of Pani puris which we loved. We could park our car at their parking lot on the side of the hotel. We enjoyed our experience and would love to be back whenever we are visiting Jhansi. Thanks to the team for the wonderful experience.

Great place to stay and celebrate any functions with family or friends. Close to railway station as well as city. Parking available roadside no parking inside hotel security will take care of it.

Great place. Luxurious rooms, quick service and professional staff. The breakfast too was pretty good and sumptuous. The only minor issue is that the hotel has its bar on the 4th floor which plays loud music till 11:30pm. So if you have a room on 3rd floor, you'll have some disturbance. Rest everything is perfect.

Good place to stay. However, they don't allow locals to visit their hotel and stay and create a problem when you check in with local I'd cards. Hotel is place for everyone, it should not be biased on the basis on local traveller or gender.

{For K3 Bar} Bar is situated at the 4th floor of the building. Quality of food is OK and cost of liquor is nominal. Though loud music and crowdy space is a bit uncomfortable. Hukkas are also available for showy ones 😊 Overall good for budget location seekers!

A hotel located at the centre of the city having all facilities......suitable for small function. I will give 8/10 for rooms, facilities and ambience.

A new to the town restaurant. K3 has indoor dinning and bar and also a rooftop dinning and bar setup. The food quality is okay and can grow with time.

Good and cleaned big room for family .. nice brakfast.. have bar inside.. roof top restaurant.. have parking in the basement.. I stayed for one night with family and it was nice.

Rooms were pretty big and clean. Location is also nice. Parking was little compact. Food was great and hospitality is really nice.

Room service is not good. Towels, napkins,spoons for stirring not provided. Had to remind again and again. Food served was not ok We asked for veg sandwich and cheese sandwich. Both tasted the same. No chutney was put. Breakfast was ok. Upma preparation and paraths was good. Tea was very good. Don't go for Punjabi food.

Not a good hotel. Rooms r horrible. Extra bed is actually a mattress on the ground only. Taps not working. What is advertised is complete wrong. Will not recomend please.

Worst place as average food and if u reach there and not licking the ambience then they pressurise you to pay even you have ordered within 5 minutes. They considered that your order is ready but they processed your order even after half an hour. Worst service as no controlled temperature. Yes visit to roof top but not comfortable then they suggested to go AC one which was already booked (even roof top manager was not aware). We also offered to pack if anything ready then stated by them that whole order was ready which showed no option for customer. And ur on duty manager involved in the same in presence of *BOUNCER* which showed the attitude towards the customer.

Nice rooms, well equiped, for a decent price. Good bar and restaurant on the roof. However, they hold receptions and it can be hard to find sleep before midnight. This costs them one star: an hotel is first for travelers to rest. Staff at the reception are nice but make promises they don't hold. When I checked out they requested paiement of breakfasts despite having said earlier they were included. This costs them another star.

last week visited this place Poor service , food was good but service staff were not upto the mark , behaviour of a service staff name was Pushpendra was not good , his behaviour was not good , too much attitude is not good in this industry , rude and manner less.We asked his name to but he didn't tell so we asked from other guy on floor

First of all, as soon as you enter, the reception service is very bad also not behave well. Hospitality services was very worst. The reception staff received the full amount of room and adjust the guest with another rooms in absence of guest.

Good place to visit . The vibes are good ...they have music system and also they serve drinks. They have two seperate resturants and the Blues Bar . Overall a good experience !

Visited for one day. Location is good. Garden view from hotel room was nice. Wheelchair accessible. Staff was polite. Food was ok. Room size was good for 3 people. Extra bedding was like sofa cum bed for one. Mid budget hotel with good response. Bar is available at roof top.
