I would say this is the most affordable salon I have ever seen...but the quality is also like their cheap prices.. No offence with the staff behavior..they were actually amazing nd hardworking...but the results I was hoping for... I didn't get that result... No shine in hairs after getting smoothening and keratin ,hair getting tangled by itself and most importantly I was luking for straight hair but that didn't happen.. I would like to request the owner to kindly look into the quality of the product or what so ever reason is there that why my hairs didn't get straight properly... Thank u

I did ....went for smoothening....here and this was the result......when told about the issue they said .......ur hairs were too curl..and thin .This is not the first time I m doing smoothening on my hairs i never had an issue as such So disgusting....they make excuses...and don't even accept there mistakes ..instead blame it on us..

I went there for smoothening and keratin procedure. They burned my hair. When I told them I feel some problem with the shine on my hair and texture, then they said casually it’s alright but I saw them talking to each other that they burnt my hair. I saw many people coming with the same problem. They are not professionals for hair procedures and the rating that is shown appears to be fake.

It was a nice experience for me.. It was first time when i had my smoothening done.. First of all they provide first class service with good staff.. And i recommend everyone to visit there... Highly satisfying services! ))

I came here for first time and found it damn genuine and pocket friendly salon... I really love my hair after keratin and smoothening☺️☺️... one must visit this salon for hair treatment!! Staff is also very decent and friendly 👍🏼👍🏼 Kajol☺️

I got my hair glibal colour and the treatment was not up to the mark roots were left undone with visibly grey hair and char ges too high

I’d henna hair and was but afraid to go for any chemical treatment. I went here for smoothening and now I’m totally satisfied with the job done by Aman. He’s a very hard working; and very patiently did his job. Other staff members are also very humble and friendly. Thank you team Masterpiece 🙂
